Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Internet of things, in particular to an artificial intelligence shopping guide method and terminal equipment.
Background
With the development of the internet of things technology, unmanned supermarkets appear in more and more places, and unattended vending machines are placed in the unmanned supermarkets. Consumers can use the vending machine to independently shop when entering the unmanned supermarket.
In the prior art, the consumer activates the vending machine in a touch manner and opens the list of items. If the commodity required by the user is displayed in the commodity list, the consumer selects the commodity and carries out payment operation, and then the purchased commodity is taken out through the goods taking window. In this purchasing method, the consumer cannot determine whether the vending machine has the product to be purchased when the consumer does not open the product list, which results in a complicated shopping operation for the user. Meanwhile, some vending machines require consumers to take purchased goods away immediately after the consumer payment operation is successful due to the design problem of the vending machines. When the goods purchased by the consumer need to be sent back to home, the consumer is inconvenient to carry, so that most of the goods sold by most of the vending machines on the market are the goods which can be directly used by the consumer, and the categories of the goods sold by the vending machines are limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an artificial intelligence shopping guide method and terminal equipment so as to simplify a transaction process and expand the types of sold commodities of an automatic vending machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an artificial intelligence shopping guide method which is applied to terminal equipment. The terminal equipment is provided with a display interface, and the method comprises the following steps:
when a user is located in a preset range of terminal equipment, user behavior information in a preset time range is called from a big data service platform, a commodity list capable of being sold is displayed according to the user behavior information, and the commodity list capable of being sold is ordered according to the order of the intention degree of the user from high to low;
when the target commodity exists in the saleable product list, responding to order placing operation of a user for the target commodity, and displaying a target commodity order on a commodity order interface; the target commodity order has basic order information and shipment aging information;
providing a target commodity payment channel for a user according to the target commodity order; in response to successful operation of payment of a user for a target commodity, sending the target commodity into a delivery window under the condition that the delivery timeliness information represents immediate delivery; under the condition that the shipment aging information represents delayed shipment, sending a task sheet containing a target commodity order to a first client according to the basic order information, and sending logistics reminding information to a second client, wherein the task sheet containing the target commodity order is used for a user to instruct a distributor to distribute the target commodity; the logistics reminding information is used for indicating a user to inquire the logistics information of the target commodity.
Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantage that when the user is located in the preset range of the terminal equipment, the saleable commodity list is displayed according to the user behavior information. And the user behavior information is from the big data service platform, so that the terminal equipment can sort the saleable commodity list displayed according to the user behavior information in the preset time range from high to low according to the user intention degree. On the basis, the user can quickly find the commodity required to be purchased. Moreover, the target commodity order displayed on the commodity order interface of the terminal device not only has basic order information, but also has shipment aging information, so that when the user successfully operates the payment for the target commodity, if the shipment aging information represents delayed shipment, the terminal device can send a task sheet containing the target commodity order to a client held by a distributor according to the basic order information, so that the distributor can receive the order by himself by using the client, and the commodity purchased by the consumer is distributed according to the task sheet containing the target commodity order. Therefore, when the method provided by the invention is applied to the terminal equipment, the user does not need to carry the commodities purchased when going out under the condition of simplifying the shopping process, so that the unmanned supermarket can sell the commodities which are not directly used when the user goes out, and the types of the sold commodities of the automatic vending machine are expanded.
The invention also provides terminal equipment, which comprises a processor and a communication interface coupled with the processor; the processor is used for running a computer program or instructions to implement the method of the above technical scheme.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the terminal device provided by the invention are the same as the beneficial effects of the method in the technical scheme, and the detailed description is omitted here.

The embodiment of the invention provides an artificial intelligence shopping guide method which is applied to an intelligent shopping system. The intelligent shopping system can exist in an unmanned supermarket or a self-service shopping terminal, and is commonly found in a shopping mall, an airport and the like. The intelligent shopping system is described below by taking an unmanned supermarket as an example.
Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent shopping system provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent shopping system according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a terminal device 100, a motion sensing apparatus 200, a big data service platform 300, a voice interaction device 400, a camera 500, and two clients. The terminal device 100 supports an android system, a windows system, and the like. The terminal device 100 may be an unmanned vending machine or the like, which has a display interface. The user may interact with the terminal device 100 by touching the display interface. Meanwhile, the terminal device 100 may also be networked with the big data service platform 300 to perform big data uploading and downloading.
As shown in fig. 1, the camera 500 may be a binocular camera, a high definition camera, a CCD sensor, or other devices capable of capturing images. The voice interaction device 400 may be a Siri voice interaction device or the like, an artificial intelligence based voice interaction device.
As shown in fig. 1, two clients, a first client 510 and a second client 520, may interact with the terminal device 100. First client 510 may be available to a delivery person. The second client 520 may be available to the user.
As shown in fig. 1, the motion sensing device 200 may be an optical sensing suite, EyeToy, introduced by Sony. The human body image is obtained mainly through an optical sensor, and the limb actions of the human body image interact with the contents in the game, mainly based on a 2D plane, and the contents belong to a simpler type of interactive game. Certainly, Microsoft may also issue a cross-generation brand new somatosensory sensing suite, namely Kinect, which can achieve the somatosensory effect without using any somatosensory handle, and what is more advanced than EyeToy, Kinect uses laser and a camera (RGB) to acquire human body image information at the same time, can capture a 3D whole body image of a human body, has depth information more advanced than EyeToy, and is not limited by any lighting environment.
The embodiment of the invention provides an artificial intelligence shopping guide method which is applied to terminal equipment. The method may be performed by the terminal device or a chip applied to the terminal device. Fig. 2 illustrates a flowchart of an artificial intelligence shopping guide method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 101: and when the user is located in the preset range of the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment calls the user behavior information in the preset time range from the big data service platform, displays the commodity list for sale according to the user behavior information, and sorts the commodity list according to the sequence of the intention degree of the user from high to low.
In order to determine whether the user is located within the preset range of the terminal device, the motion sensing device can be used for scanning the supermarket entrance in real time (the user is considered to be located within the preset range of the terminal device), or the preset range of the terminal device (for example, the bottom edge line of the terminal device is taken as an initial line, and 3 m-8 m around the bottom edge line of the terminal device can be considered to be the preset range of the terminal device). When the somatosensory device finds the user, the terminal equipment can accurately judge the induction information given by the user. At this time, the user is located within a preset range of the terminal device. When the terminal device receives the user sensing information sent by the somatosensory device and the terminal device calls the user behavior information from the big data service platform, the user sensing information can be analyzed first to extract the user identity information, and on the basis, the user identity information is sent to the big data service platform, and the big data platform can find out the matched user behavior information according to the user identity information.
The user behavior information may include user consumption habit data, user activity data, and the like which are uploaded to the big data service platform through the internet. The consumption habit data may include consumption intention tendency data, such as: recent online shopping data of users, such as: the online shopping item category, the shopping website browsing items and the like, and the information can be all available for the user. The user activity data may include venue information for the user at his residence or company, etc. The information can be acquired through various wearing devices such as electronic bracelets. It should be understood that, for the information acquired by the wearing device such as the electronic bracelet, the big data service platform can be acquired.
On the basis, the terminal equipment can determine the consumption intention priority according to the user habit consumption data. And adjusting the display order of the sold commodity list according to the consumption intention priority, so that the terminal equipment can display the sold commodity list ordered according to the consumption intention priority according to the consumption data of the user.
Of course, in order to facilitate the user to know the detailed information of the user, after the terminal device calls the user behavior information from the big data service platform, when the target commodity exists in the saleable product list, in response to the order placing operation of the user for the target commodity, before the target commodity order is displayed on the commodity order interface, the advertisements of all the saleable commodities in the saleable product list can be periodically played according to the user intention degree.
For example, if the terminal device determines that the priority of the clothes and the toys is in the order from high to low, a display interface of the terminal device separately has a part of area for displaying a formed list of the clothes and the toys. In addition, advertisements of clothes and toys are alternately played in a part of areas, so that a user can more intuitively know the intended product, unnecessary character reading is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the order of the commodity list which can be sold is sorted from high to low according to the user intention degree, so that the user can quickly find the required commodity. However, some intentions have a relatively backward commodity sequence, so that the user needs to look at the display page for a long time to find the required commodity. Therefore, after the terminal device displays the saleable commodity list according to the user behavior information, when the target commodity exists in the saleable product list, the terminal device responds to the ordering operation of the user for the target commodity, and before the target commodity order is displayed on the commodity order interface, the terminal device also receives commodity search information sent by the voice interaction device, and searches the target commodity according to the commodity search information. For example: the display interface of the terminal device displays 30 kinds of intended commodities, but the display interface is small in size and difficult to display completely. But this adds difficulty for the user to find the target item. At this time, the terminal device can quickly search for the target product in the saleable product list according to the voice information by inputting the required target product (such as instant noodles) to the terminal device through the Siri voice interaction device.
Step 102: and when the terminal equipment has the target commodity in the saleable product list, responding to the ordering operation of the user for the target commodity, and displaying the target commodity order on a commodity order interface. The target commodity order has basic order information and shipment aging information.
In practical applications, the terminal device displays an order submission interface in response to a settlement operation for a target commodity. In the order submitting interface, the terminal equipment can receive the basic order information and the shipment aging information input by the user, display the basic order information and the shipment aging information on an order submitting page, and submit the order, so that the order placing operation is completed. At this time, the target commodity order displayed by the commodity order interface has basic order information and shipment aging information. The basic order information includes the name, type, delivery address, receiving address, recipient, contact information and other contents which are not lacked at all for the delivered commodities. The shipment timeliness can reflect whether the goods purchased by the user are immediately shipped or shipped with delay. If the goods are delivered immediately, the user is required to directly send the target goods into the delivery window after the payment is successful. If the goods are delivered in a delayed way, the payment success of the user is indicated, and the user cannot use the goods immediately.
In order to further simplify the user shopping process, after the terminal equipment receives user sensing information sent by the body sensing device, before a target commodity order is displayed on a commodity order interface, member identity verification is carried out according to the user sensing information; if the user is a member user, calling a historical commodity order from the member library; and responding to the ordering operation of the user for the target commodity, and generating a target commodity order according to the historical commodity order. The basic order information in the target commodity order generation mode can be automatically filled according to historical commodity orders, and only further verification is needed before a user places an order. If not, inputting correct information, if correct, not needing to be modified, and submitting an order. Therefore, when the target commodity order is generated based on the historical commodity order, the shopping process can be effectively simplified, and the user experience is improved.
When the user behavior information further includes user activity data, the target commodity order further includes a delivery mode. The distribution modes in the distribution mode list comprise the addresses of the convenience service network points and the distribution time periods. On the basis, after the target commodity order is displayed on the commodity order interface, the distribution mode list is displayed according to the user activity data and the basic order information under the condition that the shipment aging information represents delayed shipment. Meanwhile, the terminal device responds to the operation of the user on the delivery mode list and displays the delivery mode selected from the delivery mode list.
In practical applications, it can be determined which users have a longer stay at which convenience service network points in which time periods of the day in the recent past according to the recent user activity data. Based on the method, a distribution mode consisting of the address of the convenience service network and the distribution time period is determined through big data screening. The terminal equipment displays the distribution modes to be selected to the user in a list form, so that the user can directly and intelligently select the distribution modes without filling the distribution modes after filling the order, the shopping flow is further optimized, and the shopping experience is improved.
Step 103: and after the user displays the distribution mode list according to the user activity data and the express delivery address information, the terminal equipment provides a target commodity payment channel for the user according to the target commodity order. In practical application, the terminal equipment can control the camera to collect the payment image according to the target commodity order. As for the collected payment image, it may be a face image, a binary image, or an iris payment. The payment modes are all existing payment modes and can be selected or changed according to actual conditions.
In practical application, if the user successfully operates the payment for the target commodity, the terminal device receives the prompt of the online banking system and displays the prompt on a display interface. On the basis, the terminal equipment only needs to judge whether the shipment timeliness is immediate shipment or delayed shipment. And if the terminal equipment provides a target commodity payment channel for the user according to the target commodity order, the terminal equipment responds to the payment operation of the user for the target commodity and updates the user behavior information of the same user in the big data service platform according to the target commodity order. At the moment, the user behavior information of the big data service platform can be updated at any time, the accuracy of the big data of the user is guaranteed, and then the follow-up shopping experience is optimized.
In addition, after providing a target commodity payment channel for the user according to the target commodity order, the terminal equipment responds to the payment operation of the user for the target commodity and adds the user into the member library according to the target commodity order. On the basis, the next shopping process of the user can be further simplified, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
Step 104A: and the terminal equipment sends the target commodity to the shipment window under the condition that the shipment aging information represents immediate shipment. Such operations are common in typical unmanned vending machines.
Step 104B: and under the condition that the shipment aging information represents delayed shipment, the terminal equipment sends a task sheet containing a target commodity order to the first client according to the basic order information and informs the second client of sending logistics reminding information, wherein the task sheet containing the target commodity order is used for a user to indicate a distributor to distribute the target commodity. The logistics reminding information is used for indicating the user to inquire the logistics information of the target commodity.
In practical application, the terminal device issues the task sheet containing the target commodity order to the client in the form of a work order, and after the distributor receives the order through the first client, the distributor can distribute the commodities purchased by the user according to the task sheet containing the target commodity order. Meanwhile, the client can also obtain the related information for inquiring the logistics through the second client. For example: a user buys a generation of liquid detergent at a terminal device of an unmanned supermarket at 9 a.m., and needs to delay delivery. By analyzing the user activity data through the big data, the user can be known to arrive at the gate of a certain cell between 6 pm and 7 pm, and the gate of the cell is provided with a residential service network for storing purchased commodities. Based on the above, after the payment is successful, the terminal device immediately sends a delivery order to the first client according to the target commodity order and the formula mode, and sends an waybill number and a carrier unit or an individual to the second client. After that, the distributor will deliver the purchased goods from 6 o 'clock to 7 o' clock to the residential service network at the gate of a certain cell in the period of time according to the formula of the distribution list. Meanwhile, the time period is a result determined by analyzing the data obtained by the user based on the big data, so that the user does not need to specially allocate time to a residential service network at the gate of the cell to receive the target commodity after numbering the waybill and carrying out units or personal information, thereby facilitating the user and improving the user experience.
As can be seen from the above, in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when the user is located within the preset range of the terminal device, the list of the marketable goods is displayed according to the user behavior information.
