The current remote sensing technology is divided into visible light remote sensing, infrared remote sensing, ground remote sensing, aviation remote sensing and the like, wherein the aerospace remote sensing is widely applied by the advantages of large coverage area, multiple time phases, continuity, low price and the like; however, in the prior art, the space remote sensing has the following disadvantages: the oil stains can not be effectively distinguished, and the position, range and flow direction of the oil stains can not be accurately determined, so that certain limitation is caused.
