The multi-page signature apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application may execute the processing flow provided in the embodiment of the multi-page signature method, as shown in fig. 5, the multi-page signature apparatus 50 includes: memory 51, processor 52, computer program and communication interface 53, also including acquisition device 54, mobile device 55 and mechanical signature device 56; wherein the computer program is stored in the memory 51 and configured to be executed by the processor 52: collecting electronic files of a plurality of pages of files to be signed through an application terminal, and uploading the electronic files to a server terminal; the server side transmits the received electronic files of the files to be signed to the auditing side; the auditing end carries out multi-page signature based on the received multi-page file to be signed to obtain a multi-page signature file, and the multi-page signature file is uploaded to the server end; the server side extracts multi-page signature information from the multi-page signature file and issues the multi-page signature information to the application side; and the application terminal signs in the corresponding single-page file to be signed according to the received multi-page signature information.
Optionally, the application end includes a box, and a space inside the box includes at least a first space and a second space, where an acquisition device, a mobile device, a control unit and a mechanical signature device are disposed in the first space; an area for placing the pages of files to be signed is arranged in the first space; the processor 52 of the present embodiment is also configured to: collecting an electronic file of a current page file to be signed in the first space through collecting equipment, and sending a message of completion of electronic file collection of the current page file to be signed to the control unit; the control unit controls the mobile device to move the current page file to be signed in the first space to the second space under the condition that the information that the acquisition equipment completes the acquisition of the electronic file of the current page file to be signed is received; the acquisition equipment determines whether a file to be signed to be acquired exists in the first space; sending a notification message of completion of acquisition to the server under the condition that a file to be signed to be acquired does not exist in the first space; the server side sends the electronic files of the files to be signed to the auditing side under the condition that the notification message of the completion of collection is received; the control unit controls the mobile device to move a current page to-be-signed file in the second space to the first space under the condition that the multi-page signature information is received; and under the condition that the mobile device moves the current page to-be-signed file in the second space to the first space, the control unit controls the mechanical signature device to sign in the current page to-be-signed file according to the signature information corresponding to the current page to-be-signed file.
Optionally, the processor 52 of the present embodiment is further configured to: the server generates unique identification code information based on at least one of the electronic file of the file to be signed, the current time, the position information, the application end identification information, the auditing end identification information, the equipment end identification information, the identification information of the electronic file of the file to be signed, the page number identification information, the signature position identification information and the signature track information; the server side issues the unique identification code information to the application side; and the application terminal generates a corresponding unique identification code in the file to be signed of the current page according to the unique identification code information.
The implementation principle and technical effects of the multi-page signature apparatus of the embodiment shown in fig. 5 are similar to those of the embodiment of the multi-page signature system described above, and in particular, reference may be made to the implementation process of the embodiment of the multi-page signature system described above, which is not repeated herein.
In addition, the embodiment of the present application further provides a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, where the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the multi-page signature method described in the above embodiment.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the division of the units is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions when actually implemented, e.g., multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or units, which may be in electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional unit in each embodiment of the present application may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in hardware plus software functional units.
The integrated units implemented in the form of software functional units described above may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium, and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) or a processor (processor) to perform part of the steps of the methods described in the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (8)

1. A multi-page signature system, comprising:
the application end is used for collecting electronic files of the files to be signed, and uploading the electronic files to the server;
the server is connected with the application end and used for sending the received electronic files of the files to be signed to the auditing end;
the auditing end is connected with the server and used for carrying out multi-page signature based on the received multi-page file to be signed to obtain a multi-page signature file, and uploading the multi-page signature file to the server;
the server is further configured to extract multi-page signature information from the multi-page signature file, and send the multi-page signature information to the application end, so that the application end signs in a corresponding single-page file to be signed according to the multi-page signature information;
if the signature information in the multi-page signature file is the same signature information, the server directly transmits the signature information to the application terminal; if the signature information in the multi-page signature file is different signature information, the server side extracts the page number and the signature information corresponding to the page number from the multi-page signature file, and commonly issues the page number and the signature information corresponding to the page number to the application side, so that the application side carries out corresponding signature on the file to be signed of the corresponding page number according to the signature information corresponding to the page number;
the server is further configured to generate unique identification code information based on at least one of the electronic file of the file to be signed, the current time, the location information, the application end identification information, the audit end identification information, the equipment end identification information, the identification information of the electronic file of the file to be signed, the page number identification information, the signature location identification information, and the signature track information, and send the unique identification code information to the application end;
the application end is further used for generating a corresponding unique identification code in the file to be signed of the current page according to the unique identification code information.

The system of claim 1, wherein the application end comprises a box, and the space inside the box at least comprises a first space and a second space, wherein the first space is internally provided with acquisition equipment, a moving device, a control unit and a mechanical signature device; an area for placing the pages of files to be signed is arranged in the first space;
the acquisition equipment is connected to the server and is used for acquiring an electronic file of a current page to-be-signed file in the first space, uploading the electronic file to the server, determining whether the to-be-signed file to be acquired exists, and sending a notification message of completion of acquisition to the server under the condition that the to-be-signed file to be acquired does not exist;
the server side is further configured to send the electronic file of the files to be signed to the auditing side when the notification message that the collection is completed is received;
the control unit is used for controlling the mobile device to move the current page file to be signed in the first space to the second space under the condition that the information that the acquisition equipment completes the acquisition of the electronic file of the current page file to be signed is received.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the system further comprises a controller configured to control the controller,
the server is further configured to extract multi-page signature information from the multi-page signature file sent by the auditing end, and send the multi-page signature information to the control unit;
the control unit is further used for controlling the mobile device to move the current page to-be-signed file in the second space to the first space under the condition that the multi-page signature information is received; and controlling the mechanical signature device to sign in the current page to-be-signed file according to the corresponding signature information in the multi-page signature information under the condition that the mobile device moves the current page to-be-signed file in the second space to the first space.
4. A system according to claim 3, wherein the mobile device is an adsorption device; the adsorption device comprises at least one sucking disc and an adsorption system, and the adsorption system is connected to the control unit; the at least one sucking disc is arranged at the top of the box body and is positioned above the area for placing the pages of files to be signed in the second space.
5. A multi-page signature method, comprising:
collecting electronic files of a plurality of pages of files to be signed through an application terminal, and uploading the electronic files to a server terminal;
the server side transmits the received electronic files of the files to be signed to the auditing side;
the auditing end carries out multi-page signature based on the received multi-page file to be signed to obtain a multi-page signature file, and the multi-page signature file is uploaded to the server end;
the server side extracts multi-page signature information from the multi-page signature file and issues the multi-page signature information to the application side;
the application terminal signs in the corresponding single-page to-be-signed file according to the received multi-page signature information;
if the signature information in the multi-page signature file is the same signature information, the server directly transmits the signature information to the application terminal; if the signature information in the multi-page signature file is different signature information, the server side extracts the page number and the signature information corresponding to the page number from the multi-page signature file, and commonly issues the page number and the signature information corresponding to the page number to the application side, so that the application side carries out corresponding signature on the file to be signed of the corresponding page number according to the signature information corresponding to the page number;
the server generates unique identification code information based on at least one of the electronic file of the file to be signed, the current time, the position information, the application end identification information, the auditing end identification information, the equipment end identification information, the identification information of the electronic file of the file to be signed, the page number identification information, the signature position identification information and the signature track information;
the server side issues the unique identification code information to the application side;
and the application terminal generates a corresponding unique identification code in the file to be signed of the current page according to the unique identification code information.

The method of claim 5, wherein the application end comprises a box body, and the space inside the box body at least comprises a first space and a second space, wherein the first space is internally provided with acquisition equipment, a moving device, a control unit and a mechanical signature device; an area for placing the pages of files to be signed is arranged in the first space; the method further comprises the steps of:
collecting an electronic file of a current page file to be signed in the first space through collecting equipment, and sending a message of completion of electronic file collection of the current page file to be signed to the control unit;
the control unit controls the mobile device to move the current page file to be signed in the first space to the second space under the condition that the information that the acquisition equipment completes the acquisition of the electronic file of the current page file to be signed is received;
the acquisition equipment determines whether a file to be signed to be acquired exists in the first space;
sending a notification message of completion of acquisition to the server under the condition that a file to be signed to be acquired does not exist in the first space;
the server side sends the electronic files of the files to be signed to the auditing side under the condition that the notification message of the completion of collection is received;
the control unit controls the mobile device to move a current page to-be-signed file in the second space to the first space under the condition that the multi-page signature information is received;
and under the condition that the mobile device moves the current page to-be-signed file in the second space to the first space, the control unit controls the mechanical signature device to sign in the current page to-be-signed file according to the signature information corresponding to the current page to-be-signed file.
7. The multi-page signature device is characterized by comprising acquisition equipment, a mobile device and a mechanical signature device;
further comprises:
a memory;
a processor;
a communication interface; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any of claims 5-6.
8. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of claims 5-6.
