Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention shall fall within the scope of the protection of the embodiments of the present invention.
In the testing process of the input/output module, the type of the input/output module is judged manually, so that the corresponding module type is selected in the operation interface by manual operation, and then the start of the testing scheme is triggered manually. The manual judgment and operation method is prone to cause an error test on the input/output module due to manual judgment and operation errors, for example, the input/output module is tested by adopting an error test scheme, so that the input/output module is damaged. The manual judgment and operation mode wastes labor and time cost in the test process due to large time consumption, and further affects the test efficiency, so that the test effect is poor.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the module order number information of the input/output module is used for representing the type of the input/output module, if the module order number information of the two input/output modules is the same, the test schemes of the input/output modules are the same in the test process. The embodiment of the invention automatically obtains the module order number information corresponding to the input/output module to be tested by scanning the identification area of the input/output module to be tested, thereby determining the test scheme of the input/output module to be tested according to the type of the input/output module to be tested, and automatically starting the test scheme to test when the input/output module to be tested is in a test connection state. Therefore, the user does not need to manually judge the type of the input/output module to be tested, the user does not need to manually operate to select the corresponding module type in the operation interface, the start of the test scheme is manually triggered, the input/output module is prevented from being damaged by manual operation, the waste of manpower and time cost in the test process is avoided, and the test effect is improved.
The following describes in detail a method, an apparatus, and a system for testing an input/output module according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an input/output module testing method, including the following steps:
step 101: and obtaining a result of scanning and identifying the identification area of at least one input/output module to be tested, wherein the result of scanning and identifying comprises the module order number information of the input/output module to be tested.
Step 102: and determining a test scheme corresponding to the type of the input/output module to be tested according to the module order number information of the input/output module to be tested.
Step 103: and when the input/output module to be tested is in a test connection state, testing the input/output module to be tested according to the corresponding test scheme.
Specifically, the module order number information of the input/output module to be tested may determine the type of the input/output module to be tested, and the type of the input/output module to be tested includes: analog input AI (analog input) module, analog output AO (analog output) module, digital input DI (digital input) module, and digital output DO (digital output) module.
The embodiment of the invention provides an input/output module testing method, device and system and a storage medium. The order number information of the module corresponding to the input/output module to be tested is automatically obtained by scanning the identification area of the input/output module to be tested, so that different test schemes for different types of input/output modules to be tested are obtained according to the order number information of the module, and the test is automatically carried out according to the test schemes when the input/output module to be tested is in a test connection state. According to the embodiment of the invention, a user does not need to manually judge the type of the input/output module to be tested, the corresponding module type does not need to be selected in the operation interface through manual operation, and the starting of the test scheme is manually triggered, so that the input/output module is prevented from being damaged by manual operation, the waste of manpower and time cost in the test process is also avoided, and the test effect is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, another method for testing an input/output module is further provided in the embodiments of the present invention, where the method includes the above-mentioned steps 101 to 103.
Wherein, the scanning and identifying result further comprises: module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
In addition, the method further comprises:
step 104: and generating a test result report of the input/output module to be tested according to the module serial number information and the test result of the test.
For example, referring to fig. 3, the test result report of the input/output module includes the corresponding stored module serial number information and the test result of the test, and a life graph may be generated for the test result report. In the life graph, the abscissa is the date d of each test, the ordinate is the signal value s of the test input/output module, and the signal value of the test input/output module may be a current value or a voltage value. If the signal value exceeds the allowable error range pe (allowable error), it indicates that the input/output module is damaged, i.e. the input/output module exceeds its lifetime end point tp. The allowable error range interval pe is set by those skilled in the art according to the input/output module and the requirement, and is usually set within an allowable range according to the ideal value is (the ideal signal value of the input/output module).
The embodiment of the invention can predict the service life condition of the input/output module by analyzing and utilizing the signal value of the test input/output module in the test result report, and provides convenience for the comparison and analysis of the predictive data of the test result report.
In the embodiment of the invention, the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested is also obtained by scanning the identification area of the input/output module to be tested, and the module serial number information is the unique identity information corresponding to the input/output module to be tested, so that the module serial number information and the test result to be tested are correspondingly stored in the test result report, the test result report can be analyzed and utilized later, and convenience is provided for the predictive data comparison analysis of the test result report.
Alternatively, on the basis of the input/output module testing method shown in fig. 2, referring to fig. 4, step 101 includes:
step 201: and obtaining the text content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested according to the scanning result of the identification area of at least one input/output module to be tested.
Step 202: and identifying the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested according to the character content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested.
The embodiment of the invention can adopt one character content corresponding to the module order number information and the module serial number information, and also can adopt two different character contents corresponding to the module order number information and the module serial number information respectively.
The text content in the identification area of the input/output module to be tested is not limited to the text content capable of identifying the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested, and also comprises other text content irrelevant to the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested. Therefore, the text content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested needs to be identified to obtain the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the identification area of the input/output module to be tested is located outside the input/output module to be tested.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5A, the identification area of the input/output module to be tested is located on the outer surface of the input/output module to be tested, and the identification area includes: first 5001 and second 5002 text corresponding to module order number information and module serial number information, respectively.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first literal content 5001 and the second literal content 5002 are respectively identified according to the rule characteristics of the module order number information and the module serial number information, so as to obtain the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
The rule features may be rules such as a space for the digit, and a "-" for the digit, but the rule features are not limited to rules such as a space for the digit, and a "-" for the digit, and may be set otherwise according to the encoding rules of the module order number information and the module serial number information.
Illustratively, the first text 5001 corresponds to module order number information, the rule feature of the module order number information is eighteen bits, the fifth bit is a blank, the ninth bit is "-", and the fifteenth bit is "-", then the first text 5001 is filtered according to the rule feature to obtain module order number information, such as "6 ES7323-1BH00-0AA 0".
Illustratively, the second text 5002 corresponds to the module serial number information, the rule feature of the module serial number information is twelve bits, the second bit is a space, and the fourth bit is "-", and then the second text 5002 is filtered according to the rule feature to obtain the module serial number information, for example, "S C-B7TW 7421".
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can obtain the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested only by character content identification, and has high identification speed and certain accuracy.
Optionally, on the basis of the input/output module testing method shown in fig. 2, referring to fig. 6, step 101 may further include:
step 301: and obtaining the coding content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested according to the scanning result of the identification area of at least one input/output module to be tested.
Step 302: and identifying the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested according to the coding content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested.
The embodiment of the invention can adopt one coding content corresponding to the module order number information and the module serial number information, and also can adopt two different coding contents corresponding to the module order number information and the module serial number information respectively.
The coding content in the identification area of the input/output module to be tested is not limited to the coding content capable of identifying the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested, and also comprises other coding content irrelevant to the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested. Therefore, the code content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested needs to be identified to obtain the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the identification area of the input/output module to be tested is located on the outer surface of the input/output module to be tested.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5B, the identification area of the input/output module to be tested is located on the outer surface of the input/output module to be tested, and the identification area includes: corresponding to the encoded contents 5003 of the module order number information and the module serial number information.
In particular, the code is a two-dimensional code or a bar code, or other code that can be scanned and identified.
The embodiment of the invention respectively identifies the coded content 5003 according to the rule characteristics of the module order number information and the module serial number information to obtain the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
The rule features may be rules such as a space for the digit, and a "-" for the digit, but the rule features are not limited to rules such as a space for the digit, and a "-" for the digit, and may be set otherwise according to the encoding rules of the module order number information and the module serial number information.
Illustratively, the coded content 5003 corresponds to the module order number information and the module serial number information, the rule characteristic of the module order number information is eighteen bits, the fifth bit is a blank, the ninth bit is "-", and the fifteenth bit is "-", and then the coded content 5003 is screened according to the rule characteristic to obtain the module order number information, such as "6 ES7323-1BH00-0AA 0". If the rule feature of the module serial number information is twelve bits, the second bit is a space, and the fourth bit is "-", the encoded content 5003 is filtered according to the rule feature, and the module serial number information, for example, "S C-B7TW 7421", is obtained.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can obtain the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested only by identifying the coding content, and has high identification speed and certain accuracy.
Optionally, on the basis of the input/output module testing method shown in fig. 2, referring to fig. 7, step 101 may further include:
step 401: and obtaining the character content and the coding content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested according to the scanning result of the identification area of at least one input/output module to be tested.
Step 402: and identifying the module order number information of the input/output module to be tested and the first alternative information and the second alternative information of the module serial number information according to the character content and the coding content corresponding to the input/output module to be tested.
Step 403: and if the similarity of the first candidate information and the second candidate information is greater than a preset threshold value, using the first candidate information or the second candidate information as the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
The embodiment of the invention is different from the two embodiments in that the text content and the coding content are respectively identified, the first candidate information (the module order number information and the module serial number information obtained according to the text content) and the second candidate information (the module order number information and the module serial number information obtained according to the coding content) of the input/output module to be tested are obtained, the first candidate information and the second candidate information are compared, and if the similarity of the first candidate information and the second candidate information is greater than a preset threshold value, the first candidate information or the second candidate information is used as the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
The preset threshold value can be set as desired by those skilled in the art.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention improves the identification accuracy rate of the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested by comparing the results of the character content identification and the coding content identification.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5C, the identification area of the input/output module to be tested is located on the outer surface of the input/output module to be tested, and the identification area includes: first text 5001, second text 5002, and encoded text 5003 corresponding to module order number information and module serial number information, respectively.
The embodiment of the invention respectively identifies the first text content 5001, the second text content 5002 and the coding content 5003, obtains module order number information and module serial number information identified by the text content as first alternative information, obtains module order number information and module serial number information identified by the coding content as second alternative information, compares the first alternative information with the second alternative information, and if the comparison result of the first alternative information and the second alternative information is greater than a preset threshold value, uses the first alternative information or the second alternative information as the module order number information and the module serial number information of the input/output module to be tested.
