The invention provides an integrated voltage regulating device which comprises a voltage regulator and a test voltage transformer, wherein the voltage regulator and the test voltage transformer are integrally arranged in a box body, the input end of the voltage regulator is connected with an external power supply, the output end of the voltage regulator is electrically connected with the input end of the test voltage transformer, the instrument end of the voltage regulator is electrically connected with the instrument end of the test voltage transformer, and the grounding end of the voltage regulator is electrically connected with the grounding end of the test voltage transformer; the grounding end of the voltage transformer is grounded; the high-voltage output end of the test voltage transformer is arranged on the outer surface of the box body, and the high-voltage output end is used for connecting the test voltage transformer with the switch cabinet by adopting a high-voltage test wire. When the partial discharge points of the 10kV switch cabinet need to be checked by pressurizing one by one, only the high-voltage output end is connected with the 10kV switch cabinet by adopting a high-voltage test wire, so that the wiring process of a high-voltage test transformer device is effectively simplified, and the working efficiency of checking the partial discharge points of the switch cabinet is improved.

In a specific embodiment, for the 10kV 706 switch partial discharge test, a high-voltage test transformer device in a conventional test method is adopted, the time is taken for 20 minutes from carrying to preparing test wiring, and after the test is completed, the total time for preparing an instrument is taken for 40 minutes, and at least 3 testers are required to complete the test; and adopt the integral type pressure regulating device that this embodiment provided, from handling device to preparing experimental wiring, only need consuming time 5 minutes, and the test is accomplished the back, and the preparation time total consumption of instrument is 10 minutes, only needs 1 experimenter can accomplish the wiring process.

After the work of checking the partial discharge points is finished, the case module arranged on the box body 1 controls the voltage regulator 2 to stop working, and the high-voltage test line connecting the test voltage transformer 3 and the 10kV switch cabinet in the integrated voltage regulator is pulled out, so that the disassembly and assembly operation of the integrated voltage regulator is finished.
In the embodiment, the pressure regulating hand wheel 4 and the key module 5 are additionally arranged on the box body 1, so that the working state of the pressure regulator 2 arranged in the box body 1 can be directly controlled on the outer surface of the device box body 1, and the efficiency of local discharge point investigation operation is effectively improved; through add handle 8, pulley, louvre 6 and insulating overburden on box 1, can further make things convenient for test personnel handling device, ensure the heat dissipation and the insulation of integral type regulator in the course of the work simultaneously, effectively ensure test personnel's operation safety.
