Abstract
The invention discloses a processing method of an electric leakage indicating lamp component of an electric water heater, which comprises the following steps: the lead is led to penetrate through the fixed seat on the lamp holder component; arranging a hot-melt plastic piece at the joint of the lead and the fixed seat, and then heating the hot-melt plastic piece to partially melt the hot-melt plastic piece so as to fix the joint of the lead and the fixed seat together; installing an indicator light on a supporting column of a fixed seat; one end of the lead is electrically connected with the indicator light; the support column with the fixed seat provided with the indicating lamp is inserted into the lampshade, and the fixed seat and the lampshade are fixed together by utilizing the buckle structure. The method overcomes the problems that the assembly convenience is poor, the production efficiency is reduced, the stability of the connecting part of the conducting wire on the produced electric leakage warning lamp is poor, and the electric leakage warning lamp is easy to damage or contact badly in the production process of the electric leakage warning lamp in the prior art.

arranging a hot-melt plastic piece at the joint of the lead and the fixed seat, and then heating the hot-melt plastic piece to partially melt the hot-melt plastic piece so as to fix the joint of the lead and the fixed seat together;
installing an indicator light on a supporting column of the fixed seat;
one end of the lead is electrically connected with the indicator light;
the support column with the indicating lamp installed on the fixing seat is inserted into the lampshade, and the fixing seat and the lampshade are fixed together by utilizing a buckle structure.
Preferably, the fixing seat and the lamp cover together by using the snap structure comprises the following steps:
aligning an arc-shaped fixture block on the side surface of the support column of the fixed seat with a bayonet on the side wall of the lampshade;
moving against the fixed base towards the inside of the lampshade;
and the arc-shaped clamping blocks are pressed against the side wall of the lampshade to generate elastic deformation until the arc-shaped clamping blocks are clamped into the bayonets.
Preferably, before the wire is threaded through the fixing seat on the lamp holder assembly, the method further comprises:
the fixing seat and the lamp shade are provided with a guide mechanism matched with the buckle structure.

the lamp shade 1 is provided with a bayonet 7 and a bulge 8, and the top of the lamp shade is provided with a light guide groove 9; the fixing base includes: a base 201, a support column 202, a fixture block 205 and a wire fixing piece 203.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for processing an electrical leakage indicating lamp assembly of an electric water heater, the method comprising:
the lead is led to penetrate through the fixed seat on the lamp holder component;
arranging a hot-melt plastic piece at the joint of the lead and the fixed seat, and then heating the hot-melt plastic piece to partially melt the hot-melt plastic piece so as to fix the joint of the lead and the fixed seat together;

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixing base and the lamp cover together by using the snap structure includes the following steps:

generally, two wires are arranged, namely a first wire and a second wire; firstly, the first wire and the second wire penetrate through fixing holes in a wire fixing piece, the wire fixing piece is heated by a heating device after the positions of the wires are adjusted, so that the wire fixing piece is partially hot-melted, then the first wire and the second wire are fixed by cooling, then the indicator lamp is electrically connected with the first wire and the second wire, then the first wire and the second wire are fixed at the end part of the supporting column, one side of the fixing base, which is provided with the supporting column, is inserted into the lampshade, the protrusion and the notch are aligned, and then the clamping block is used for propping against the side wall of the lampshade 1 to be elastically deformed, so that the clamping block is clamped into the bayonet; and finally, connecting the first terminal and the second terminal to be electrically connected to the first lead and the second lead respectively, sleeving the thermal shrinkage insulating sleeve on a connecting part, and completing the connection of the terminals after heating, thereby completing the production and processing of the whole electric leakage indicating lamp assembly of the electric water heater.
The processing method of the electric leakage indicator lamp component of the electric water heater provided by the invention solves the problems that the electric leakage warning lamp in the prior art is poor in assembly convenience in the production process, so that the production efficiency is reduced, and the produced electric leakage warning lamp is poor in stability of the connecting part of the lead and easy to damage or cause poor contact.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

2. The processing method of an electric leakage indicating lamp component of an electric water heater according to claim 1, wherein the step of fixing the fixing seat and the lampshade together by using a buckling structure comprises the following steps:
aligning an arc-shaped fixture block on the side surface of the support column of the fixed seat with a bayonet on the side wall of the lampshade;
moving against the fixed base towards the inside of the lampshade;
and the arc-shaped clamping blocks are pressed against the side wall of the lampshade to generate elastic deformation until the arc-shaped clamping blocks are clamped into the bayonets.
3. A method of manufacturing an electrical leakage indicator lamp assembly for an electric water heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the wire is threaded through the fixing seat of the lamp holder assembly, the method further comprises:
the fixing seat and the lamp shade are provided with a guide mechanism matched with the buckle structure.

The method for manufacturing an electrical leakage indicator lamp assembly of an electric water heater according to claim 3, wherein the guiding mechanism comprises: the lamp shade comprises a plurality of bulges and notches, wherein the lower end edge of the lamp shade is provided with the bulges, so that the notches which are in one-to-one correspondence with the bulges are arranged on the fixed seat.
