The novel flange coupler designed by the invention has the advantages that the front end connector and the rear end connector both adopt a new structure: the outer end faces are respectively and uniformly provided with 3 curved keys, and the middle part is provided with a rectangular spline. The design structure can increase the area of the torque effect by each curved key and the rectangular spline in the middle in the process of transmitting the torque, reduce the contact stress of the contact surface and further prolong the service life of the flange coupling.
