Abstract
The invention discloses a draining pump and a washing household appliance with the same, wherein the draining pump is provided with a motor and an impeller, and the motor comprises: the stator comprises a stator iron core, a stator winding and a stator insulation framework; the rotor is of an outer rotor structure formed by injection molding of permanent magnets and wraps the outer side of the stator; the first end of pivot is installed on the rotor, and the second end is installed in the stator, the impeller is followed the extending direction of pivot sets up on the rotor.

The existing dishwasher drainage pump mostly adopts an inner rotor structure type motor mechanism, the two ends of a rotor are respectively supported by a bearing to realize the rotation function, an impeller is arranged at one end of a shaft of the rotor, the impeller is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotor, and the drainage function is realized by the rotation of the impeller in a water pipe. The electrified part stator and the water contact part rotor of the drainage pump are isolated by a plastic shell, so that the safety in power-on is ensured, a space is provided for the rotor, and grease is injected into the space of the rotor for lubrication. Because the structural components are more, grease is required to be injected during assembly, so that the assembly process becomes more complicated.

In order to achieve the object, in one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a drain pump having a motor and an impeller, the motor including: the stator comprises a stator iron core, a stator winding and a stator insulation framework; the rotor is of an outer rotor structure formed by injection molding of permanent magnet materials and wraps the outer side of the stator; the first end of pivot is installed on the rotor, and the second end is installed in the stator, the impeller is followed the extending direction of pivot sets up on the rotor. The whole parcel of drain pump's rotor does not need prior art's rotor chamber in the stator outside, and rotor and impeller direct mount are in the water course, and with water direct contact, then do not need grease lubrication. Grease lubrication is cancelled in the design, water lubrication is directly adopted, and various oil seal components are cancelled, so that the assembly process is more convenient, and the equipment investment is saved.
Preferably, the second end is mounted in a slide bearing located inside the stator. The rotor achieves a rotating function by the support of the sliding bearing without the need for other plastic connections.
Preferably, the rotor is injection molded to form a housing of the drain pump. The design eliminates the need for an additional sump pump housing to enclose the rotor, saving parts. The whole structure of the drainage pump is simpler, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost is saved.
Preferably, the impeller is injection molded on the housing, and the impeller and the housing are integrally formed with the rotor. The rotor of the drainage pump wraps the whole drainage pump, and the rotor and the impeller are combined into one part, so that the volume of the whole drainage pump is reduced, and meanwhile, the installation space is saved.
Preferably, a sealing ring is arranged at one end of the stator relative to the impeller.
Preferably, the rotor forms a magnetic ring in a halbach magnetizing manner to form a sinusoidally distributed magnetic field inside the motor. This magnetic field enables the motor operation in-process more steady, reduces motor running noise.
Preferably, the magnetic ring is a unilateral magnetic field, and the magnetic field inside the magnetic ring is stronger than the external magnetic field of the magnetic ring.
Preferably, the rotor is magnetized in a 4-pole, 6-pole or 8-pole manner.
In another aspect of the present invention, a household washing appliance is provided, which comprises a machine body and the above-mentioned drainage pump located in the machine body.
According to the invention, the problem of complex assembly process of the drainage pump in the prior art is solved, so that the overall structure of the drainage pump is simpler, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost is saved.

The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment provides a drain pump installed in a body of a dishwasher.

the drainage pump 1 is provided with a motor 10 and an impeller 6, wherein the motor 10 comprises:
the stator 2 comprises a stator iron core 21, a stator winding 22 and a stator insulation framework 23;
the rotor 3 is in an outer rotor structure formed by injection molding of permanent magnet materials and wrapped on the outer side of the stator 2;
the rotating shaft 4, the first end 41 of the rotating shaft 4 is installed on the rotor 3, the second end 42 is installed in the stator 2, and the impeller 6 is arranged on the rotor 3 along the extending direction of the rotating shaft 4.
Through above-mentioned design, the whole parcel of rotor 3 of drain pump does not need prior art's rotor chamber in the stator 2 outside, and rotor 3 and impeller 6 direct mount are in the water course, with water direct contact, then do not need the grease lubrication.
The second end 42 is mounted in a slide bearing 5 located inside the stator 2, the rotor 3 performing a rotating function by means of the support of the slide bearing 5, without the need for further plastic connections. Grease lubrication is cancelled in the design, water lubrication is directly adopted, and various oil seal components are cancelled, so that the assembly process is more convenient, and the equipment investment is saved.
As shown in fig. 1, the rotor 3 is injection molded to form the housing 7 of the drain pump 1, which eliminates the need for an additional drain pump housing to wrap the rotor, saving parts. The whole structure of the drainage pump is simpler, the number of parts is reduced, and the cost is saved.
In a preferred embodiment, the impeller 6 is injection molded onto the housing 7, the impeller 6, and the housing 7 are integrally formed with the rotor 3. The rotor 3 adopts an injection molding permanent magnet, the impeller 6 is directly injected on a shell formed by the rotor 3, and the impeller 6 does not show magnetic performance. The rotor 3 of the drain pump wraps the whole drain pump, and the rotor 3 and the impeller 6 are combined into one component, so that the volume of the whole drain pump is reduced, and meanwhile, the installation space of the washing household appliance is saved. Preferably, the stator 2 is provided with a sealing ring 8 at an end opposite to the impeller 6 for sealing the interior of the stator 2.
In another preferred embodiment, the rotor 3 is magnetized in a halbach manner to form the magnetic ring 9 so as to form a sinusoidally distributed magnetic field inside the motor 10, which makes the operation of the motor 10 smoother and reduces the operation noise of the motor 10. The rotor 3 can be magnetized in a 4-pole, 6-pole or 8-pole manner.
Preferably, the magnetic ring 9 is a one-sided magnetic field, and the magnetic field inside the magnetic ring 9 is stronger than the external magnetic field of the magnetic ring 9. The rotor permanent magnet of a Halbach novel magnetic punching mode can form a unilateral magnetic field on the permanent magnet magnetic ring 9 through a special orientation process, namely, an enhanced magnetic field is generated on one side of the permanent magnet close to the inside of the motor, and a magnetic field is not formed on one side of the permanent magnet magnetic ring 9 close to the outer side of the drainage pump, so that a magnetic iron ring can be cancelled on the traditional outer rotor, the structure of the rotor is simplified, the mass of the rotor is reduced, the rotary inertia of the motor is reduced when the motor is started and stopped, and the control precision is higher.

Claims (9)
1. A drain pump having an electric motor (10) and an impeller (6), characterized in that the electric motor (10) comprises:
the stator (2), the said stator (2) includes the stator core (21), stator winding (22) and stator insulating skeleton (22);
the rotor (3) is of an outer rotor structure formed by injection molding of permanent magnet materials and wraps the outer side of the stator (2);
the rotating shaft (4), the first end (41) of the rotating shaft (4) is installed on the rotor (3), the second end (42) is installed in the stator (2), and the impeller (6) is arranged on the rotor (3) along the extending direction of the rotating shaft (4).
2. A sump pump according to claim 1, wherein:
the second end (42) is mounted in a slide bearing (5) located inside the stator (2).
3. A sump pump according to claim 1, wherein:
the rotor (3) is injection moulded to form a housing (7) of the drain pump.
4. A sump pump according to claim 3, wherein:
the impeller (6) is injection-molded on the shell (7), the impeller (6), and the shell (7) and the rotor (3) are integrally formed.
5. A sump pump according to claim 3, wherein:
and a sealing ring (8) is arranged at the first end of the stator (2) relative to the impeller (6).
6. A sump pump according to claim 1, wherein:
the rotor (3) forms a magnetic ring (9) according to a Halbach magnetizing mode so as to form a magnetic field in a sinusoidal distribution in the motor (10).
7. A sump pump according to claim 6, wherein:
the magnetic ring (9) is a unilateral magnetic field, and the internal magnetic field of the magnetic ring (9) is stronger than the external magnetic field of the magnetic ring (9).
8. A sump pump according to claim 6, wherein:
the rotor (3) is magnetized in a 4-pole, 6-pole or 8-pole mode.
9. A washing appliance, comprising:
a body;
and a drain pump according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 8, said drain pump being located within said body.
