The structure of claim 1, wherein a sealing surface attached to the sealing strip is arranged on one side of the multifunctional plate close to the elevator shaft, an outer protection surface obliquely arranged is arranged on one side of the multifunctional plate away from the elevator shaft, a clamping strip is arranged at the top end of the multifunctional plate, and a clamping groove used for being clamped with the clamping strip is arranged at the bottom of the multifunctional plate.

A retrofit hoistway facade structure according to any one of claims 1 to 4, it is characterized in that the sealing strip is L-shaped, the first sealing groove and the second sealing groove of the outer upright post corresponding to the two edges of the sealing strip are respectively provided with a sealing device, the sealing device comprises an L-shaped outer sealing convex block which is arranged on one side of the sealing strip away from the elevator shaft, one end of the outer sealing convex block is connected with the sealing strip, a sealing gap matched with the side wall of the outer upright post is formed between the other end of the outer sealing convex block and the sealing strip, an inner sealing convex block is arranged on one side of the sealing strip close to the elevator shaft corresponding to the outer sealing convex block, the outer sealing lug is internally provided with a sealing cavity, the inner sealing lug is internally provided with an expansion cavity, and the sealing cavity is connected with the expansion cavity through an air guide channel.
