The invention discloses an overweight detection system and an overweight detection method of a clothes airing machine and the clothes airing machine, wherein the overweight detection system comprises a lifting motor and a wire winder, wherein the wire winder is used for driving a wire rope to be wound and unwound; the rotating speed detection module is used for detecting a rotating signal of the rotating shaft of the lifting motor; the MCU controller is connected with the rotating speed detection module; the MCU controller processes and converts a rotation signal of a rotating shaft of the lifting motor into a motor rotating speed, and compares the motor rotating speed with an overweight rotating speed threshold set by the MCU controller so as to judge whether the lifting motor runs in an overload mode; prevent the motor from being damaged due to long-time running under the condition of overload.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of a clothes airing machine control system, in particular to an overweight detection system and an overweight detection method of a clothes airing machine, which are used for detecting whether an airing rod of the clothes airing machine is overweight or not.
Background
The airing machine comprises a main machine part arranged on a ceiling and an airing rod arranged below the main machine part, a rope rolling device is arranged in the main machine part, and the rope rolling device is connected to the airing rod through a steel wire rope to lift the airing rod.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the description is illustrative only, and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numerals refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it may not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clothes drying machine 400 mainly includes a main body part 401 and an air drying rod 402 connected to the main body part 401 by a steel wire rope S, a reel 20 for winding the steel wire rope S is installed on a power assembly 300 in the main body part 401, and a lifting motor 10 drives the reel 20 to achieve the purpose of winding and unwinding the steel wire rope S, thereby finally realizing the ascending or descending of the air drying rod 402.
In the actual use process, when the overweight clothes are hung on the airing rod 402, the motor in the main machine part 401 can run in an overload mode, and the motor can be damaged in the long-term past, so the clothes drying machine 400 with the overweight detection system of the clothes drying machine is provided in the embodiment, and the overweight detection system of the clothes drying machine specifically comprises the following components:
as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the overweight detection system of the clothes airing machine comprises a lifting motor 10, a winder 20 for driving the steel wire rope S to be wound and unwound; a rotation speed detection module 100 for detecting and outputting a rotation signal of the shaft 11 of the elevator motor; the MCU controller 200 is connected with the rotating speed detection module 100; the MCU controller 200 processes the rotation signal of the shaft 11 of the elevator motor to convert the rotation signal into a motor rotation speed, compares the motor rotation speed with an overweight rotation speed threshold set by the MCU controller 200, and determines whether the elevator motor 10 is overloaded, thereby preventing the elevator motor from being damaged due to its heating caused by the overload operation.
In a specific practical application process, the overweight detection system can be further connected with a display screen, and when the MCU controller 200 judges that the lifting motor 10 runs in an overload state, the display screen can display that the airing rod is overweight; more preferably, the overweight detection system may further be connected with a sounding device, and when the MCU controller 200 determines that the elevator motor 10 is overloaded, the sounding device will sound an alarm.
In addition, in this embodiment, the idling speed of the elevator motor 10 may be 2700rpm, the overweight speed threshold may be 1700rpm, and when the rotation speed of the elevator motor shaft 11 is lower than 1700rpm, it is determined that the elevator motor 10 is overloaded.
If the motor rotating speed is less than or equal to the overweight rotating speed threshold value, the MCU controller 200 judges that the lifting motor 10 runs in an overload mode; if the motor speed is greater than the overweight speed threshold, the MCU controller 200 determines that the elevator motor 10 is operating normally.
The rotation speed detecting module 100 includes a sensor for detecting rotation of the motor shaft 11 and a peripheral circuit 34, and the sensor and the peripheral circuit 34 output a rotation electric signal of the motor shaft 11 together.
The sensor is an infrared grating sensor or a hall sensor 30.
As shown in fig. 5, the hall sensor 30 includes a magnet 31 mounted on the shaft 11 of the elevator motor and a hall sensing element 33 fixed in the elevator motor 10, and the hall sensing element 33 and peripheral circuits are connected to the MCU controller 200.
In the actual installation process, the magnet 31 is fixed at the rear end 11a of the motor shaft 11 by the screw 32, and the hall sensor 33 is installed at the inner wall of the motor housing near the magnet 31.
The hall sensing elements 33 and the peripheral circuits 34 are arranged on a circuit board 35, and the circuit board 35 is mounted on the inner wall t of the motor case near the magnet 31.
Preferably, the MCU controller 200 is connected to the elevating motor 10, and the MCU controller 200 controls the operation of the elevating motor 10.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the clothes drying machine overweight detection system further comprises a remote controller 400, the remote controller 400 is provided with a wireless transmitting module, and the MCU controller 200 is internally or externally provided with a wireless receiving module connected with the wireless transmitting module.
In the actual use process, the model of the hall sensor 30 is HX4913, and the model of the main chip of the MCU controller 200 is HR8P506 or STM8S 003.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the detection method of the clothes airing machine overweight detection system comprises the following specific steps:
1) starting the clothes drying machine 400, and enabling the MCU controller 200 to send an airing rod lifting instruction to lift the airing rod 402;
2) a rotation speed detection module 100 for detecting and outputting a rotation signal of the shaft 11 of the elevator motor;
3) the MCU controller 200 processes the rotation signal of the shaft 11 of the elevator motor to convert the rotation signal into a motor speed, compares the motor speed with an overweight speed threshold set by the MCU controller 200, and determines whether the elevator motor 10 is overloaded.
If the motor rotating speed is less than or equal to the overweight rotating speed threshold value, the MCU controller 200 judges that the lifting motor 10 runs in an overload mode; if the motor speed is greater than the overweight speed threshold, the MCU controller 200 determines that the elevator motor 10 is operating normally.
In the actual use process, the MCU controller 200 is connected to an electronic switch, and when the MCU controller 200 determines that the elevator motor 10 is overloaded, the MCU controller 200 can control the electronic switch to stop the operation of the elevator motor 10, thereby preventing the elevator motor 10 from overloading for a long time.

The clothes drying machine overweight detection system of claim 1 wherein the rotation speed detection module comprises a sensor for detecting the rotation of the motor shaft and a peripheral circuit, the sensor and the peripheral circuit together output a rotation electric signal of the motor shaft.
4. The clothes drying machine overweight detection system of claim 3 wherein the sensor is an infrared grating sensor or a Hall sensor.
5. The clothes drying machine overweight detection system of claim 4 wherein the Hall sensor comprises a magnet mounted on the elevator motor shaft and a Hall sensing element fixed in the elevator motor, the Hall sensing element and peripheral circuits are connected with the MCU controller.
6. The clothes drying machine overweight detection system of claim 5 wherein the magnet is fixed at the tail end of the lifting motor rotating shaft through a screw, and the Hall sensing element is mounted on the inner wall of the motor shell close to the magnet.
7. The clothes drying machine overweight detection system of claim 6 wherein the hall sensing element and peripheral circuitry are disposed on a circuit board mounted to the inside wall of the motor housing near the magnet.
