according to the structure for preventing the gas leakage of the tuyere, the pressing plate is connected with the tuyere large sleeve and the flange to replace the bolt connection in the prior art, and the pressing plate is fixedly propped against the end surfaces of the tuyere large sleeve and the flange to play a role in fixing the tuyere large sleeve, so that the structure is simple and the installation is convenient; the side wall joint surface of the tuyere large sleeve and the flange is abutted by adopting conical surface sealing and is tightly matched, so that the function of sealing the joint surface of the tuyere large sleeve and the flange is achieved, and main sealing is formed; a sealing ring is arranged between the outer conical surface and the inner conical surface, and a main seal in hard contact is supplemented by a sealing flange of the sealing ring and a large sleeve combining surface of the tuyere, so that coal gas is sealed, and a first layer of auxiliary sealing effect is achieved; the invention has simple structure, can effectively prevent the gas leakage in the tuyere area, ensures the safety of the tuyere area, and is an effective means for realizing the low consumption and safe production of the blast furnace;
in the tuyere sleeve structure provided by the invention, a structure for preventing gas leakage of the tuyere is adopted, and the tuyere sleeve and the flange are welded at the joint to play a role of secondary sealing, so that triple sealing between the tuyere sleeve and the flange is realized, the sealing property is increased, the safety of the tuyere area can be effectively ensured, and the tuyere sleeve structure is an effective means for realizing low consumption and safety of a blast furnace.

Claims (10)
1. A structure for preventing gas leakage of a tuyere is used between a tuyere large sleeve and a flange which are internally and externally sleeved in a stacking manner, and is characterized by comprising a plurality of pressing plates capable of axially abutting against and fixing the tuyere large sleeve and the flange, wherein each pressing plate comprises a bent plate part which is arranged between the tuyere large sleeve and the flange in a spanning manner, one end of each bent plate part is provided with a first top plate part capable of abutting against the end surface of the flange, and the other end of each bent plate part is provided with a second top plate part capable of axially abutting against the end surface of the tuyere large sleeve; the structure for preventing the gas leakage of the tuyere further comprises an outer conical surface arranged on the outer wall of the tuyere large sleeve and an inner conical surface arranged on the inner wall of the flange, the outer conical surface can be in sealing abutting connection with the inner conical surface, and a sealing ring is arranged between the outer conical surface and the inner conical surface.
2. The structure for preventing tuyere gas leakage of claim 1, further comprising at least 3 pin wedge plates circumferentially spaced on the end surface of the flange, the number of the pin wedge plates being the same as the number of the pressure plates; and each pin wedge plate is provided with a pressing wedge through groove which is radially communicated along the flange, each pressing plate respectively penetrates through each pressing wedge through groove, a bent plate part of each pressing wedge through groove is arranged in the pressing wedge through groove in a spanning mode, one end, which is located at the bent plate part and is far away from the flange, of each pressing wedge through groove is provided with a wedge plate in a wedging mode, and the wedge plates are used for fixedly pressing the pressing plates.

The structure for preventing tuyere gas leakage according to claim 2, wherein a length dimension of the first top plate portion of the pressure plate in the axial direction of the flange is smaller than a length dimension of the second top plate portion of the pressure plate in the axial direction of the flange.
4. The structure for preventing tuyere gas leakage according to claim 2, wherein each of the pin wedge plates is a rectangular plate, one end of each of the pin wedge plates is inwardly recessed with the press wedge through groove, and the press wedge through groove is a rectangular opening.
5. The structure for preventing tuyere gas leakage according to claim 2, wherein the number of the pin wedge plates, the pressing plate and the wedge plates is 4, and each of the pin wedge plates is circumferentially and uniformly spaced on the end surface of the flange.
6. A tuyere sleeve structure is characterized by comprising a small tuyere sleeve, a middle tuyere sleeve and a large tuyere sleeve which are internally and externally overlapped and are arranged in a taper sleeve structure, wherein one end with a large diameter of the small tuyere sleeve is hermetically sleeved on the inner side of one end with a small diameter of the middle tuyere sleeve; the large-diameter end of the tuyere medium sleeve is hermetically arranged at the inner side of the small-diameter end of the tuyere large sleeve; the flange is sleeved on the outer wall of the large-diameter end of the tuyere large sleeve, and a structure for preventing gas leakage of the tuyere is arranged between the tuyere large sleeve and the flange.

The tuyere sleeve structure of claim 6, wherein the structure for preventing the leakage of the tuyere gas comprises a plurality of pressing plates capable of axially abutting against the fixed tuyere large sleeve and the flange, the pressing plates comprise bent plate portions spanning between the tuyere large sleeve and the flange, one end of each bent plate portion is provided with a first top plate portion capable of abutting against the end surface of the flange, and the other end of each bent plate portion is provided with a second top plate portion capable of axially abutting against the end surface of the tuyere large sleeve; the structure for preventing the gas leakage of the tuyere further comprises an outer conical surface arranged on the outer wall of the large-diameter end of the tuyere large sleeve and an inner conical surface arranged on the inner wall of the flange, the outer conical surface can be in sealing abutting connection with the inner conical surface, and a sealing ring is arranged between the outer conical surface and the inner conical surface.
8. The tuyere sleeve structure of claim 7, wherein the structure for preventing gas leakage from the tuyere further comprises at least 3 pin wedge plates circumferentially spaced on the end surface of the flange, the number of the pin wedge plates being the same as the number of the pressure plates; and each pin wedge plate is provided with a pressing wedge through groove which is radially communicated along the flange, each pressing plate respectively penetrates through each pressing wedge through groove, a bent plate part of each pressing wedge through groove is arranged in the pressing wedge through groove in a spanning mode, one end, which is located at the bent plate part and is far away from the flange, of each pressing wedge through groove is provided with a wedge plate in a wedging mode, and the wedge plates are used for fixedly pressing the pressing plates.
9. The tuyere cover structure of claim 8, wherein each of the pin wedge plates is a rectangular plate, one end of each of the pin wedge plates is inwardly recessed with the wedge pressing through groove, and the wedge pressing through groove is a rectangular opening.
10. The tuyere cover structure of claim 7, wherein a sealing ring groove is annularly formed on the outer conical surface of the tuyere large cover, the sealing ring is clamped in the sealing ring groove, and the radially outer side of the sealing ring is supported against the inner conical surface of the flange in a sealing manner.
