背景技术
包装膜主要由几种不同牌号的树脂混合挤出而成,具有抗穿刺,超强度高性能,对产品进行缠绕包装,使包装物更加稳固整洁,更超强防水作用,被广泛使用,在外贸出口、造纸、五金、塑料化工、建材、食品医药行业,包装膜采用收缩包装的优点是:适应于包装各种形状的商品,增加产品外观吸引力,薄膜能够紧贴商品,外形美观,清洁亮丽,包装好的商品具有卫生性、保洁性,密封包装,防尘阻湿。
现有的包装膜多为一次性用品,使用后无法进行回收再利用,且通过包装膜包装后的产品不便于随身携带,需要额外的包装袋盛放包装膜包装后的产品,导致生产成本增加。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,解决了上述背景技术中提出的包装膜多为一次性用品,使用后无法进行回收再利用,且通过包装膜包装后的产品不便于随身携带,需要额外的包装袋盛放包装膜包装后的产品,导致生产成本增加的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,包括卷料筒和密封机构,所述卷料筒表面缠绕有包装膜袋,所述卷料筒两端设置有挡料板,且卷料筒底端固定有吸盘,所述包装膜袋一端开设有进出料口,所述包装膜袋底端表面设置有撕裂线,且包装膜袋一端表面开设有拎取口,所述密封机构设置于进出料口内部,所述拎取口侧面设置有抽气口,且抽气口内部填充有密封胶体。
可选的,所述包装膜袋包括双向拉伸聚丙烯膜和镀铝CPP薄膜,且双向拉伸聚丙烯膜内表面粘接有镀铝CPP薄膜。

密封机构8设置于进出料口5内部,密封机构8包括卡槽条801和卡条802,且卡槽条801内部连接有卡条802,卡槽条801的内口结构尺寸与卡条802的外口结构尺寸相吻合,且卡槽条801、卡条802的长度尺寸与进出料口5的内口长度尺寸相一致,将产品放入包装膜袋2内部,并使进出料口5内壁一侧的卡条802卡入进出料口5内壁另一侧的卡槽条801内部即可完成对包装膜袋2内部的密封,且卡槽条801、卡条802的长度尺寸与进出料口5的内口长度尺寸相一致,可全面封闭进出料口5,防止外部空气渗入;
拎取口7侧面设置有抽气口9,且抽气口9内部填充有密封胶体10,密封胶体10的外口结构尺寸与抽气口9的内口结构尺寸相吻合,且密封胶体10呈柔性结构,密封胶体10为膨胀胶体其填充于抽气口9,当抽气针管从密封胶体10内部取出后,膨胀胶体会自行轻微膨胀堵住针口,从而提高包装膜袋2内部密封性。
综上,该高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,使用时,首先包装膜袋2缠绕于卷料筒1表面同时包装膜袋2两侧与挡料板3的内侧表面相贴合,有利于提高包装膜袋2缠绕后的整齐性,防止出现参差不齐的情况,且卷料筒1通过吸盘4可直接固定于平整桌面,方便人们取用的同时防止该包装产品发生倾倒,然后当人们需要使用包装膜袋2对产品进行包装时,沿着撕裂线6即可将单个包装膜袋2撕下,再将产品放入包装膜袋2内部,并使进出料口5内壁一侧的卡条802卡入进出料口5内壁另一侧的卡槽条801内部即可完成对包装膜袋2内部的密封,再将抽气泵的针管状抽气端的插入抽气口9内部并贯穿密封胶体10对包装膜袋2内部空气进行抽出,此时包装膜袋2随之收缩紧贴于产品表面即可完成对产品的包装,接着当抽气针管从密封胶体10内部取出后,膨胀胶体会自行轻微膨胀堵住针口,从而提高包装膜袋2内部密封性,且包装膜袋2靠近进出料口5一侧开设有拎取口7,人们只需将手掌穿过拎取口7进行握持即可随身携带该收纳有产品的包装膜袋2,最后在需要取出产品时只需向两侧拉扯进出料口5使卡条802脱离卡槽条801内部即可,该设置有利于避免包装膜袋2出现损坏,而只需要包装膜袋2未出现损坏即可进行回收并循环使用,有利于降低生产成本。

Claims (8)
1.一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,包括卷料筒(1)和密封机构(8),其特征在于:所述卷料筒(1)表面缠绕有包装膜袋(2),所述卷料筒(1)两端设置有挡料板(3),且卷料筒(1)底端固定有吸盘(4),所述包装膜袋(2)一端开设有进出料口(5),所述包装膜袋(2)底端表面设置有撕裂线(6),且包装膜袋(2)一端表面开设有拎取口(7),所述密封机构(8)设置于进出料口(5)内部,所述拎取口(7)侧面设置有抽气口(9),且抽气口(9)内部填充有密封胶体(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,其特征在于:所述包装膜袋(2)包括双向拉伸聚丙烯膜(201)和镀铝CPP薄膜(202),且双向拉伸聚丙烯膜(201)内表面粘接有镀铝CPP薄膜(202)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,其特征在于:所述镀铝CPP薄膜(202)外表面与双向拉伸聚丙烯膜(201)内表面相贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,其特征在于:所述挡料板(3)的内侧表面与包装膜袋(2)的侧面相贴合,且包装膜袋(2)通过挡料板(3)、卷料筒(1)与吸盘(4)之间构成固定结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,其特征在于:所述撕裂线(6)分布于包装膜袋(2)之间的连接处,且包装膜袋(2)呈方体结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,其特征在于:所述密封机构(8)包括卡槽条(801)和卡条(802),且卡槽条(801)内部连接有卡条(802)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,其特征在于:所述卡槽条(801)的内口结构尺寸与卡条(802)的外口结构尺寸相吻合,且卡槽条(801)、卡条(802)的长度尺寸与进出料口(5)的内口长度尺寸相一致。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高阻隔可回收循环利用的包装产品,其特征在于:所述密封胶体(10)的外口结构尺寸与抽气口(9)的内口结构尺寸相吻合,且密封胶体(10)呈柔性结构。
