The PVC plastic panel with resistance to deformation according to claim 1, wherein: the sliding sleeve plate (7) comprises a sleeve plate shell (71), inner guide rails (72), limiting blocks (73), spring embedding openings (74), sliding springs (75) and sliding plates (76), the inner guide rails (72) are arranged on the inner walls of the upper side and the lower side of the sleeve plate shell (71) respectively, the limiting blocks (73) are arranged at the tail ends of the inner guide rails (72), the spring embedding openings (74) are formed in the inner wall of the right side of the sleeve plate shell (71), the sliding springs (75) are installed in the spring embedding openings (74), and the sliding plates (76) are installed at the tail ends of the sliding springs (75).
6. A process for the production of a PVC plastic sheet resistant to deformation according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s1: assembling the support frames, namely respectively clamping and embedding the adjusting slide rods (51) in the inner adjusting frame (5) in the inner movable grooves (42) in the outer support frame (4) and contacting and connecting the adjusting slide rods with the support springs (43), and adjusting the lengths of the exposed adjusting slide rods (51) according to the size of a plastic plate required to be subjected to injection molding;
s2: the inner plate is subjected to injection molding, the assembled support frame is arranged in an injection mold, a PVC injection molding device is used for injection molding in the mold, and the mold is kept still and cooled;
s3: processing an inner plate, namely processing bolt holes in the side surfaces of two ends of the inner plate (1), installing a sliding frame (6) by using a clamping and embedding bolt (63), and fixing an outer guide rod (45) by using a guide rod nut (65);
s4: the method comprises the steps of processing a sliding sleeve plate, installing a sliding spring (75) and a sliding plate (76) in a sleeve plate mould, injecting plastic into the sleeve plate mould by using PVC injection molding equipment, standing and cooling, and nesting a limiting block (73) at the tail end of an inner guide rail (72) in the sleeve plate mould;
s5: and (3) assembling the plastic plates, namely respectively nesting the two ends of the inner plate (1) in the sliding sleeve plate (7), pushing the inner plate (1) to the bottom, drilling by using drilling equipment, and fixing the inner plate (1) on the inner side of the sliding sleeve plate (7) by using an external bolt so as to finish the installation.
