the second step is that: when the drill bit (16) needs to be replaced, the bayonet locks in the two fixed blocks (14) are taken out, then the drill bit (16) is aligned with the second rotating disc (5) by using the hydraulic rod (15), the servo motor (13) controls the driving gear (12) to be meshed with the curved rack (11) to work, the whole drill bit (16) is adjusted by ninety degrees, then the hydraulic rod (15) is extended, the unnecessary drill bit (16) is clamped in the cutter barrel (6), and an operator can control and select the required drill bit (16);
the third step: when the drill bit (16) is replaced, the fixed block (14) is punched with the bayonet lock again to continue working, and when the drill bit (16) is replaced, an operator judges whether the drill bit (16) is well clamped or not by observing information of the microcomputer display screen (7).
