Technical Field

Background
Human tears are from the lacrimal gland, which is the organ that secretes tears. Usually, tears are discharged through the lacrimal passage after the tears are produced, and if the nasolacrimal duct is abnormal, such as stenosis or occlusion, tears are spilled when tears cannot be led out through the lacrimal passage, which may affect the health and life quality of patients for a long time.
Lacrimal stenosis or obstruction can now be treated by implanting a lacrimal drainage tube indwelling method. However, after the lacrimal drainage tube is implanted in clinic, if the patient has pathological changes or disease conditions, or the implantation position of the drainage tube is shifted, the drainage tube may need to be taken out.
However, the lacrimal passage of the human body is a very tiny and long space, so that the drainage tube is difficult to take out. Meanwhile, no corresponding device is available on the market for taking out the lacrimal passage drainage tube.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a lacrimal passage drainage tube pushing device, which solves the technical problem that no corresponding device is available in the market, so that the lacrimal passage drainage tube can be conveniently taken out.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a lacrimal passage drainage tube push-out device, comprising:

The pushing column 11 comprises two parts, a support section 111 and a reducer section 112. In order to adapt to the bending of the lacrimal passage, the pushing column 11 has certain hardness and can be bent and deformed, and the pushing column can be prepared by adopting high polymer materials, such as silicon rubber or polyurethane.
Wherein, the outer diameter range of the pushing column 11 in the present embodiment is between 0.5mm and 3 mm. Preferably, the outer diameter of the pushing column 11 in this embodiment is 1.0mm, which is used in cooperation with the outer diameter of a commonly used lacrimal drainage tube. In other embodiments, other outer diameter sizes of the push post 11 may be selected.
Further, the support section 111 in this embodiment is a solid column, so that the manufacturing process is simple. In other embodiments, the supporting section 111 may be hollow columns to reduce the stiffness of the entire supporting section 111 for easy handling during use.
In addition, the support section 111 and the reducer section 112 in this embodiment are integrally formed for simple manufacturing process. In other embodiments, the support section 111 may be prepared separately from the reducer section 112, and the reducer section 112 may be adhered to one end of the support section 111 by adhesion.
Further, the diameter-changing section 112 includes at least three sectors 1121, and a gap is reserved between each sector 1121, so that the sectors 1121 can have a deformation space when being deformed under the traction of an external force.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the variable diameter section 112 includes four sectors 1121. The sectors 1121 are equally divided into sectors, and the gaps between the sectors 1121 are equal, so that the production and the processing are convenient, and meanwhile, the deformation range of the four sectors 1121 is easier to control when the four sectors 1121 are deformed under the action of external force. In other embodiments, sectors 1121 of unequal size may be selected. In other embodiments, three or more than five sectors 1121 may be selected.
In addition, the edge of each sector is rounded to make the sector 1121 smoother.
Corresponding to the number of the fan-shaped portions 1121, at least three through holes 14 are formed in the pushing column 11, and each through hole 14 penetrates through the supporting section 111 and a corresponding one of the fan-shaped portions 1121 in the axial direction of the pushing column 11. It is understood that the number of the through holes 14 in the present embodiment is the same as the number of the sectors 1121 in the present embodiment, that is, 4 through holes 14 are provided. In other embodiments, a number of three or greater than or equal to five through-holes 14 may be selected.
Each of the fan-shaped portions 1121 is provided with a hanging lug 1122 at a position corresponding to the through hole 14. The hanging lug 1122 is used for connecting with the elastic pulling wire 13. In the present embodiment, the hanging lug is arc-shaped and formed on the end surface of the fan-shaped portion 1121.
The knob 12 is disposed on an end of the support section 111 away from the reducing section 112, and the knob 12 is rotatably connected with respect to the support section 111. Further, to facilitate use of the knob 12, protrusions are provided on the surface of the knob 12 to increase the frictional force of use of the knob 12.
Furthermore, an elastic pulling wire 13 is arranged in each through hole 14, one end of the elastic pulling wire 13 is connected with a hanging lug 1122, and the other end is connected with the knob 12. When the device 10 is not in use, the elastic pulling wire 13 is in a stretched state, so that the outer diameters of the supporting section 111 and the reducing section 112 are kept consistent. The elastic pulling wire 13 can be elastically stretched or retracted by the rotation of the knob 12, so as to drive the fan-shaped portion 1121 to separate or approach. Wherein, the material of the elastic stay 13 can be made of nylon wire or other high molecular materials.
In addition, the length of the variable diameter section 112 can be designed to be 1/4-1/3 of the support section 111 for the convenience of operation in use, and preferably, the length of the variable diameter section 112 is 1/4 of the support section 111 in the embodiment.
Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the clinical confirmation of the implantation depth, a graduation 1111 is further provided on the support section 111.
The lacrimal passage drainage tube push-out device 10 has the specific use mode as follows: the front end of the diameter-variable section 112 is slowly implanted into a lacrimal canaliculus, then turns towards the nasolacrimal duct and extends deep to reach the position of the drainage tube, the inner and outer diameters of the drainage tube in a swelling state are judged according to clinical state information, the knob 12 is rotated by a hand, the knob drives the elastic stay wire 13, the elastic stay wire 13 drives the fan-shaped part 1121 to be bent and deformed to be adjusted to a proper opening diameter, and then the lacrimal duct drainage tube is slowly pushed out from the nasolacrimal duct by the lacrimal duct drainage tube pushing device 10.
The lacrimal passage drainage tube push-out device 10 is designed in a mode that one end is variable in diameter, the elastic pull wire 13 is pulled by the rotation of the knob 12, and the elastic pull wire 13 drives the fan-shaped part 1121 of the variable diameter section 112 to deform, so that the opening diameter of the variable diameter section 112 is changed, and the opening diameter is adapted to the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the drainage tube in the lacrimal passage in a swelling state, and the drainage tube is conveniently and slowly pushed out from the nasolacrimal duct.
Referring to fig. 3, a lacrimal passage drainage tube push-out device 10 according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the lacrimal passage drainage tube push-out device 10 according to the present embodiment is substantially the same as the lacrimal passage drainage tube push-out device 10 according to the first embodiment, except that:
the end surface of the segment 1121 is recessed toward the knob 12. In the present embodiment, the end surface of the fan 1121 is recessed toward the knob 12 to form an arc-shaped spherical surface recessed toward the knob 12. In other embodiments, the end surface of the fan 1121 may be recessed toward the knob 12 to form a tapered surface pointing in the direction of the knob 12.
