the orthodontic force detection device comprises a central processing unit, a vibration generator, a sensor and an analysis unit, wherein the central processing unit is controlled to be connected with the vibration generator, the sensor and the analysis unit, the vibration transmitter and the sensor of the orthodontic force detection device are fixed through a fixing support, the support is of a Y-shaped structure, the vibration transmitter and the sensor are respectively arranged on two sides of the front end of one V-shaped end of the support, in the using process, the V-shaped head of the orthodontic force detection device is attached to the connecting arch wire of the orthodontic element, the vibration generator at one end of the V-shaped head generates vibration with certain frequency which is received by a human body and does not influence the attachment strength of the orthodontic element to teeth, the vibration is originated from the connecting arch wire, and the size of the tensile force of the arch wire to the teeth is different according to the size of the tensile force of the connecting arch wire to the teeth, the tightness of the arch wire is different, the arch wire is applied to the connecting arch wires with different tightness through vibration sources with the same frequency, different vibration waves can be transmitted to the connecting arch wire according to the tightness of the connecting arch wire, and the sensor receives vibration signals transmitted by the connecting arch wire and carries out the next processing;
wherein the vibration transmitter is electrically connected with an interface of the central processing unit, the central processing unit controls a driving part of the vibration generator to enable the vibration generator to generate constant vibration frequency on the connecting arch wire, so as to avoid manual force application on the connecting arch wire, the measurement accuracy is improved, the sensor detects the vibration signal on the connecting arch wire, the sensor is in signal connection with the analysis unit, the sensor transmits the vibration signal to the analysis unit for analysis and processing, the analysis unit comprises an amplifier and a filtering module, the amplifier of the analysis unit amplifies the vibration signal, the analysis unit directly or indirectly further analyzes the magnitude of the vibration signal and filters the signal by the filtering module to obtain a stable vibration signal, the vibration signal is further converted into a digital signal through an analog-to-digital converter and is sent to a central processing unit through a sending module, the central processing unit sends the signal to a mobile terminal through a signal sending module and displays the orthodontic force value on the mobile terminal, so that a user can visually observe the orthodontic force value of each orthodontic element of the orthodontic device, and the orthodontic force of a patient is adjusted and whether the orthodontic device can be taken off or not is judged;
the orthodontic force detection device is used for detecting the stretching tightness between the connecting arch wires of the orthodontic elements to determine the mechanical pulling force between the orthodontic device and teeth, namely the orthodontic force, and judging whether the orthodontic force is too large or not according to the orthodontic force so as to cause pain of a patient and tooth inflammation, so that the safety factor and the comfort of a user in the use process are improved;
the signaling module represents an apparatus for transmitting and displaying information from one or more sensors within a modular orthodontic apparatus to a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal includes a service interface and a service program, the mobile terminal can be implemented as a hardware management console, a desktop computer, a laptop, a smartphone, a tablet computer, a handheld device, and/or computing systems and devices known in the art, the mobile terminal can transmit and receive data to and from the modular orthodontic apparatus through a console connector, the signaling module provides a mechanism to display data to a user, and can be, for example, a computer monitor, the signaling module can monitor feedback from one or more sensors within the modular orthodontic apparatus, and transmitting the sensor feedback to the mobile terminal, the signal transmission module of the present invention may be selected by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs to be a microprocessor programmed to monitor feedback from various sensors located within the modular orthodontic apparatus, programmed to transmit feedback from sensors to the mobile terminal and programmed to receive data and/or commands from the mobile terminal via a connection, not described in detail herein, the signal transmission module may be capable of monitoring and receiving feedback from sensors related to physical conditions of serviceable locations within the modular orthodontic apparatus, the signal transmission module may be further capable of transmitting received sensor feedback to the mobile terminal via a console connector, the signal transmission module and the console connector may be selected by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs to be wired, or wireless, A wireless or fiber optic connection, the console connector may be any combination of connections and protocols that will support communication between the modular orthodontic appliance and the mobile terminal, the received data may contain information from the sensors located within the modular orthodontic appliance;
in an embodiment of the invention, the service interface includes a component for relaying information to the mobile terminal, for example a combination of the orthodontic force detection device drivers to provide a platform to enable a user of the mobile terminal to interact with a service program, the service interface receiving input from a physical input orthodontic force detection device such as a touch screen or a keyboard via a driver corresponding to the physical input orthodontic force detection device, the service interface displaying information from the service program to the user through a display, the service program interpreting data thereof from digital signals of the orthodontic force detection device, the service program may be a software application or a configuration in a software application capable of interpreting data received from one or more sensors located at serviceable locations within the orthodontic force detection device, the service program may interpret sensor data received by the mobile terminal through the console connector, the received data may originate from one or more of the sensors and relate to a detected force or physical condition at one or more of the input/output connector and the one or more card connectors within the modular orthodontic device;
in the embodiment of the invention, the orthodontic force detection device can detect the physical condition of the orthodontic force of each orthodontic element, automatically generate a signal corresponding to the sequence number according to the sequence detected by the orthodontic force detection device and send the signal to the terminal, and medical staff and other operators can know the correction condition of the orthodontic device at specific tooth positions according to the detection value of the sensor and the corresponding position number.

A modular orthodontic appliance with local adjustment and multiple functions, said modular orthodontic appliance enabling said orthodontic treatment by a plurality of modular adjustable modules, characterized in that said adjustable modules comprise a plurality of orthodontic elements fixed to the teeth by medical adhesive, a screw cap provided on the surface of said orthodontic elements and a plurality of segmented connecting archwires of pull-up force fixed by said screw cap and adjustable to the teeth;
the modular orthodontic device further comprises a cleaning device for cleaning the orthodontic device, an orthodontic force measuring device for judging the orthodontic condition of the tooth by measuring the pulling force of the connecting arch wire on the tooth, and a signal receiving and processing module for receiving the measured value of the measuring device;
the orthodontic force measuring device comprises a vibration generator, a sensor, an analysis unit and an analog-digital converter, wherein the vibration generator is used for applying a vibration source with a certain frequency to the connecting arch wire, the sensor is used for detecting a vibration signal on the connecting arch wire, the analysis unit is used for carrying out signal amplification, filtering and analysis processing on the vibration signal, and the analog-digital converter is used for converting the vibration signal into a digital signal;
the adjustable module adjusts the displacement of at least one connecting arch wire through the screw cap to change the pulling force of the connecting arch wire on teeth so as to adjust the orthodontic strength of the orthodontic device;
the cleaning device comprises an inlet type cleaning head, a water inlet pipe, a drainage pipe, a water pump and a resisting part, wherein the water inlet pipe is communicated with the cleaning head and guides cleaning water into an oral cavity;

the cleaning water is driven to the water inlet pipe by the water pump and then enters the oral cavity through the cleaning hole to clean the orthodontic device, the inlet of the water pump is connected with a container for placing the cleaning water, the water inlet pipe is connected with the outlet of the water pump and is communicated with the inside of the cleaning head through connecting at least one branch pipe, the branch pipes are uniformly arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inside of the cleaning head, the cleaning head is also communicated with a drainage pipe, the water inlet pipe conveys the cleaning water to the oral cavity, the drainage pipe drains the cleaning wastewater to the outside of the oral cavity, a miniature electromagnetic valve is arranged in each branch pipe and is connected with a processor, the processor controls the branch pipes respectively through opening and closing the electromagnetic valve capable of realizing each branch pipe so as to control the cleaning force of the cleaning device, and the controller is also connected with the water pump so as to control the pumping pressure of the water pump to adjust the cleaning strength of the cleaning device, the processor and the container are both arranged in a shell, and the shell is provided with a display and various function keys for controlling the cleaning device.

The modular orthodontic appliance of claim 1, wherein the signal receiving and processing module comprises a mobile terminal displaying the value of orthodontic force and a signal transmitting module transmitting the measurement data of the orthodontic force measuring device to the mobile terminal.
