Abstract
The invention discloses a first-aid hemostatic device and a use method thereof, the first-aid hemostatic device comprises a puncture needle and a handle with a U-shaped structure, two ends of the handle are respectively connected with a needle box and a joint, the puncture needle is arranged in the needle box, two ends of the puncture needle are sleeved with fixing pieces connected with the needle box, a needle head of the puncture needle faces the joint, a lock tongue matched with the puncture needle is arranged in the joint, a push rod is arranged on the needle box, an operation end of the push rod extends out of the interior of the needle box, the other end of the push rod is in contact connection with a needle tail of the puncture needle, and through holes for the puncture needle; the top of the joint is provided with a clamping hook, and the handle is provided with a buckle for connecting the clamping hook; the using method comprises the following steps of 1: aligning a needle box of the handle and the opening in the middle of the joint with a bleeding wound edge, forcibly pressing the push rod to enable the puncture needle to penetrate through two sides of the bleeding wound edge and then to be matched with the joint, and fixing the needle head end of the puncture needle at a lock tongue; step 2: the push rod is separated from the puncture needle, and the joint is separated from the handle by pressing the clamping hook; and step 3: the handle is removed.

Technical Field

Background
At present, hemostasis is needed to be performed after bleeding of a patient due to trauma, a wound is usually closed by adopting a hemostatic clamp, a suture needle can be replaced during emergency treatment to achieve the purpose of rapid hemostasis, the hemostatic clamp is used for hemostasis of limbs and body junction parts, currently, most of the American commercial iTClamp hemostatic clamps are used, but the American commercial iTClamp hemostatic clamps have the following defects:
(1) the main body of the iTClamp hemostatic clamp is much larger than 8 grabbing nails, so that the possibility of equipment falling off in the process of transporting the sick and wounded due to insufficient grabbing force exists;

9. The emergency hemostatic device according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or 7, wherein a fixing plate is connected to the needle tail of the puncture needle, and the push rod is connected to the fixing plate in a contact manner.
10. A method of using a first-aid hemostatic device, comprising the steps of:
step 1: aligning a needle box of the handle and the opening in the middle of the joint with a bleeding wound edge, forcibly pressing the push rod to enable the puncture needle to penetrate through two sides of the bleeding wound edge and then to be matched with the joint, and fixing the needle head end of the puncture needle at a lock tongue;
step 2: the push rod is separated from the puncture needle, and the joint is separated from the handle by pressing the clamping hook;
