As shown in fig. 3, and in conjunction with fig. 4 and 5, there is shown a second embodiment of a closure clip of the present invention, which differs from the first embodiment of the closure clip in that: two elastic clamping arms of the far-end elastic clamp 3 are respectively fixed on the first clamping arm 1 and the second clamping arm 2 through pin shafts 18, and two elastic clamping arms of the near-end elastic clamp 4 are also respectively fixed on the first clamping arm 1 and the second clamping arm 2 through pin shafts 18. A far-end elastic clamp 3 and a near-end elastic clamp 4 in the closed clamp are arranged along the length direction of a first clamping arm 1 and a second clamping arm 2, two elastic clamping arms of the far-end elastic clamp 3 are respectively clamped at the far ends of the outer side surfaces of the first clamping arm 1 and the second clamping arm 2, and two elastic clamping arms of the near-end elastic clamp 4 are respectively clamped at the near ends of the outer side surfaces of the first clamping arm 1 and the second clamping arm 2. Because distal end elastic clamp 3 and near-end elastic clamp 4 all arrange along the length direction of first arm lock 1 and second arm lock 2, make the volume of whole sealing clamp littleer, it is more convenient to operate.
The invention has the following advantages:
1) the far-end elastic clamp 3 continuously provides far-end closing force, the near-end elastic clamp 4 continuously provides near-end closing force, the near end and the far end of the clamping arm can be closed simultaneously, uniform closing force between the clamping closing surfaces 5 is guaranteed, and tissue closing integrity is guaranteed.
2) The distal and proximal ends of the arms are free to open, either in parallel (as shown in figures 2 and 4) or in a V-shape (as shown in figure 5), with the closing force being resiliently adjustable according to the thickness of the tissue to be clamped therebetween, the distal and proximal ends of the arms being non-interfering with each other.
3) The elastic clamping arms and the limiting arms of the far-end elastic clamp 3 and the near-end elastic clamp 4 are coplanar and can move in a channel formed by two adjacent thin walls, so that the coplanarity of the first clamping arm 1 and the second clamping arm 2 is ensured (namely the two clamping arms are not staggered or staggered), the overall stability of the closed clamp is enhanced, the geometric volume is reduced, and meanwhile, the clamping arms can be freely closed and opened.
4) The distal and proximal closing forces of the clip arms can be adjusted in multiple ways, for example, by adjusting the diameters of the distal elastic clip 3 and the proximal elastic clip 4, and adjusting the lengths of the elastic clip arms of the distal elastic clip 3 and the proximal elastic clip 4 to obtain the clinical target closing force.
5) The assembly is simple, the automatic limiting function is achieved, and after the clamping arms are assembled, the far-end elastic clamp 3 and the near-end elastic clamp 4 can normally work and cannot be separated from the initially assembled position.
6) The pin shaft 18 is fixed or flexibly bound, so that the weight and the assembly difficulty can be reduced.
7) The closure clip can be open on one side and it is easier to capture target tissue such as the left atrial appendage, mitral valve leaflets, tricuspid valve leaflets.
