Description

Belt buckle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a belt buckle, and more particularly to a belt buckle for use in sports wear, work wear, clothing, and the like.
Background
As shown in fig. 5, the conventional belt buckle includes: a substantially rectangular frame 53; a clip 5 for fixing the connecting end 41 of the waistband main body 4 in an anti-falling state; and a pin member 50 inserted through the waistband hole 40 of the waistband main body 4.
The locking member 5 is composed of an upper plate 51 and a lower plate 52, one side of a frame 53 is rotatably attached to a hollow cylindrical portion 52a provided at the front end portion of the lower plate 52, and a pin member 50 is rotatably attached to the center of the one side of the frame 53 so as to protrude into the frame 53. The upper plate 51 is rotatably supported by the lower plate 52 with its rear end portion opened forward as the side of the frame 53. The engaging pieces 51a hang down from both side edges of the upper plate 51, and when the upper plate 51 is pushed down to the side of the lower plate 52 to cover the tubular portion 52a of the front end portion of the lower plate 52 from above, the engaging pieces 51a engage with engaged portions provided at predetermined portions of both side edges of the lower plate 52, respectively, and the locking member 5 is maintained in the locked state.
At the rear end of the upper plate 51, a biting piece 54 having a saw-tooth-shaped front end is hung, and is set as follows: when the front of the upper plate 51 is opened, a gap is created between the bite piece 54 and the lower plate 52. After the connection end 41 of the belt body 4 is inserted into the gap from the rear, as described above, when the front end of the upper plate 51 is pushed down to the lower plate 52 side and the engaging pieces 51a are engaged with the engaged portions of the both side edges of the lower plate 52, the serrated front ends of the engaging pieces 54 engage the surface of the belt body 4, and the connection end 41 of the belt body 4 is fixed to the engaging pieces 5 in a state of being prevented from coming off.
Even if the front end portion of the upper plate 51 is covered with the cylindrical portion 52a of the lower plate 52 from above, a cutout portion 55 is formed in the center of the front end portion of the upper plate 51 so as to be opened forward, and is shaped to rotatably accommodate the shaft support portion of the pin member 50. In order to wear the belt, after the free end 42 of the belt body 4 is inserted into the frame 53, the pin member 50 is inserted into one of the belt holes 40. In this wearing state, the pin member 50 is held in a posture of being pressed against the surface of the belt main body 4 together with the frame 53.

However, when the waistband provided with the conventional buckle is used for, for example, a uniform for baseball, there is a problem that the connecting end 41 of the waistband main body 4 is separated from the clip 5 when a strong external impact is applied to the buckle by a head sliding or the like. In this case, the engagement piece 51a of the upper plate 51 is engaged with the engaged portion of the lower plate 52 in a state where the locking piece 5 is locked, but since the front end portion of the upper plate 51 is in a state of covering the tubular portion 52a of the front end of the lower plate 52 from above, when a strong impact is applied to the front end portion of the upper plate 51, the engagement piece 51a is disengaged from the engaged state, and the upper plate 51 stands up, whereby the above gap is generated at the rear end portion of the locking piece 5. At this time, the pin member 50 inserted into the waistband hole 40 is held in a state of being pressed against the surface of the waistband main body 4 via the frame 53, but since the notch 55 is formed in the upper plate 51 as described above, the upper plate 51 stands up irrespective of the above-described posture of the pin member 53. This causes the clip 5 to open forward, and the connecting end 41 of the belt body 4 is disengaged from the clip 5.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a buckle of a waistband, which is provided with a clamping piece for keeping the connecting end part of the waistband in an anti-falling state, even if the buckle receives intense external impact, the connecting end part of the waistband does not separate from the clamping piece and keeps in the anti-falling state.
The buckle according to the present invention includes:
a clip for holding the connecting end of the waistband main body in an anti-falling state by using an upper plate and a lower plate from top to bottom;
a frame body, one side of which is rotatably mounted on the front end of the clip, and the free end side of the waistband main body can be inserted into the frame body; and
a pin member rotatably mounted at the center of the one side of the frame body and capable of being inserted into a waistband hole of the waistband main body,
the clip is configured to be capable of being opened forward by rotatably and axially supporting the rear end portion of the upper plate to the rear end portion of the lower plate,
an engagement unit is provided, which engages in the following manner: in a locked state of the locking piece of the front end part of the upper plate covering the front end part of the lower plate, the locking piece is in a state of preventing opening,
a through hole is formed in the center of the front end portion of the upper plate, the through hole having a size in which the pin member can be inserted and rotated, and having a shape in which the peripheral edge is closed.
The locking piece is configured to be capable of being opened forward by rotatably supporting the rear end portion of the upper plate on the rear end portion of the lower plate. The locking state of the locking piece, in which the front end of the upper plate covers the front end of the lower plate from above, is maintained by the locking unit, and in this locking state, the connecting end of the waistband main body is clamped by the upper plate and the lower plate and is fixed in a falling-preventing state. Further, since the through hole through which the pin member is inserted and projected is in a shape with a peripheral edge closed, the pin member is rotatable between the front end edge and the rear end edge of the through hole.
In order to wear the belt having the buckle with the above structure, the free end of the belt body is inserted into the frame having the clip, and the pin member is inserted into one of the belt holes provided in the belt body. In the state where the wearing of the belt is completed, the pin member is held together with the frame body in a posture of being pressed down on the front surface side of the belt body in a state of being inserted into a predetermined belt hole. At this time, the front edge of the peripheral edge of the through hole is positioned below the pin member.
In the wearing state of the belt, even if a strong external impact is applied to the buckle, the front end edge of the through hole formed in the upper plate is positioned below the pin member, and the pin member is held in a posture of being pressed against the front surface side of the belt body together with the frame body, so that the pin member prevents the upper plate from rising, and the upper plate is prevented from rotating in the rising direction. Thus, the clip is not accidentally opened, and therefore, even if a strong external impact is applied to the buckle, the connecting end portion of the belt main body is not detached from the clip.
Preferably, in the buckle of the waistband,
comprises a protruding piece extending forward from the front end of the upper plate,
the front end edge of the through hole is arranged to be located at and along the base end portion of the protruding piece.
In this case, the protruding piece is positioned below the pin member when the belt is worn, and can be more reliably pressed by the pin member. This can further prevent the upper plate from rising. Further, when the engaging member is forcibly opened, if a finger is placed on the protruding piece and the upper plate is pulled up, the engagement of the engaging means can be easily released, and the upper plate can be raised. In addition, since the surface of the tab can be seen from the outside when the waist belt is not worn, a sign or the like can be displayed on the tab to change the appearance.
Preferably, in the buckle of the waistband,
the engagement unit includes: an engaging piece that stands up from both side edge portions of the lower plate and that has an engaging projection protruding inward at a front end; and
an engaged portion provided at a predetermined position of both side edge portions of the upper plate corresponding to the engagement projection when the upper plate is pushed down to the lower plate side,
the engagement protrusion is configured to be engageable with the engaged portion from the outside.
In this case, since the engaging protrusion of the engaging piece is engaged with the engaged portion provided on both side edge portions of the upper plate from the outside to the inside, even if a strong external impact is applied from the side of the buckle during wearing of the belt, the direction of the impact is the same as the engaging direction of the engaging protrusion, and the engaged state of the engaging means is not easily disengaged by the external impact.
Effects of the invention
As described above, according to the present invention, when the belt is worn, the upper plate is pressed by the pin member which is inserted through the belt hole and held in a posture of being pressed against the front surface side of the belt body, and therefore, even if the buckle is externally impacted, the rotation of the upper plate in the rising direction is prevented by the pin member, and the clip is not accidentally opened. This can prevent the connecting end of the belt body from coming off the clip, and can be used with ease even when used as a belt for sports wear such as a buckle receiving a strong impact.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The buckle of the waistband according to the embodiment is used in a waistband worn as a sportswear, particularly a uniform for baseball, but may be used in a work suit or general clothing. In the present specification, the open side of the clip 1 is set to the front, the sides of the upper and lower plates 11, 21 supported by the shaft are set to the rear, the sides are set to the left and right, the side that becomes the outer surface when the waist belt is worn is set to the upper side, and the side that becomes the body side is set to the lower side.
As shown in fig. 1, the buckle includes: a clip 1 for holding the connecting end 41 of the waistband main body 4 in an anti-falling state; a substantially rectangular frame 30 rotatably attached to the front end of the clip 1; and a pin member 3 rotatably supported by the center of one side of the frame 30 so as to protrude into the frame 30.
The clip 1 is composed of two upper plates 11 and a lower plate 21 arranged vertically, and by rotatably supporting shaft portions 11a protruding in the left-right direction from both side portions of the rear end of the upper plate 11 in insertion holes 22a, the insertion holes 22a are provided near the front ends of the rising pieces 22 rising from both side portions of the rear end of the lower plate 21, and the clip 1 is opened forward, and a biting piece 14 having a zigzag front end edge is hung down from the rear end of the upper plate 11. Further, a cover 12 having an arc-shaped cross section and protruding upward is formed at the front end portion of the upper plate 11, and a protruding piece 13 is provided so as to extend forward from the central portion thereof. Rectangular through holes 10 are formed long in the front-rear direction from the base end portions of the protruding pieces 13 to the rear base end portions of the cover portions 12.
At both left and right side portions of the lower plate 21, a rising piece 22 and an engaging piece 23 protruding inward at the front end of the rising piece 22 and at the front end of the rising piece 22 are raised. The front end portion of the lower plate 21 is curved upward in an arc shape, and the cover portion 12 of the upper plate 11 is formed so that the arc-shaped front end portion 20 covered from above can be opened rearward. A slit portion 20a is formed in the central portion of the arcuate tip portion 20 so as to open at the rear end edge, whereby the arcuate tip portion 20 is left and right separated by the slit portion 20 a. The pair of arcuate distal ends 20 accommodates the one side of the housing 30 as a rotation shaft 31, and a center portion of the rotation shaft 31 exposed from the slit portion 20a is configured to rotatably wind one end of the pin member 3, as shown in fig. 2.
The frame 30 is a substantially rectangular frame having a rear end side as a rotation shaft 31, and is formed in an upwardly convex arc shape from the rotation shaft 31 toward both side edges 33 of a front end side 32 as shown in fig. 2 and 3. A concave portion 34 is provided in the center of the distal end edge 32. The pin member 3 is rotatably attached to the rotation shaft 31 of the housing 30 with one end wound as described above, and is curved in a downwardly convex shape in a state of being pushed forward as shown in fig. 3, and the front end thereof is set in a dimensional relationship to be in close contact with the concave portion 34 in the center of the front end edge 32 of the housing 30.
In order to fix the connecting end 41 of the belt body 4 to the buckle having the clip 1, the frame 30, and the pin member 3 in the state of preventing the clip from coming off, as shown in fig. 2, first, the upper plate 11 is rotated rearward about the shaft portion 11a as a rotation fulcrum, and the front of the clip 1 is opened widely. Then, a predetermined gap S is formed between the biting piece 14 of the upper plate 11 and the lower plate 21, and the connecting end 41 of the waistband main body 4 cut to a predetermined length is inserted into the gap S from the rear as indicated by a two-dot chain line. After insertion, when the upper plate 11 is pushed forward while the pin member 3 is inserted into the through hole 10 of the upper plate 11, the serration part of the tip of the biting piece 14 bites into the surface of the belt body 4, and the covering part 12 covers the upper surface of the arcuate tip 20 of the lower plate 21 from above, and at the same time, the engaging protrusions 23a of the engaging piece 23 of the lower plate 21 are engaged with the engaging concave parts 11b formed at the corresponding portions of the upper plate 11, respectively, thereby holding the locking piece 1 in the locked state.
When the connecting end 41 of the waistband main body 4 is clamped between the upper and lower plates 11, 21 and the front end of the biting piece 14 bites into the waistband main body 4, the engaging piece 1 is kept in the closed state by the engaging means composed of the engaging protrusion 23a and the engaging concave portion 11b, and the connecting end 41 of the waistband main body 4 is fixed in the anti-falling state by the engaging piece 1, even if the waistband main body 4 is pulled to the rear (pulling-out direction) of the engaging piece 1, the waistband main body is not separated from the engaging piece 1.
In order to wear the belt having the buckle with the above-described structure, the belt body 4 is passed through the belt passing portion of the pants, and as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the free end portion 42 side of the belt body 4 is inserted into the frame 30 from below, and the pin member 3 is inserted into one of the plurality of belt holes 40 provided on the free end portion 42 side of the belt body 4 so as to appropriately fasten the length around the trunk portion.
The wearing state of the waistband is as follows: as indicated by the solid arrow in fig. 4, the connecting end 41 side of the belt body 4 is pulled rearward of the clip 1, and the free end 42 side is pulled forward of the clip 1 as indicated by the two-dot chain arrow in the figure in a state where the pin member 3 is inserted into the belt hole 40. As a result, the pin member 3 inserted into the waistband hole 40 is pressed by the periphery of the waistband hole 40, and is held in a state of being pushed forward as shown in fig. 3 and 4. In this state, the following is set: the pin member 3 presses the front end edge of the through hole 10 from above, and the front end of the pin member 3 abuts against the recess 34 of the front end edge 32 of the housing 30.
When the belt is slid with the head being worn on a baseball uniform, for example, a strong impact from the ground is applied from the side of the buckle, and a force in a direction of floating up from the arcuate front end portion 20 of the lower plate 21 is applied to the cover portion 12 of the upper plate 11, the direction in which the force acts is the same as the direction in which the engagement protrusion 23a of the engagement piece 23 provided on the lower plate 21 engages with the engagement recess 11b of the upper plate 11. Therefore, the engagement state of the engagement protrusion 23a with the engagement recess 11b is not easily released by the impact from the ground, and the clip 1 is held in the closed state.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the pin member 3 inserted into the waistband hole 40 of the waistband main body 4 is held in a state pushed forward by the peripheral edge of the waistband hole 40, and the front end edge of the through hole 10 and the protruding piece 13 are positioned below the pin member 3, so that even when a very strong external impact is applied to the buckle, the pin member 3 can prevent the rotation of the upper plate 11 in the direction rising upward from the lower plate 21. In this way, in the waistband wearing state, the clip 1 is not rotated in the direction in which the upper plate 11 is raised accidentally, and is held in the closed state, so that even if the buckle is subjected to an external impact, the front of the clip 1 is not opened, and the connecting end 41 of the waistband main body 4 can be prevented from being detached from the rear end thereof, or the buckle can be prevented from being released.
In order to forcibly detach the connecting end 41 of the belt body 4 from the clip 1, the front of the clip 1 may be opened by rotating the shaft 11a of the rear end of the upper plate 11 rearward about the pivot point, but in this case, if a finger is placed on the tab 13 and the tab 13 is pulled upward, the engagement of the engagement protrusion 21a with the engagement recess 11b is easily released, and the upper plate 11 can be easily rotated. When the front of the clip 1 is opened, the biting into the belt body 4 by the biting piece 14 is released, and the belt body 4 can be pulled out from the clip 1 and detached.
In other words, since the upper plate 11 is not raised unless the finger is put on the protruding piece 13 and is intentionally pulled up, the front of the clip 1 is not accidentally opened, and the waistband main body 4 is fixed in a state of preventing detachment from the clip 1. In order to intentionally open the clip 1, the upper plate 11 can be easily opened by simply pulling up the finger on the tab 13, and therefore, the connecting end 41 of the belt body 4 can be easily removed. Further, since the tab 13 is externally visible when the waistband is not worn, a sign or the like can be displayed on the tab 13 to change the appearance.
Further, since the side edge 33 of the frame body 30 is formed in an upwardly convex arc shape and the tip of the pin member 3 is held in contact with the concave portion 34 provided in the center of the tip edge 32, for example, even if an external impact is applied from the ground during head sliding, the side edge 33 of the frame body 30 or both side portions of the concave portion 34 of the tip edge 32 serve as protection members, and the pin member 3 is not directly impacted. Thus, the tip of the pin member 3 is not lifted by the impact from the ground and is not separated from the waistband hole 40, and thus the pin member 3 is not pulled out from the waistband hole 40 and the wearing of the waistband main body 4 is not released.
As described above, according to the buckle of the embodiment, even if the buckle is impacted when the buckle is worn, the upper plate 11 is not raised and the front of the clip 1 is not opened, and thus, the belt body 4 is not separated from the clip 1 or the buckle is not released. In addition, the pin member 3 is not pulled out of the waistband hole 40, and the wearing of the waistband main body 4 is not released. Therefore, the belt can be used as a belt for a user to take a strong exercise in which the buckle is strongly impacted.
In addition, if the tab 13 extending in the center of the front end portion of the lower plate 21 is used, the opening operation of the upper plate 11 can be easily performed, and a sign or the like can be displayed on the tab 13 to change the appearance.
