The anti-bacterial anti-fog mask comprises a mask body 1 and a mask hanging belt 2, two ends of the mask body 1 are respectively connected with the mask hanging belt 2, the anti-bacterial anti-fog mask is characterized in that the mask body 1 is composed of a breathing layer 3, a filter layer 4 and an anti-bacterial layer 5, the breathing layer 3, the filter layer 4 and the anti-bacterial layer 5 are sequentially connected from inside to outside, the filter layer 4 is composed of a first non-woven fabric 6, a second non-woven fabric 7 and a third non-woven fabric 8, the first non-woven fabric 6, the second non-woven fabric 7 and the third non-woven fabric 8 are sequentially connected from inside to outside, two sides of the mask body 1 are respectively provided with a first folding edge 11 and a second folding edge 12, and an opening 13.
The top of the mask body 1 is provided with a mask wing 9 and a mask fixing strip 10, the mask wing 9 is arranged on the outer side of the antibacterial layer 5, and the mask fixing strip 10 is arranged between the breathing layer 3 and the antibacterial layer 5.

The preparation method of the antibacterial and antifogging mask comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of mask body
Firstly, a preparation method of a breathing layer comprises the following steps: singeing → desizing → mercerizing → pre-tentering → napping, napping → tentering → baking → preshrinking.
Singeing: adopting a two-side and two-side mode of fabric, wherein the position of a fire hole is cut and burned, the flame intensity is 6-9mbar, and the vehicle speed is 80-100 m/min;
desizing: the temperature is 80-90 ℃, the stacking time is 10-15min, the vehicle speed is 60-78 m/min, the water washing temperature is 99-105 ℃, and the desizing liquid comprises the following components: 21-25g/L desizing enzyme, 20-23g/L wax removing agent and 6-7g/L penetrating agent;
mercerizing: the alkali concentration is 15-17 Baume degree, and the washing temperature is 40-49 ℃;
pre-tentering: the drying temperature is 80-90 ℃, the vehicle speed is 40-55 m/min, and the dosage of the napping and raising auxiliary agent S2G is 10-30 g/L;
napping and napping: the cloth feeding and discharging tension is 2-10 newtons, and the vehicle speed is 8-30 m/min;
tentering: the drying temperature is 85-95 ℃, and the speed is 50-60 m/min; and in the tentering process, the functional finishing is finished by padding an antibacterial deodorizing, super-water-absorbing and skin-caring functional finishing agent, and the finishing agent formula comprises 5g/L of antibacterial and deodorant NS-30, 10g/L of super-hydrophilic softening agent SEH-01, 10g/L of skin-caring finishing auxiliary SKU-C and the balance of water.
Baking: the baking temperature is 145-165 ℃, and the time is 2-4 minutes;
pre-shrinking: the cloth cover temperature is 90-105 ℃, the vehicle speed is as follows: 30-40 m/min.
The antibacterial deodorant is a quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial deodorant NS-30 produced by Rihua chemical (China) Limited, the super-hydrophilic softener is a super-hydrophilic softener SEH-01 of weak cation modified amino silicone oil produced by Ziboli fine chemical Limited, and the beauty and skin care finishing auxiliary is a cation finishing auxiliary SKU-C containing a collagen component produced by Tuona trade (Shanghai) Limited.
The second non-woven fabric is bonded with the third non-woven fabric from inside to outside through bonding lines;
the first non-woven fabric is made of polyester non-woven fabric finished by using a super-hydrophilic softening agent SEH-01 of weak cation modified amino silicone oil produced by Ziplouri fine chemical Co., Ltd, and the dosage of the super-hydrophilic softening agent is 10 g/L; the second non-woven fabric is made of polypropylene non-woven fabric through high-voltage corona discharge field treatment, and the static adsorption capacity of the polypropylene non-woven fabric is improved after the polypropylene non-woven fabric passes through the high-voltage corona discharge field; the third non-woven fabric is made of polyester non-woven fabric finished by silver ion antibacterial finishing agent, and the using amount of the silver ion antibacterial finishing agent is 15 g/L;
the preparation method of the antibacterial layer is that the antibacterial layer is made of the woven fabric finished by the antibacterial finishing agent; the antibacterial finishing agent is PB80150 of a biguanide inorganic durable antibacterial agent MICROBAN company, and the dosage is 10 g/L;
the length of the antibacterial layer is larger than that of the breathing layer, the extended parts at two sides of the antibacterial layer are respectively folded to obtain a first folded edge and a second folded edge, and the upper end and the lower end of the first folded edge and the upper end and the lower end of the second folded edge are knotted and sewn by sewing threads; the upper edges and the lower edges of the breathing layer and the antibacterial layer are respectively sewn by sewing threads and vertically folded, the upper edge province of the mask body is respectively arranged at the two sides of the nasal alar part, and the province points are respectively arranged at the positions of the two outer sides of the nostril; the lower edge province of the mask surface body is positioned at two ends of the jaw of the chin, and the province tip respectively faces two mouth corners; sewing the wings of the facial mask on the top of the antibacterial layer, wherein the mask fixing strip is arranged between the breathing layer and the antibacterial layer and on the top of the mask body;
(2) preparation of mask hanging belt
The first strip-shaped hanging belt, the second strip-shaped hanging belt and the third strip-shaped hanging belt of the mask hanging belt are all made of elastic bands. When the mask is manufactured, the first strip-shaped hanging strip is firstly inserted into the through hole above the hanging strip supporting rod, then the adhesive tape storage bags made of the yarn-dyed fabric are respectively sewn on the two sides of the first strip-shaped hanging strip, two openings are arranged on the adhesive tape storage bags, one opening is arranged at the top of each adhesive tape storage bag, and the other opening is arranged on one side, connected with the mask surface body, of each adhesive tape storage bag; placing the second strip-shaped hanging belt and the third strip-shaped hanging belt on the hook respectively;
(3) the two ends of the second strip-shaped hanging belt are respectively sewn at the edge positions of the two sides of the middle part of the mask surface body, and the two ends of the third strip-shaped hanging belt are respectively sewn at the edge positions of the two sides of the lower part of the mask surface body, so that the antibacterial and antifogging mask is obtained.
The provinces in the step (1) comprise a first province and a second province, the mask body is provided with a first province and a second province along the upper edge, the lower edge of the mask body is provided with the third province and the fourth province, the first province and the second province are symmetrically arranged based on the vertical central line of the mask body, the third province and the fourth province are symmetrically arranged based on the vertical central line of the mask body, the heights of the first province and the second province are both 3cm, the maximum opening positions of the first province and the second province are both on the upper edge of the mask body, the lengths of the maximum openings of the first province and the second province are both 1.5cm, the distance between the tip of the first province and the vertical central line of the mask body is 1cm, the distance between the maximum opening central point of the first province and the vertical central line of the mask body is 3cm, the distance between the tip of the second province and the vertical central line of the mask body is 1cm, and the distance between the maximum opening central point of the second province and the vertical central; the heights of the third province and the fourth province are both 2cm, the maximum opening positions of the third province and the fourth province are both arranged at the lower edge of the mask body, the lengths of the maximum openings of the third province and the fourth province are both 1cm, the distance between the province tip of the third province and the vertical center line of the mask body is 3.5cm, the distance between the maximum opening center point of the third province and the vertical center line of the mask body is 5cm, the distance between the province tip of the fourth province and the vertical center line of the mask body is 3.5cm, and the distance between the maximum opening center point of the fourth province and the vertical center line of the mask body is 5 cm.
After the first province and the second province are saved, a first province line is formed, a second province line is formed, a third province line is formed after the third province and the fourth province line is formed.
The step (1) of sewing the veneering cover wing on the top of the antibacterial layer comprises the following steps:
the wing of the mask is unfolded, the shape is trapezoidal, the height is 1cm, the length of the long side is less than 1cm of the surface body of the mask, and the length of the short side is less than 0.5cm of the long side; sewing and saving the attaching face cover wing, wherein the saving position of the attaching face cover wing is the same as the saving position of the upper edge of the mask body, the saving maximum opening position of the attaching face cover wing is arranged on the long edge, and the length of the saving maximum opening of the attaching face cover wing is 0.5cm greater than the length of the first saving opening; then, keeping a 0.5cm seam head of the sewn province, and removing the parts of the rest provinces; then the long edge of the mask wing is sewed at the position 0.5cm away from the upper edge of the mask body.
The raw materials of the knitted fabric in the step (1) are cotton and sarcandra glabra cellulose fiber, and the raw material of the woven fabric is cotton.
The test results of the mask manufactured in example 1 and the mask for general medical surgery are shown in table 1.

The top of the mask body 1 is provided with a mask wing 9 and a mask fixing strip 10, the mask wing 9 is arranged on the outer side of the antibacterial layer 5, and the mask fixing strip 10 is arranged between the breathing layer 3 and the antibacterial layer 5.

the length of the antibacterial layer is larger than that of the breathing layer, the extended parts at two sides of the antibacterial layer are respectively folded to obtain a first folded edge and a second folded edge, and the upper end and the lower end of the first folded edge and the upper end and the lower end of the second folded edge are knotted and sewn by sewing threads; the upper edges and the lower edges of the breathing layer and the antibacterial layer are respectively sewn by sewing threads and vertically folded, the upper edge province of the mask body is respectively arranged at the two sides of the nasal alar part, and the province points are respectively arranged at the positions of the two outer sides of the nostril; the lower edge province of the mask surface body is positioned at two ends of the jaw of the chin, and the province tip respectively faces two mouth corners; sewing the wings of the facial mask on the top of the antibacterial layer, wherein the mask fixing strip is arranged between the breathing layer and the antibacterial layer and on the top of the mask body;

The first strip-shaped hanging belt, the second strip-shaped hanging belt and the third strip-shaped hanging belt of the mask hanging belt are all made of elastic bands. When the mask is manufactured, the first strip-shaped hanging strip is firstly inserted into the through hole above the hanging strip supporting rod, then the adhesive tape storage bags made of the yarn-dyed fabric are respectively sewn on the two sides of the first strip-shaped hanging strip, two openings are arranged on the adhesive tape storage bags, one opening is arranged at the top of each adhesive tape storage bag, and the other opening is arranged on one side, connected with the mask surface body, of each adhesive tape storage bag; placing the second strip-shaped hanging belt and the third strip-shaped hanging belt on the hook respectively;
(3) the two ends of the second strip-shaped hanging belt are respectively sewn at the edge positions of the two sides of the middle part of the mask surface body, and the two ends of the third strip-shaped hanging belt are respectively sewn at the edge positions of the two sides of the lower part of the mask surface body, so that the antibacterial and antifogging mask is obtained.
