Technical Field
The present invention relates to a protective case for wet wipes extraction, and more particularly, to a protective case for wet wipes extraction that can easily extract wet wipes one by one in a state where a plastic package storing wet wipes is accommodated inside.
The present invention also relates to a wet towel dispenser protection case in which a dispenser having a predetermined depth is detachably coupled to an upper surface of a plastic package having an opening to facilitate continuous dispensing of wet towels, and a cap member is provided to prevent the plastic package from rising and protect the plastic package from external impact when the wet towels are dispensed in a state in which the plastic package coupled to the dispenser is accommodated inside.
Background
Wet wipes are widely used in various places to wipe the peripheral skin or wipe the face, hands, feet, etc. when changing diapers for children, as well as to beautify or wash women, to sterilize and clean various daily necessities and office supplies, etc., and such wet wipes are stored in a plastic package of a synthetic resin material in a state of being partially overlapped so as to be able to maintain a wet state.
In this case, synthetic resin used for plastic packages uses functional synthetic resin having strong durability so as not to be easily torn or damaged by external impact. The functional synthetic resin is different from common synthetic resin and has higher unit price. However, the wet tissues stored in the plastic pack made of functional synthetic resin cannot be reused after being used up, but are disposed of, thereby having a disadvantage that considerable loss occurs in an economical aspect. In addition, in the conventional plastic package, the edges of both side end portions are cut off sharply in a zigzag shape, and there is a risk of a safety accident such as a user being scratched by the edges, and there is a risk of the plastic package being torn by external impact or the like and being damaged.
Therefore, korean utility model publication No. 20-0451707 discloses a box for containing a plastic package in such a manner that the plastic package can be safely used. Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a protective case for drawing out wet tissues, which includes a drawing member detachably attached to an upper surface of a plastic package having an opening portion formed therein so as to easily draw out the wet tissues even in a state where a lid member is attached to the plastic package, and which has a space formed therein for storing a part of the wet tissues to be drawn out.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a protective case for wet towel extraction which prevents a plastic pack from rising when the plastic pack rises simultaneously with the wet towel extraction operation.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a wet towel dispenser protecting case which limits the length of wet towel dispensed after the wet towel to be dispensed rises, thereby preventing the waste of wet towel while continuously dispensing the wet towel easily.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a wet towel dispenser protection case which is divided into an upper case and a lower case that are separated from and coupled to each other, and which is easy to replace a plastic package, and which allows wet towels to be easily dispensed from the plastic package contained therein for use.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a protective case for wet towel extraction which can prevent a next wet towel overlapping an extracted wet towel from being accidentally extracted along a tape when one wet towel is pulled out.
On the other hand, other objects not explicitly shown in the present invention are additionally considered within a range that can be easily estimated from the detailed description and the effects thereof to be described later.
Technical scheme
In order to achieve the above object, a protection case for wet wipes dispenser according to the present invention is a protection case for wet wipes dispenser, which can dispense wet wipes in a state where a plastic package for storing wet wipes is accommodated in the protection case, the protection case comprising: a drawing member detachably attached to an upper surface of the plastic package, the drawing member having a drawing hole formed at a center thereof to a predetermined depth; and a cover member for accommodating the plastic package combined with the drawing member therein and having a drawing port for drawing out the wet tissues thereon; when the wet towel is drawn out, the rising height of the drawing-out member is prevented by the cover member.
Preferably, wing plates are extended from both sides of the withdrawing member, and a blocking plate to which the wing plates are overlapped is provided at an inner upper end portion of the cover member, so that the wing plates are caught by the blocking plate to block a rising height of the withdrawing member from the cover member when the wet tissues are withdrawn.
Preferably, a support wall is extended downward from the bottom surface of the withdrawing member, and the support wall is inserted into an opening of the plastic package to provide a frictional force to the withdrawn wet tissues, thereby controlling the withdrawing length of the wet tissues.
Preferably, the extraction hole is formed to have a wide upper side and a narrow lower side.
Preferably, the cover member includes: a lower case having a hollow shape with an open upper portion and accommodating the plastic package storing the wet tissues therein; an upper case having a hollow shape with an open lower portion, detachably coupled to an upper end portion of the lower case, and including an extraction hole in an upper portion; and an elastic film which is combined to the outer surface of the upper box in a manner of surrounding the extraction hole and opens and closes the extraction hole by the elasticity of the cutting part which is radially cut off; the extraction member is placed on the upper surface of the plastic package, has a tube shape with a predetermined height, and has a cap shape in which an extraction hole connected to the opening portion of the plastic package is provided along the inner surface.
Preferably, magnets having different polarities from each other are respectively provided at a lower end portion of the upper case and an upper end portion of the lower case, and an attractive force occurs between the lower case and the upper case coupled to each other.
Preferably, the extraction cap includes a weight having a predetermined weight therein.
Preferably, the elastic membrane is attached to an upper face of the upper case.
Preferably, the elastic membrane is attached so as to entirely surround the outside of the upper case.
Preferably, a lower end of an inner side surface of the extraction cap forming the extraction hole protrudes further downward than a bottom surface of the extraction cap.
Advantageous effects
The protective case for drawing out wet tissues of the present invention is provided with a drawing hole having a predetermined depth at the center of a drawing member detachably attached to the upper surface of a plastic package having an opening, so that a part of the wet tissues is stably stored in the drawing hole even in a state where the plastic package is accommodated in a cover member, and the wet tissues can be easily accessed by a user's hand through the drawing hole having a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion, thereby having an effect of easily drawing out the wet tissues.
In addition, when the extraction member rises along with the wet tissue, the wing plate of the extraction member is blocked from rising by the blocking plate protruding from the inner side of the cover member, so that the plastic package can be blocked from continuously rising along with the extraction of the wet tissue, thereby providing convenience in use by easily extracting the wet tissue.
In addition, in a state where the withdrawing member is attached to the plastic package, the next wet wipe rising with the wet wipe to be withdrawn comes into contact with the supporting wall protruding from the lower side of the withdrawing member, and at this time, the next wet wipe rising with the wet wipe to be withdrawn is stopped in a state where only a part of the wet wipe is withdrawn from the withdrawing hole by the frictional force generated between the supporting wall and the wet wipe, so that there is an effect that the disadvantage that the wet wipe is excessively withdrawn can be prevented.
In addition, the wet towel drawing-out protection box of the invention realizes the opening and closing of the inside of the protection box along with the deformation of the cutting part with elastic force when the upper box is connected with the lower box, thereby having the advantage that the wet towel in the protection box can be easily drawn out and used by one hand.
Further, the drawing hole of the drawing cap has a predetermined height so that a part of the wet tissues can be stably stored in the drawing hole, and the wet tissues can be easily accessed by the user's hand through the drawing hole having a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion, thereby providing an advantage that the wet tissues can be easily drawn out.
When the extraction cap is attached to the plastic package, the lower end of the inner side surface of the extraction cap protrudes further downward than the bottom surface of the extraction cap, and therefore the lower end of the inner side surface of the extraction cap is disposed on the upper side of the interior of the plastic package through the opening. Therefore, when the wet tissues are drawn out, the next wet tissues rising with the wet tissues to be drawn out are brought into contact with the lower end of the inner side surface of the drawing cap inserted into the opening portion, and the next wet tissues rising with the lower end of the inner side surface of the drawing cap and the wet tissues are stopped at the drawing hole in a state of being drawn out only a part of the wet tissues, thereby having an effect of preventing the wet tissues from being drawn out successively due to the folding force between the overlapped wet tissues.
In addition, the drawing cap is provided with a weight having a predetermined weight inside, and presses and supports the upper surface of the plastic package, so that the upper surface of the plastic package and the drawing cap are prevented from rising along with the weight when the wet tissue is drawn, thereby having an effect of not offsetting the function of restricting the drawing of the wet tissue through the lower end of the inner side surface.

The configuration of the wet towel extraction protective case according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
If examined with reference to fig. 1 to 4, the wet towel extraction protection cartridge 110 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a lower case 110, the lower case 110 accommodating the plastic package 10 storing the wet wipes T therein; an upper case 120 detachably coupled to an upper end of the lower case 110, the upper case 120 including an extraction hole 121 at an upper portion thereof; an elastic film 130 coupled to an outer surface of the upper case 120 so as to surround the extraction hole 121, the elastic film 130 opening and closing the extraction hole 121 by an elastic force of the cut portion 132 radially cut; and a drawing cap 140, the drawing cap 140 being placed on the upper surface of the plastic package 10, having a tube shape with a predetermined height, and having a drawing hole 141 along the inner surface thereof, which is connected to the opening 12 of the plastic package 10.
The extraction cap substantially corresponds to an extraction member of another embodiment of the present invention described later, and the lower cartridge, the upper cartridge, and the elastic membrane substantially entirely correspond to the extraction member of another embodiment.
For convenience of description, the X direction is defined as the left-right direction, the Y direction is defined as the front-rear direction, and the Z direction is defined as the vertical direction by using X, Y, Z coordinates shown in fig. 2, which are applied to the same extent in the patent claims and the entire specification.
If referring to fig. 2 to 4, the lower case 110 is fabricated in a hollow form with an open upper portion. The lower case 110 is in the form of a vessel as a whole, and is internally provided with a receiving space 111 for receiving the plastic package 10 storing the wet tissues T. The lower case 110 is composed of a lower plate 110a substantially forming a lower portion and a lower side plate 110b extending upward from the lower plate 110a to substantially form a side portion. At this time, the upper surface of the lower side plate 110b, that is, the upper surface of the lower case 110 is formed to have a predetermined thickness as a portion contacting the lower surface of the upper case 120.
The lower case 110 is formed such that the upper surface in the front-rear direction and the upper surface in the left-right direction have different heights from each other. Preferably, an upper face in the front-rear direction of the lower case 110 is made to have a higher position than an upper face in the left-right direction. Therefore, the upper surface of the lower case 110 has a single closed curve shape bent in the up-down direction. A support wall 114 extending upward may be provided on the upper surface of the lower case 110. The support wall 114 is disposed substantially outside the upper surface of the lower case 110, and thus is staggered between the outside and the inside of the upper surface of the lower case 110.
The lower case 110 is provided at an upper end thereof with a plurality of magnets M. The magnets M are coupled to the upper end portions of the lower case 110 on the left and right sides, respectively, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the magnets M may be coupled to the upper end portions of the lower case 110 on the left and right sides and in the front-rear direction, respectively. On the other hand, the magnet M provided at the upper end of the lower case 110 may be built in the upper end of the lower case 110, or may be inserted and fixed to the upper surface of the lower case 110. In the present embodiment, the magnet M is inserted and fixed from the upper surface of the lower case 110, and therefore, a plurality of magnet coupling holes 112 into which the magnet M is inserted are provided in the upper surface of the lower case 110. The magnet coupling hole 112 has a shape of a groove recessed downward from the upper surface of the lower case 110.
The magnet M attached to the magnet coupling hole 112 of the lower case 110 may be a magnet having one polarity of N-pole or S-pole, but it is preferable that a magnet M having a polarity different from that of the magnet M coupled to the lower case 110 is coupled to the magnet M coupled to the upper case 120, which will be described later, as long as the magnet M having one polarity of N-pole or S-pole is coupled to the lower case 110. For example, if the N-pole magnet M is coupled to the lower case 110, an S-pole magnet M should be coupled to the upper case 120, which will be described later.
Also, the lower case 110 may also be made of a synthetic resin material, such as plastic, having a predetermined strength, so that the plastic package 10 accommodated inside may be safely protected from external impact. However, the material of the lower case 110 is not limited to the synthetic resin material, and any material having a predetermined strength or more, such as wood or a metal material, may be used.
If examined with reference to fig. 1 to 4, the upper case 120 can be detachably coupled to the upper end of the lower case 110 so as to open or close the interior of the lower case 110. The upper case 120 is in the form of an inverted vessel as a whole, and is made in a hollow form with an open lower portion. A drawing hole 121 is perforated in the upper portion of the upper case 120. The upper case 120 is formed with an upper plate 120a having an extraction hole 121 formed therein and an upper side plate 120b extending downward from the upper plate 120a to form a side surface portion. At this time, the lower surface of the upper side plate 120b, that is, the lower surface of the upper case 120 is formed to have a predetermined thickness as a portion contacting the upper surface of the lower case 110.
The upper plate 110a, which is the upper portion of the upper case 120, is provided with an extraction hole 121. The drawing-out hole 121 is perforated from the upper portion of the upper case 120 to serve as a passage for connecting the outside and the inside of the upper case 120, so that the wet wipes T can be drawn out from the plastic package 10 accommodated in the lower case 110 through the drawing-out hole 121 in a state where the upper case 120 is coupled to the lower case 110.
An elastic film 130 having a cut portion 132 is connected to the outer surface of the upper case 120. The elastic film 130 may be provided so as to cover the entire outer surface of the upper case 120, and may be attached so as to surround the upper surface of the outer surface of the upper case 120, as shown in the present embodiment. In this case, the upper surface of the upper case 120 to which the elastic film 130 is attached should be understood to include all of the upper surface as long as the upper surface is substantially directed upward. The upper plate 120a, which is the upper portion of the upper case 120, is provided with an elastic film attaching groove 122 in a groove shape into which the elastic film 130 is inserted and fixed, so that the elastic film 130 does not protrude from the outer surface of the upper case 120 when the elastic film 130 is coupled to the upper surface of the upper case 120. The elastic film attachment groove 122 is provided with the above-described extraction hole 121.
The upper case 120 is formed such that the lower surface in the front-rear direction and the lower surface in the left-right direction have different heights from each other. Preferably, the lower surface of the upper case 120 contacts and is connected to the upper surface of the lower case 110, so that the lower surface in the left-right direction of the upper case 120 is made higher than the lower surface in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the lower surface of the upper case 120 has a single closed curve shape bent in the vertical direction corresponding to the upper surface of the lower case 110. A fixing wall 126 extending downward may be provided on a lower surface of the upper case 120. The fixing wall 126 is disposed substantially inside the lower surface of the upper case 110, and thus is staggered inside and outside the lower surface of the upper case 120. The staggered layers of the lower surface of the upper case 120 and the staggered layers of the upper surface of the lower case 110 are coincidently and fittingly combined with each other.
The protection case 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention has an advantage in that it can prevent the upper case 120 from being easily separated from the lower case 110 due to an external impact by forming the heights of the upper surface of the lower case 110 and the lower surface of the upper case 120 in the front-rear and left-right directions to be matched with each other, thereby blocking the front-rear and left-right movements of the lower case 110 and the upper case 120 connected to each other.
In addition, the upper surface of the lower case 110 formed with the staggered layers and the lower surface of the upper case 120 are matched with each other by the support wall 114 and the fixing wall 126, and thus the upper case 120 is more firmly coupled to the lower case 110.
The upper case 120 includes a plurality of magnets M at a lower end thereof. The upper case 120 includes magnets M at positions and numbers corresponding to the number and positions of the magnets M coupled to the lower case 110. In the present embodiment, since the magnets M are provided one at each of the left and right upper end portions of the lower case 110, the magnets M provided in the upper case 120 are connected one at each of the left and right lower end portions of the upper case 110. On the other hand, the magnet M provided at the lower end of the upper case 120 may be built into the lower end of the upper case 120, or may be inserted and fixed to the lower surface of the upper case 120. In the present embodiment, the magnet M is inserted and fixed to the lower surface of the upper case 120, and therefore, a plurality of magnet coupling holes 124 into which the magnet M is inserted are provided in the lower surface of the upper case 120. The magnet coupling hole 124 has a groove shape recessed upward from the lower portion of the upper case 120.
The magnet M attached to the magnet coupling hole 126 of the upper case 120 preferably has a polarity different from that of the magnet M attached to the lower case 110 in order to smoothly couple the lower case 110 and the upper case 120. As described above, since the magnets M having different N-poles or S-poles are coupled to the lower case 110 and the upper case 120, respectively, attractive force is generated between the magnets M of the lower case 110 and the magnets M of the upper case 120, and the upper case 120 is firmly coupled to the lower case 110 in a separable manner.
Further, the upper case 120 may be made of a synthetic resin material having a predetermined strength, such as plastic, in order to prevent deformation and breakage due to external impact. However, the material of the upper case 120 is not limited to the synthetic resin material, and any material having a predetermined strength or more, such as wood or a metal material, may be used.
If examined with reference to fig. 1 to 4 and 7, the elastic membrane 130 is attached to the upper portion of the upper case 120. Specifically, the elastic film 130 is inserted into and fixed to the elastic film attachment groove 122 provided in the upper plate 110a of the upper case 120, and is provided so as to surround the extraction hole 121 above the extraction hole 121. The elastic membrane 130 is made of a synthetic resin material having elasticity such as rubber or silicone. A part of the elastic membrane 130 located above the extraction hole 121 is provided with a cut portion 132 that is radially cut off. The cut-off portion 132, which is radially cut off and has an elastic force, is bent or restored by an external force, thereby functioning to open or close the drawing hole 121. That is, in a state where the upper case 120 is coupled to the lower case 110, the inside of the protection case 100 is opened and closed according to the deformation of the cut portion 132 having the elastic force, and thus the wet tissues T inside the protection case 100 can be easily drawn out and used with one hand.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the cut-out portion 132 is illustrated as being cut into a cross shape with the center cross point as the center, but this is not limited to one embodiment, and may be variously disposed in a radial shape.
If referring to fig. 2 and 4-7, the extraction cap 140 is placed on the upper face of the plastic package 10. The extraction cap 140 provides a passage for extracting the wet wipes T while it is attached to the upper surface of the plastic package 10, and serves to restrict the next wet wipe T overlapped with the wet wipe T to be extracted from being extracted. The extraction cap 140 has a weight 146 therein, which presses and supports the upper surface of the plastic package 10, thereby preventing the upper surface of the plastic package 10 from being lifted up when the wet wipes T are extracted. On the other hand, the extraction cap 140 may be provided with an adhesive plate 148 made of a material having adhesive force on the bottom surface thereof, and detachably adhered and connected to the upper surface of the plastic package 10.
The extraction cap 140 includes a body 142 and a baffle 146, the body 142 is formed in a pipe shape having a predetermined height, an extraction hole 141 is provided along an inner surface, a lower portion is opened, and the baffle 146 is connected to the opened lower portion of the body 142 to form a bottom surface. When the extraction cap 140 is placed on the plastic package 10, the extraction hole 141 is inserted into the opening 12 of the plastic package 10 and connected to the inside of the plastic package 10.
The drawing hole 141 provided along the inner surface of the body 142 has a predetermined height and is provided in a wide upper and narrow lower shape having a diameter gradually decreasing from the upper side to the lower side. On the other hand, the lower end 142a of the inner surface of the main body 142, which forms the extraction hole 141, extends further downward than the lower end of the outer surface of the main body 142. Therefore, the inner side surface lower end 142a of the main body 142 protrudes further downward than the baffle 146 connected to the open lower portion of the main body 142, that is, the bottom surface of the extraction cap 140. The lower end 142a of the inner surface of the main body 142, which extends further downward than the stopper 146, is inserted into the opening 12 when the drawer cap 140 is placed on the plastic package 10, and is disposed at the inner upper end of the plastic package 10. A plurality of binding columns 143 are provided inside the body 142. The main body 142 has a predetermined weight because it includes a weight 144 having a predetermined weight therein.
The weight 144 is preferably made of a high-density material such as metal as a member having a predetermined weight. The weight 144 has a plate shape with a predetermined thickness, and is formed in an elliptical ring shape with a hollow inside. The weight hammers 144 are provided inside the withdrawing cap 140 so that the withdrawing cap 140 can have a predetermined weight. A plurality of post fixing holes 145 are perforated in the weight hammer 144, and the post fixing holes 145 have the number and positions corresponding to the coupling posts 143 of the body 142. The lower end of the coupling column 143 is inserted into and coupled to the column fixing hole 145, and the weight 144 is firmly coupled to the inside of the body 142.
The stopper 146 is coupled to the lower inner side of the body 142 to form the bottom surface of the withdrawing cap 140. The baffle 146 is formed in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and is formed in an elliptical ring shape with a hollow interior. A plurality of screw insertion holes 147 are perforated in the blocking plate 146, and the screw insertion holes 147 have the number and positions corresponding to the coupling posts 143 of the body 142. That is, the baffle plate 146 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 147 and then coupled to the lower portion of the body 142 by a fixing screw (not shown) screwed to the coupling post 143 of the body 142. The baffle 146 is provided with an adhesive plate 148 underneath.
An adhesive plate 148 is attached to the underside of the baffle 146. The adhesive plate 148 has a plate shape with a predetermined thickness, and is formed in an elliptical ring shape with a hollow interior. On the other hand, when the adhesion plate 148 is provided under the stopper 146, the adhesion plate 148 is in contact with and placed on the upper surface of the plastic package 10 since the adhesion plate 148 forms the bottom surface of the extraction cap 140. At this time, the adhesive plate 148 is made of a material having adhesive force, and detachably adheres the extraction cap 140 to the upper surface of the plastic package 10. Specifically, the ADHESIVE plate 148 is made using an elastic ADHESIVE SHEET (SHEET ELASTOMER ADHESIVE) so as to have a characteristic that the ADHESIVE force is semi-permanently sustained. Further, the adhesive substance such as the elastic adhesive sheet used by the adhesive sheet 148 has an advantage that the adhesive force is restored to the original state if used for water washing when the adhesive surface is stained with dust or dirt, and thus the withdrawal cap 140 can be used in such a manner as to be repeatedly attached to or detached from the plastic package 10.
The function of the protective case for wet towel extraction according to one embodiment of the present invention configured as described above will now be described in detail.
First, the opening 12 of the plastic package 10 in which the wet wipe T is packaged is opened, and then the extraction cap 140 is attached to the upper surface of the plastic package 10 such that the lower end 142a of the inner surface of the extraction cap 140 is inserted into the opening 12. The extraction cap 140 is adhered by the adhesive force of the adhesive plate 148 provided at the lower portion so as to be temporarily fixed to the upper face of the plastic package 10.
The plastic package 10 with the extraction cap 140 attached thereto is accommodated inside the lower case 110. And then the lower cartridge 110 and the upper cartridge 120 are combined with each other. At this time, attractive force is generated between the magnets M of different polarities provided at the upper end and the lower end of the lower case 110 and the upper case 120, respectively, and the supporting wall 114 of the lower case 110 and the fixing wall 126 of the upper case 120 are matched with each other, so that the upper case 120 is firmly fixed and coupled to the lower case 110 without a gap.
In a state where the lower case 110 is completely coupled with the upper case 120, when the wet tissues T are to be drawn out, a hand is inserted between the cut portions 132 of the elastic membrane 130. The cut portion 132 cut radially is bent downward in response to the hand insertion, and opens the draw-out hole 121 of the upper case 120. The user pulls a portion of the wet wipe T located at the drawing hole 141 of the drawing cap 140 by using a hand inserted into the protection case 100 through the incision part 132 and the drawing hole 121, thereby drawing the wet wipe T out of the protection case 100 for use.
The protection case for drawing out wet tissues according to the embodiment of the present invention having the above-mentioned construction and functions has an advantage in that the wet tissues T inside the protection case 100 can be easily drawn out and used even with one hand by opening and closing the inside of the protection case 100 according to the deformation of the cut portion 132 having the elastic force in the state where the upper case 120 is coupled to the lower case 110.
Further, the extraction holes 141 have all the predetermined heights as described above, so that a part of the wet tissue T can be stably stored in the extraction holes 141, and the extraction holes 141 having the wide upper portion and the narrow lower portion allow the user's hand to easily approach the wet tissue T, thereby providing an advantage that the user can easily grasp and extract the wet tissue T.
Further, since the inner lower end 142a of the extraction cap 140 protrudes further downward than the bottom surface of the extraction cap 140, the inner lower end 142a of the extraction cap 140 is disposed on the upper side of the plastic package 10 through the opening 12 when the extraction cap 140 is attached to the plastic package 10. Therefore, when the wet tissues T are taken out, the next wet tissue T that rises following the wet tissues T to be taken out comes into contact with the lower end 142a of the inner surface of the opening 12, and the next wet tissue T that rises due to the frictional force generated between the lower end 142a of the inner surface and the wet tissues T is stopped at the take-out hole 141 in a state where only a part of the wet tissues T is taken out.
The extraction cap 140 has a weight 146 therein having a predetermined weight, and presses and supports the upper surface of the plastic package 10, thereby preventing the upper surface of the plastic package 10 and the extraction cap 140 from being raised when the wet wipe T is extracted, and thus, there is an effect of not canceling the effect of restricting the extraction of the wet wipe T by the lower end 142a of the inner surface.
Next, the structure of the wet towel extraction protective case according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 8 to 11.
The wet towel drawing-out protective case 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention includes: a withdrawing member 210, the withdrawing member 210 being detachably attached to the opening portion 12 of the plastic package 10 storing wet tissues T; and a lid member 220, the lid member 220 accommodating the plastic package 10 coupled with the withdrawing member 210 therein, and having a withdrawing port 222 on which the wet tissues T are withdrawn.
The extraction member 210 is in the form of an oval tube, and has an extraction hole 212 having a predetermined depth at the center. The extraction hole 212 has a shape that is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom as a whole, and the diameter is gradually reduced from the top to the bottom. The overall shape of the extraction hole 212 is provided in the shape of a cylindrical funnel (hopper) having an inner diameter that decreases gradually downward. Wings 214 extend from both sides of the withdrawing member 210. In the present embodiment, the wing plate 214 is illustrated as projecting in a rectangular shape, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be variously provided in a bar shape or the like. On the lower side of the withdrawing member 210, a support wall 216 is protruded along the outer circumference of the withdrawing hole 212.
The withdrawing member 210 is detachably attached to the upper surface of the plastic package 10 formed with the opening portion 12. The withdrawing member 210 may be fixed to the upper surface of the plastic packing 10 in a state that an adhesive such as a double-sided tape is attached to the bottom surface. Depending on the nature of the adhesive, the withdrawing member 210 may be reattached to another plastic package in a state of being detached from the plastic package 10, or may be detachably attached to a new plastic package using a new adhesive.
In a state where the withdrawing member 210 is attached to the plastic package 10, the support wall 216 protruding from the lower side of the withdrawing member 210 is inserted into the inside of the opening portion 12 and positioned inside the plastic package 10. The support wall 216 provides friction to the wet wipe T as it is being withdrawn, controlling the length of the wet wipe T that is being withdrawn. Specifically, the next wet wipe T to be taken out with the wet wipe T to be taken out hits the support wall 216 of the take-out member 210 protruding downward along the opening portion 12 of the plastic package 10. The wet towel T contacting the supporting wall 216 generates a frictional force due to the contact with the supporting wall 216, and the frictional force generated at this time acts more than the close contact force between the wet towels, so that the next wet towel T rising along with the wet towel T to be drawn is stopped in a state where only a part of the wet towel T is drawn out from the drawing-out hole 212 by the frictional force with the supporting wall 216.
In a state where the withdrawing member 210 is attached to the plastic package 10, a portion of the wet tissues T is located at the withdrawing hole 212 of the withdrawing member 210 as described above. In this case, the drawing hole 212 of the present invention has a hollow shape having a predetermined height, and a predetermined space is formed inside, so that the wet tissue T can be safely stored without being folded, and when the wet tissue T is to be drawn again, the drawing hole 212 has a funnel shape which is formed to be wider from the lower side to the upper side, so that a space into which a user's hand can enter is sufficiently secured, and there is an advantage in that a part of the wet tissue T can be easily drawn.
The flaps 214 protruding from both sides of the withdrawing member 210 and extending therefrom are provided to protrude further to both sides than the side surfaces of the plastic package 10 in a state where the withdrawing member 210 is attached to the plastic package 10. Specifically, the left and right lengths of the wing plates 214 extended from both sides of the withdrawing member 210 are made to correspond to the inner left and right lengths of the cover member 220 described later.
The cover member 220 surrounds and covers the plastic package 10 to which the withdrawing member 210 is coupled, thereby accommodating the plastic package 10 to which the withdrawing member 210 is coupled inside the cover member 220. The lid member 220 has a lower end portion opened and an upper side provided with a drawing port 222 through which the wet tissues T are drawn. The drawing port 222 is preferably cut in a cross shape as a portion into which a hand of a user can be inserted to grasp and draw out the wet towel T. When the user's hand is inserted, the drawing port 222 of the cover member 220 is bent downward, and the wet towel T can be drawn out by utilizing the space formed by the bent drawing port 222. The withdrawal port 222 is restored to the original position after the user's hand is removed, and closes the inside of the lid member 220. For this, the extraction port 222 may be made of a synthetic resin material having elasticity such as synthetic rubber.
The cover member 220 is provided with blocking plates 224 at both sides of the inner upper end portion thereof. The blocking plate 224 is in contact with the wing plate 214 of the withdrawing member 210 protruding from the inside of the cover member 220 and received inside the cover member 220. When the wet wipe T is drawn out, the plastic package 10 and the withdrawing member 210 may rise along with the wet wipe T, and if the plastic package 10 continues to rise, the upper end of the withdrawing member 210 contacts the withdrawing port 222 of the cap member 220, and thus the wet wipe T may not be easily withdrawn. In contrast, according to the present invention, when the plastic package 10 is lifted, the wing plate 214 of the withdrawing member 210 is caught by the blocking plate 224 provided inside the cover member 220, thereby blocking the plastic package 10 and the withdrawing member 210 from being lifted.
Now, the operation of the wet towel dispenser protective case according to another embodiment of the present invention having the above-described structure will be described in detail.
First, the opening portion 12 of the plastic package 10 storing the wet wipes T is opened, and then an adhesive such as a double-sided tape is attached under the withdrawing member 210. The support wall 216 protruding from the lower surface of the withdrawing member 210 fixes the withdrawing member 210 to the plastic package 10 so as to be inserted into the opening 12 of the plastic package 10.
The plastic package 10 is covered with the lid member 220 in a state where the withdrawing member 210 is attached to the plastic package 10. When the wet wipe T is to be drawn out in a state where the plastic package 10 is accommodated in the cover member 220, the wet wipe T can be drawn out for use by inserting a hand into the drawing port 222 of the cover member 220 and pulling a portion of the wet wipe T located in the drawing hole 212 of the drawing member 210. The extraction hole 212 has a predetermined height as described above, so that a part of the wet tissue T can be stably stored in the extraction hole 212, and the extraction hole 212 having a funnel shape with a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion allows a user's hand to easily approach the wet tissue T, thereby providing an advantage that the wet tissue T can be easily taken out.
In addition, when the withdrawing member 210 ascends along with the wet tissues T, the wing plates 214 of the withdrawing member 210 are caught by the blocking plates 224 protruding inside the cover member 220 to block the ascending, and thus the plastic package 10 is blocked from continuing to ascend along with the withdrawing of the wet tissues T, thereby providing convenience in use in which the wet tissues T can be easily withdrawn.
In addition, in a state where the withdrawing member 210 is attached to the plastic package 10, the next wet wipe T rising with the wet wipe T to be withdrawn contacts the supporting wall 216 protruding from the lower side of the withdrawing member 210, and at this time, the next wet wipe T rising with the wet wipe T to be withdrawn stops in a state where only a part thereof is withdrawn from the withdrawing hole 212 by means of the frictional force generated between the supporting wall 216 and the wet wipe T, and thus there is an effect that it is possible to prevent a disadvantage that the wet wipe T is excessively withdrawn.
