Example one
The embodiment provides an outdoor help seeking device, when a distress occurs in activities such as outdoor exploration and hiking, a person in distress can provide a help seeking identification through the outdoor help seeking device, so that a search and rescue person can find and find the person in distress. For convenience of description, the outdoor help device is briefly described as a help device.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the help device comprises a shell 1, a gas storage cylinder 3 and a floating body 2; a first chamber 101 is arranged in the housing 1, and the gas storage cylinder 3 is arranged in the first chamber 101. The gas cylinder 3 is used to store light gas so as to supply the float body 2 with light gas. The floating body 2 is connected to the shell 1 in a traction way.
The help device comprises a non-help state 100 and a help state 200. When the help device is in the non-help state, the floating body 2 is compressed in the first chamber 101. When the help-seeking device is in a help-seeking state, the gas storage cylinder 3 supplies light gas into the floating body 2, and the floating body 2 floats outside the shell 1, so that the floating body 2 floats in the air and is not separated from the shell 1.
In use, when the device is in a non-help state, the floating body 2 is compressed in the shell 1, so that the occupied volume of the help device can be reduced, and the device is convenient for a user to carry. When in danger, the light gas can be supplied into the floating body 2 through the gas storage bottle 3, so that the floating body 2 is expanded and floats in the air, and search and rescue personnel can find the light gas conveniently. Meanwhile, the floating body 2 is connected with the shell 1 in a traction manner, so that the search and rescue personnel can find out the persons in distress according to the position of the floating body 2.
Therefore, the help-seeking device provided by the embodiment is convenient for search and rescue personnel to find out the people in danger, and further can timely rescue the people in danger so as to avoid missing the optimal rescue opportunity.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1, in addition to the first embodiment, an opening is further provided at one end of the housing 1, so that the floating body 2 can protrude to the outside of the housing 1 through the opening. An end cap 102 is further provided at the opening position, and the end cap 102 is used for closing or opening the opening of the housing 1.
The end cover 102 and the housing 1 may be detachably connected by one of the connection modes such as a threaded connection, a snap connection, and an interference fit, so as to open the opening of the housing 1, so that the floating body 2 extends out of the first chamber 101 of the housing 1.
The gas cylinder 3 is fixedly mounted in the first chamber 101 of the housing 1 so as to avoid the gas cylinder 3 from shaking randomly relative to the housing 1. In the embodiment, the light gas stored in the gas bomb 3 may be selected from hydrogen, helium, and other gases with density less than air, so that the floating body 2 can float in the air after being filled with the light gas.
Further, the light gas may be selected from inert gases such as helium to avoid a deflagration event during use. The light gas can be compressed and stored in the gas storage bottle 3, so that the occupied volume of the gas storage bottle 3 can be reduced, and meanwhile, a sufficient gas source can be provided, and the floating body 2 can float and lift off conveniently. The gas quantity stored in the gas storage cylinder 3 is matched with the gas quantity required by the floating body 2 for floating.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an inflation assembly 4 is arranged at one end of the floating body 2 close to the gas bomb 3, one end of the inflation assembly 4 is communicated with the interior of the floating body 2, and the other end of the inflation assembly 4 is used for being communicated with the gas bomb 3, so that the gas bomb 3 can fill light gas into the floating body 2. The end of the floating body 2 close to the gas storage bottle 3 is also provided with a mounting seat 202, and the inflation component 4 is embedded in the mounting seat 202.
In an embodiment, inflation assembly 4 includes air needle 401, one-way valve 402, and air cap 403. One end of the air needle 401 is communicated with the interior of the floating body 2, and the other end of the air needle 401 is communicated with the check valve 402. The one-way valve 402 is communicated between the air needle 401 and the air tap 403; the check valve 402 is used to control the light gas to flow from one end of the air nozzle 403 to one end of the air needle 401 in a one-way manner, so as to prevent the floating body 2 from leaking air after the floating body 2 is lifted off.
The air nozzle 403 is provided with a through hole (not shown) communicating with the check valve 402. An air pipe 302 is connected to the open end 301 of the air cylinder 3, and the end of the air pipe 302 far away from the open end 301 is used for connecting an air nozzle 403. Wherein, the outer diameter of the gas pipe 302 is matched with the inner diameter of the through hole in the air nozzle 403, when the gas pipe 302 is plugged with the through hole, the sealing connection is realized, and the light gas is sent into the air nozzle 403 from the gas pipe 302 and then sent into the floating body 2 through the one-way valve 402 and the air needle 401. After the floating body 2 is completely inflated, the air nozzle 403 is separated from the air pipe 302 under the buoyancy of the floating body 2, so that the floating body 2 is lifted.
Of course, in other embodiments, air cap 403 may be separated from air delivery conduit 302 by an external force. For example, after inflation is complete, the user pulls the air tap 403 off of the air pipe 302 to facilitate the ascent of the float 2.
In the embodiment, a winding shaft is further sleeved outside the air pipe 302, and the traction wire 5 is wound on the winding shaft. Wherein, the one end and the floater 2 fixed connection of pull wire 5, the other end and the spool fixed connection of pull wire 5 to the realization is connected floater 2 traction on casing 1, avoids floater 2 and casing 1 separation. Therefore, in use, the person in danger can hold the shell 1 by hand to float the floating body 2, and after the search and rescue personnel view the floating body 2, the person in danger can be found according to the position of the floating body 2.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, a closing member 6 is further rotatably mounted at the open end 301 of the gas cylinder 3, and the closing member 6 is used for controlling the opening or closing of the open end 301. Of course, the outer periphery of the closure 6 matches the shape of the open end 301, so that, when the open end 301 is closed, the outer periphery of the closure 6 is snugly sealed against the inner wall of the open end 301 to avoid gas leakage.
When the open end 301 is opened by the closure member 6, the gas in the gas bomb 3 passes through the open end 301 and the gas pipe 302 in order and is sent to the floating body 2. When the closure member 6 closes the open end 301, gas in the gas cylinder 3 cannot enter the gas delivery pipe 302.
One end of the closing member 6 is rotatably connected to the side wall of the open end 301 by a first rotating shaft 7. A torsion spring (not shown) is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 7, one end of the torsion spring is abutted against the inner wall of the opening end 301, and the other end of the torsion spring is abutted against the closing member 6. The torsion spring is used to drive the closure member 6 in a state of closing the open end 301, thereby preventing the closure member 6 from sagging under the action of gravity.
In an embodiment, a switch mechanism 8 is further disposed at the open end 301, and the switch mechanism 8 is used for driving the closing member 6 to open the open end 301. The switching mechanism 8 includes, among other things, an actuator assembly 801, a drive shaft 802, and a locking assembly 803. A drive shaft 802 is slidably mounted on the side wall of the open end 301, one end of the drive shaft 802 being connected to the actuator assembly 801 and the other end abutting the closure member 6.
In use, the user moves the actuator assembly 801 to slide the actuating shaft 802 relative to the open end 301, and then the actuating shaft 802 pushes the closure member 6 to rotate to open the open end 301.
The locking component 803 is used for locking or unlocking the execution component 801, and when the locking component 803 locks the execution component 801, the locking component 803 limits the position of the execution component 801 to prevent the execution component 801 from being pushed. When the locking assembly 803 unlocks the actuator assembly 801, the user may push the actuator assembly 801 to move, which in turn causes the drive shaft 802 to move.
Specifically, one end of the driving shaft 802 extends out of the housing 1, and the other end of the driving shaft 802 extends into the first chamber 101 in the housing 1; the drive shaft 802 is slidably connected to the side wall of the housing 1. The end of the drive shaft 802 located within the housing 1 continues into the open end 301 and the drive shaft 802 abuts the closure member 6. Wherein the driving shaft 802 is slidably mounted on the sidewall of the open end 301, i.e. the driving shaft 802 can slide in/out of the open end 301.
The closing element 6 is arranged obliquely, i.e. the closing element 6 is at an angle to the plane of the end surface of the open end 301. The higher end of the closure member 6 is disposed away from the actuator assembly 801. The upper end of the closing member 6 is rotatably mounted on the side wall of the open end 301, and the lower end of the closing member 6 serves as a movable end. The abutment of the drive shaft 802 with the closure 6 is located at a position between the upper end and the movable end of the closure 6.
Thus, when the driving shaft 802 is slid in relative to the open end 301, the driving shaft 802 can push the closing member 6 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 7, so that the movable end of the closing member 6 is separated from the inner wall of the open end 301, and the open end 301 is opened.
In the embodiment, the actuating assembly 801 is fixedly connected to the end of the driving shaft 802 away from the closing member 6, and the actuating assembly 801 is located outside the housing 1, so as to facilitate the operation of the user.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the actuator assembly 801 includes a main body 801a, and one end of the main body 801a is fixedly connected to the driving shaft 802. In the non-help state 100, a gap is provided between the main body 801a and the outer wall of the housing 1, thereby providing a space for movement of the main body 801 a. When it is desired to open the open end 301, the driving shaft 802 is driven by the pushing body 801a to move in the direction of sliding into the open end 301, and the closing member 6 is further pushed to rotate to open the open end 301.
In an embodiment, the execution assembly 801 further includes a limit plate 801 b; the stopper plate 801b is provided at one end of the main body 801a remote from the drive shaft 802. The area of the limit plate 801b is larger than the cross-sectional area of the driving shaft 802, so that the contact area of a user is increased, and the user can operate the actuator assembly 801 to push the driving shaft 802 to move conveniently; meanwhile, the comfort of user operation is also improved.
In the radial direction of the driving shaft 802, one end of the limit plate 801b protrudes from the main body 801a, so that an accommodating cavity is formed between the limit plate 801b and the outer wall of the housing 1.
The locking assembly 803 is disposed at one end of the limiting plate 801b close to the receiving cavity. Wherein the locking assembly 803 comprises a locking block 803a and a second rotation shaft 803 b. One end of the locking block 803a is rotatably mounted to the outside of the housing 1 by a second rotating shaft 803 b; the other end of the locking block 803a serves as the movable end.
The locking assembly 803 includes a locked position 8031 and an unlocked position 8032.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, when the locking assembly 803 is in the locked position 8031, the movable end of the locking block 803a is rotated to a position adjacent to the actuator assembly 801. The locking block 803a extends into the accommodating cavity between the limiting plate 801b and the housing 1, and the locking block 803a abuts against the limiting plate 801b and the housing 1 respectively, so that the movement of the limiting plate 801b is limited, and the axial movement of the driving shaft 802 is further limited.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, when the locking assembly 803 is in the unlocking position 8032, the movable end of the locking block 803a rotates out of the accommodating cavity, and the position of the position-limiting plate 801b is released. The actuator 801 is movable in an axial direction of the driving shaft 802, and thereby the driving shaft 802 is moved in the axial direction.
In an embodiment, the locking block 803a and the second rotating shaft 803b can be in interference fit, so that the locking block 803a can be pushed to rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 803b when a user pulls the locking block 803a while the locking block 803a is prevented from rotating relative to the second rotating shaft 803b at will. Therefore, the locking component 803 is prevented from unlocking the execution component 801 at will, and the normal use operation of the user can be ensured.
When not in use, i.e., the non-help state, the locking component 803 is in the locked position, enabling the position of the actuator 801 to be restricted. At the same time, the closure member 6 closes the open end 301 and the float 2 is compressed within the first chamber 101.
When the user needs to ask for help, the user can open the end cover 102 first to open the opening of the shell 1, so that the floating body 2 can float and lift off. The lock block 803a is rotated to disengage the lock block 803a from the stopper plate 801b, thereby unlocking the actuator assembly 801. The actuator 801 is pushed in the axial direction of the driving shaft 802, and the driving shaft 802 is moved in the axial direction. The end of the drive shaft 802 remote from the actuator 801 slides into the open end 301, and the drive shaft 802 pushes the closure member 6 to rotate, so that the movable end of the closure member 6 is separated from the inner wall of the open end 301, thereby opening the open end 301 of the gas cylinder 3. The light gas in the gas bomb 3 enters the floating body 2 through the open end 301, the gas pipe 302 and the inflation assembly 4, so that the floating body 2 is expanded to generate buoyancy. Under the action of buoyancy, the inflation assembly 4 is separated from the air delivery pipe 302, and the floating body 2 rises to the air, so that search and rescue personnel can find the floating body conveniently and find people in danger.
As shown in fig. 2, in a further embodiment, the float 2 may be selected from one of a rubber balloon, a plastic balloon, and the like. When the floating body 2 is not inflated, the floating body can be compressed and stored, so that the occupied space is reduced; after being inflated, the air can float and lift off.
An LED strip 201 is further provided on the outer surface of the float 2. In this embodiment, the LED strips 201 are assembled into a word "SOS" for the search and rescue workers to accurately identify.
In other embodiments, the LED strip 201 may be assembled into words such as "ask for HELP", "HELP", and the like.
In the embodiment, an FPC board 203 is further attached to the surface of the floating body 2, and a power supply (not shown) is further attached to the FPC board 203. The power supply and the LED strip 201 are electrically connected to the FPC circuit board 203, thereby realizing power supply to the LED strip 201. One electrode of the power supply is electrically connected with the FPC 203 in a contact manner, and when the power supply is in a non-help state, the electrode and the FPC 203 can be isolated and insulated by a plastic film.
