Abstract
The invention relates to an evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis, which comprises: the data acquisition equipment is arranged at the position of the live broadcast client and used for capturing image data of a scene where the anchor is located so as to obtain a live broadcast scene image; the mosaic processing equipment is used for executing mosaic processing on a corresponding region of the live broadcast scene image according to the position of an organ imaging region when the organ exposure command is received, and outputting the live broadcast scene image after the mosaic processing as an uploaded live broadcast image; and the evidence preservation device is connected with the mosaic processing device and is used for storing the live scene image with the organ imaging area. The evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis is convenient to operate and has a certain automation level. Because the obscene content appearing in the live broadcast can be monitored in real time and evidence can be obtained in real time, the complex manual monitoring mode can be replaced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data analysis, in particular to an evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis.
Background
The preservation of evidence refers to the measures of legally receiving and fixing evidence data by judicial authorities to maintain the authenticity and the proof strength. When the evidence data in litigation may disappear or become difficult to obtain in the future, the judicial authorities may take security measures in advance according to the application or authority of the litigant participants to ensure the authenticity of the evidence. The lawsuit law of modern countries has the regulation of evidence preservation. The national litigation law and the administrative litigation law stipulate that litigant participants can apply for evidence preservation and people's court can actively take evidence preservation measures under the condition that the evidence may be lost or difficult to obtain later. In the regulation of the Chinese criminal litigation law, the judicial organization has the right to take various measures to collect and call evidences, and the detained articles and documents are kept or sealed.
Preservation of evidence in the broad sense refers to various processing mechanisms that recover and preserve all material associated with the crime scene.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the related field, the invention provides an evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis, which can immediately perform mosaic processing on a related image area and simultaneously perform preservation on related electronic evidence when detecting that a main broadcast has obscene performance, thereby realizing effective management on live broadcast data.
Therefore, the invention needs to have the following key invention points:

the mosaic processing equipment is further used for outputting the live broadcast scene image as an uploading live broadcast image when an organ unexposed command is received;
the evidence preservation device is connected with the mosaic processing device and used for storing a live scene image with an organ imaging area;
the restoration processing equipment is connected with the data acquisition equipment and used for executing point image restoration processing on the received live broadcast scene image to obtain an instant restoration image;
the correction processing device is connected with the restoration processing device and used for executing color correction processing on the received instant restoration image to obtain a corresponding instant correction image;
the filter processing device is connected with the correction processing device and used for executing bilateral filter processing on the received instant correction image to obtain a bilateral filter image;
organ detection equipment which is respectively connected with the filtering processing equipment and the mosaic processing equipment and is used for receiving the bilateral filtering image, searching the human body private organs in the bilateral filtering image based on the outline of each human body private organ, and sending out an organ exposure command and outputting a searched corresponding organ imaging area when the search is successful;
the MMC memory chip is connected with the organ detection equipment and used for pre-storing all appearance outlines of various human body privacy organs, and the appearance outline of each human body privacy organ is a pattern only comprising corresponding types of human body privacy organs.
According to another aspect of the invention, an evidence preservation method based on content data analysis is further provided, and the method comprises the step of using an evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis as described above for judging whether obscene content appears or not based on content data analysis of a live broadcast picture and preserving related evidence.
The evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis is convenient to operate and has a certain automation level. Because the obscene content appearing in the live broadcast can be monitored in real time and evidence can be obtained in real time, the complex manual monitoring mode can be replaced.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of an evidence preservation platform based on content data parsing according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Electronic evidence collection refers to a process of obtaining, storing, analyzing and presenting evidence of criminal behaviors such as computer intrusion, destruction, fraud, attack and the like in a manner of meeting legal specifications by using computer software and hardware technologies. From the technical aspect, computer crime evidence obtaining is a process of scanning and cracking an invaded computer system and reconstructing an invaded event. Specifically, the method regards a computer as a crime scene, and utilizes advanced discrimination technology to dissect crime behaviors of the computer and search criminals and crime evidences thereof.
With the increasing number of crime cases and the digitalization of crime means, the work of collecting electronic evidences becomes a key to provide important clues and solve cases. Electronic evidence is the restoration of corrupted computer data and the provision of relevant electronic data evidence.
Due to the particularity of the electronic evidence, when collecting the electronic evidence, a computer operator who provides an evidence unit needs to open the computer to search the evidence which needs to be collected. When evidence is found, the forensics should view and confirm the time of formation of the document through the display. Then the operator opens the file, and the evidence collector determines that the file is the evidence to be collected, and then extracts and fixes the file in a corresponding mode. In the process of finding evidence, if the document can not be found or opened, the professional should be informed in time to assist. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the originality, authenticity and legality of the electronic evidence, professional data copying and backup equipment is adopted to copy and backup the electronic evidence file during the collection of the electronic evidence, and the data copying equipment is required to have the functions of read-only design, automatic calibration and the like.
In the prior art, some broadcasters for live video services adopt obscene performances to acquire the attention of more live users from time to time in order to attract people and improve the attention of the users, however, the performances do not accord with some national or regional laws or moral standards, and need to be monitored and stopped. However, live evidence of these performances is difficult to achieve, since obscene performances by the anchor are very short-lived.
In order to overcome the defects, the invention builds an evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis, and can effectively solve the corresponding technical problems.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a live scene applied by an evidence preservation platform based on content data parsing according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The evidence preservation platform based on content data analysis according to the embodiment of the invention comprises:
the data acquisition equipment is arranged at the position of the live broadcast client and used for capturing image data of a scene where the anchor is located so as to obtain a live broadcast scene image;
the mosaic processing equipment is used for executing mosaic processing on a corresponding region of the live broadcast scene image according to the position of an organ imaging region when the organ exposure command is received, and outputting the live broadcast scene image after the mosaic processing as an uploaded live broadcast image;
the mosaic processing equipment is further used for outputting the live broadcast scene image as an uploading live broadcast image when an organ unexposed command is received;
the evidence preservation device is connected with the mosaic processing device and used for storing a live scene image with an organ imaging area;
the restoration processing equipment is connected with the data acquisition equipment and used for executing point image restoration processing on the received live broadcast scene image to obtain an instant restoration image;
the correction processing device is connected with the restoration processing device and used for executing color correction processing on the received instant restoration image to obtain a corresponding instant correction image;
the filter processing device is connected with the correction processing device and used for executing bilateral filter processing on the received instant correction image to obtain a bilateral filter image;
organ detection equipment which is respectively connected with the filtering processing equipment and the mosaic processing equipment and is used for receiving the bilateral filtering image, searching the human body private organs in the bilateral filtering image based on the outline of each human body private organ, and sending out an organ exposure command and outputting a searched corresponding organ imaging area when the search is successful;
the MMC memory chip is connected with the organ detection equipment and used for pre-storing all appearance outlines of various human body privacy organs, and the appearance outline of each human body privacy organ is a pattern only comprising corresponding types of human body privacy organs.

the mosaic processing equipment is further used for outputting the live broadcast scene image as an uploading live broadcast image when an organ unexposed command is received;
the evidence preservation device is connected with the mosaic processing device and used for storing a live scene image with an organ imaging area;
the restoration processing equipment is connected with the data acquisition equipment and used for executing point image restoration processing on the received live broadcast scene image to obtain an instant restoration image;
the correction processing device is connected with the restoration processing device and used for executing color correction processing on the received instant restoration image to obtain a corresponding instant correction image;
the filter processing device is connected with the correction processing device and used for executing bilateral filter processing on the received instant correction image to obtain a bilateral filter image;
organ detection equipment which is respectively connected with the filtering processing equipment and the mosaic processing equipment and is used for receiving the bilateral filtering image, searching the human body private organs in the bilateral filtering image based on the outline of each human body private organ, and sending out an organ exposure command and outputting a searched corresponding organ imaging area when the search is successful;
