Referring to fig. 1, a flow of one embodiment of an information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information processing method is applied to the first terminal device as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 101, in response to receiving an editing operation of a first user on a first information subset of an information set, editing the first information subset according to the editing operation.
In this embodiment, the information set may be an information set that is editable online. The information set may include a plurality of information elements. The information element may be the smallest unit of information in the information set. The information elements may include text, letters, numbers, etc.
The information set may also include at least one subset of information that may be considered an entirety. Typically the subset of information that can be considered an entity can be moved as an entity. The subset of information may be, for example, a row of information elements in the set of information, or may be a column of information elements in the set of information.
In some application scenarios, the above-described information sets may include at least one row of information subsets, and/or at least one column of information subsets.
In these application scenarios, the above-described information sets may be recorded in an online editable spreadsheet. The electronic form may include a plurality of rows, or a plurality of columns. Each information element in the information set may be in one-to-one correspondence with a row and a column in the electronic form. That is, the information element is recorded in a unique area in the spreadsheet determined by the row and the column.
In these application scenarios, the first subset of information includes at least one row of subsets of information, and/or at least one column of subsets of information.
That is, the first information subset may include one line of information subset or two or more lines of information subset. Or the first information subset may include one column of information subset or more than two columns of information subset. Alternatively, the first information subset may include at least one row of information subsets and at least one column of information subsets.
The editing operations described above may include movement, deletion, calculation, font adjustment, background color adjustment, and the like.
The first terminal device may edit the first information subset according to the editing operation. And the first terminal equipment displays the edited information set after editing the first information subset.
Step 102, information of editing operation is generated.
In the present embodiment, after the first terminal device edits the first information subset according to the editing operation, or the first terminal device generates information of the editing operation while editing the first information subset according to the editing operation.
The information of the above-described editing operation may include information of a position of the first information subset in the information set, and description information of the editing operation performed on each information element in the first information subset. Taking the first information subset as the a-column information for illustration, the a-column information includes a plurality of digital information elements. The editing operation may be, for example, adding each information element in the a-column information to a preset value. The description information may be, for example, description information that sums each information element in column a with the preset value.
Step 103, synchronizing the information of the editing operation to the second terminal device of the second user of the current browsing information set, so that the second terminal device executes the following information editing operation: and editing the first information subset according to the information of the editing operation.
In order to realize information collaboration, the first terminal device may send the information of the editing operation to a second terminal device of a second user that performs collaboration with the first user.
The second user may be any user who is in coordination with the information being processed by the first user. I.e. the second user is browsing or processing the above-mentioned information sets using the second terminal device.
After receiving the information of the editing operation, the second terminal device may edit the first information subset in the information set according to the information of the editing operation. The same editing operation of the first terminal to the first information subset according to the editing operation of the first user is realized.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned synchronization of the information of the editing operation to the second terminal device of the second user currently browsing the information set may be implemented through a server. Specifically, the first terminal device may send the information of the editing operation to the server, and the server sends the information of the editing operation to the second terminal device of the second user that is cooperated with the information of the first user.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an information processing method, an information processing device and electronic equipment, which are used for editing a first information subset of an information set according to an editing operation performed by responding to the received first information subset of the information set by a first user; generating information of editing operation; synchronizing the information of the editing operation to a second terminal device of a second user currently browsing the information set, so that the second terminal device executes the following information editing operation: and editing the first information subset according to the information of the editing operation. When the first user edits the first information subset in the information set through the first terminal device, the second terminal device can edit the first information subset according to the information of the editing operation by sending the information of the editing operation to the second terminal device of other users who browse the information set at the same time. By transmitting only the information of the editing operation to the second terminal device, the second terminal device can perform editing of the first subset of information. The first terminal device can edit each information element in the first information subset according to the information of the editing operation in the second terminal without sending the information element in the first information subset and the editing result to the second terminal device. The method reduces the information quantity to be sent during the information cooperative processing, and is beneficial to improving the stability of the information cooperative processing.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the above information processing method further includes: and sending the information of the editing operation to a server so that the server executes the following content adjustment operation: editing the first information subset according to the editing operation in a preset database storing the information set, and editing information elements of the first information subset; and storing the editing result.
Referring to fig. 2, there is shown a schematic diagram of an information processing method according to the present disclosure.
User a and user B are online co-processing the information sets. User a performs an editing operation on a first information subset of the information sets in the first terminal device that he uses. And according to the editing operation of the user A, updating a first information subset in the information set displayed by the first terminal equipment, namely, generating update at the front end of the user A by the information set. The first terminal equipment generates information of editing operation and sends the information of the editing operation to the server. And the server receives the information of the editing operation. And transmitting the information of the editing operation to the second terminal device of the user B. Namely, the server side realizes cooperative message transmission. And the second terminal equipment executes the same editing operation as that in the first terminal equipment on the first information subset of the information set at the front end according to the information of the editing operation, and displays the result after the editing operation. I.e. the information set is updated in the second terminal device. When receiving the editing operation information sent by the first terminal device, the server side can send the editing operation information to the Node. The Node may be running in the server, and the Node may run the same information set as the first terminal device. After the Node receives the information of the editing operation, the Node can asynchronously edit the information set according to the information of the editing operation. After Node edits information set, updating the change result of information set to database for storing information set. After the user C edits the first information subset for a preset time by the user a, when the information set is opened, the server may extract the information set after the editing operation is performed from the database, and send the information set to the user C. The information set after the above-described editing operation is entered is refreshed in the third terminal device of the user C.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a flow of one embodiment of an information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information processing method is applied to the first terminal device as shown in fig. 3, and includes the steps of:
step 301, in response to receiving an editing operation performed by a first user on a first subset of information of a set of information, editing the first subset of information according to the editing operation, wherein the editing operation is a position adjustment operation.
The information set may be displayed on a display interface of the first terminal device. The first subset of information may be information in a preset area in the above-mentioned set of information.
The first user may perform a position adjustment operation on the first subset of information via the first terminal device. For example, a drag operation performed by the user on the first information subset.
The first terminal device may move the first subset of information to a position indicated by the position adjustment operation according to the position adjustment operation of the first user.
For example, the above information sets are recorded in a spreadsheet. The above-described electronic form may include a-column information, B-column information, and C-column information. The first subset of information may be column a information in a spreadsheet. The user may perform a drag operation on the a-column information, dragging the a-column information between the B-column and the C-column information. According to the drag operation described above, the a-column information and the B-column information can be permuted. I.e. the position of the a-column information in the information set is adjusted.
In the first terminal device, after the first user performs the position adjustment operation on the first information subset, the information set after the position adjustment on the first information subset may be displayed in the first terminal setting.
In step 302, information of a position adjustment operation is generated.
The information of the position adjustment operation may include a first sub-area where the first information subset is located in the information set, and a target sub-area where the first information subset after the position adjustment is located in the information set.
Step 303, synchronizing the information of the position adjustment operation to a second terminal device of a second user currently browsing the information set, so that the second terminal device performs the following information adjustment operation: and carrying out position adjustment on the first information subset according to the information of the position adjustment operation.
In order to realize information coordination, the first terminal device may send the information of the position adjustment operation to a second terminal device of a second user that performs coordination with the first user.
The second user may be any user who is in coordination with the information being processed by the first user. I.e. the second user is browsing or processing the above-mentioned information sets using the second terminal device.
After receiving the information of the position adjustment operation, the second terminal device may perform position adjustment on the first information subset in the information set according to the information of the position adjustment operation. The same position adjustment operation of the first terminal to the first information subset according to the position adjustment operation of the first user is realized.
It should be noted that, the synchronization of the information of the position adjustment operation to the second terminal device of the second user currently browsing the information set may be implemented through a server.
In this embodiment, a first subset of information of a set of information is subjected to a position adjustment according to a position adjustment operation performed on the first subset of information in response to receiving the position adjustment operation performed on the first subset of information by a first user; generating information of the position adjustment operation; synchronizing the information of the position adjustment operation to a second terminal device of a second user currently browsing the information set, so that the second terminal device executes the following information adjustment operation: and carrying out position adjustment on the first information subset according to the information of the position adjustment operation. When the user adjusts the position of the first information subset in the information set through the first terminal device, the second terminal device can adjust the position of the first information subset according to the information of the position adjustment operation by sending the information of the position adjustment operation to the second terminal device of other users who browse the information set at the same time. The second terminal device performs position adjustment of the first subset of information by transmitting information of the position adjustment operation only to the second terminal device. The first terminal device can realize the position adjustment of each content in the first information subset according to the information of the position adjustment operation in the second terminal without transmitting the content in the first information subset to the second terminal device. The information quantity required to be sent during the cooperative information processing is reduced, and the stability of the cooperative information processing is improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the step 301 may include the following steps:
step one, creating a target sub-area in an area corresponding to the position adjustment operation in the information set.
And step two, moving the first information subset to the target subarea.
The movement here means that the first word area in which the first subset of information is originally located is empty, i.e. no more information elements are present in the first sub-area. Each information element of the first information subset is written in the target sub-area.
And thirdly, deleting the first sub-region where the first set subset is originally located.
I.e. delete the empty first sub-region.
Through the three steps described above, the semantics of a region move (moveover) can be defined to implement the logic of the row/column exchange in the spreadsheet.
Semantics of moveonge: the information elements of one region are moved into another region, including adjustment of the reference relationships. After this action, the source region will be empty, the target region will become the content of the source region, and the cells that originally referenced the source region for computation will also change their referencing relationship.
The semantics of moveonge can be used by the "cut+paste" or "drag region" commonly used in tables.
The using method comprises the following steps: after the user a performs a region movement on the first information set (including the information elements of A1: B4), it can be expressed by a moveover (A1: B4, C1: D4). The server is informed of what the specific data in the area is, and the moveonger (A1: B4, C1: D4) is sent to the second terminal device. After receiving the moveover (A1: B4, C1: D4), the second terminal device may perform the above three steps, so as to move A1: B4 to a C1: D4. The action described by moveonge (A1: B4, C1: D4) includes: setting A1 to be empty, and setting C1 to be the original value of A1; b1 is set to be empty, and D1 is set to be the original value of D1; ..; b4 is set to null and D4 is set to the value of the original B4.
By using the moveover semantics, the original first sub-region of the first information subset related to the position adjustment operation and the moved target sub-region are not needed to be transmitted through the server, so that the information transmission quantity of the first information subset during information coordination through the server can be reduced, and the stability of the information coordination system can be improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the information set includes a second information subset, and in the original information set, the first information subset is located in a first sub-region of the information set. The second subset of information may be located in a second sub-region of the set of information. The second subset of information may comprise the same number of information elements as the first subset of information. In the original information set, each information element of the second information subset may reference an information element of the first information subset based on the first sub-region.
In these alternative implementations, the information processing method further includes: the information elements of the second subset of information are adapted to reference the information elements of the first subset of information based on the target sub-region.
Each information element in the second subset of information in the set of information may refer to a corresponding information element in the first subset of information by referring to an information element in a corresponding position in the first sub-area.
The information set is recorded in a spreadsheet. The above-described electronic form may include a-column information, B-column information, and C-column information. The spreadsheet may include N rows. The first subset of information may be column a information in a spreadsheet. In the information set, the information elements in column C may refer to the information elements of column a by referring to the information of each row of column a. For example, each row information element in column C is set equal to each row information element in column a.
When the A-column information is dragged between the B-column information and the C-column information, the area of the original B-column information can be adjusted to the A-column. And adjusting the original A column information to B column. As the position of the original a-column information and the original B-column information moves, the reference relationship of the C-column information will be adjusted accordingly, i.e. the reference of the information element in the C-column to the information element in the original a-column is adjusted to the reference of the information element in the current B-column.
In these alternative implementations, the information elements of the second subset of information referencing the first subset of information are not corrupted by adjusting the information elements of the second subset of information to reference the information elements of the first subset of information based on the target sub-region.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the information adjustment operation performed by the second terminal device according to the information of the position adjustment operation further includes: adjusting each information element in the second information subset to reference each information element in the first information subset based on the first sub-region to reference each information element in the first information subset based on the target sub-region.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, after the first terminal device sends the information of the position adjustment operation to the server, the server performs the following content adjustment operation: in a preset database storing the information set, carrying out position adjustment on the first information subset according to the position adjustment operation, and adjusting the first information subset from a first sub-area corresponding to the information set to a target sub-area; adjusting each element in the second information subset to reference each element in the first information subset based on the first sub-region to reference each element in the first information subset based on the target sub-region; and saving the content adjustment result.
Referring to fig. 4, there is shown a schematic diagram of an information processing method according to the present disclosure.
User a and user B are online co-processing the information sets. The information set may include a plurality of columns of information. The user a performs a position adjustment operation on a first information subset of the information sets in the first terminal device that the user a uses. For example, column A1 (first sub-region) is swapped with column B1. Specifically, a new column (target sub-region) may be added after the B1 column, and the new column may be the C1 column. And the first terminal equipment moves the first information subset corresponding to the A1 column to the C1 column, and the information elements in the A1 column are empty. The A1 column is then deleted. Thereby enabling the exchange of A1 column and B1 column information elements. The first terminal device may generate a moveRange (A1, B1) according to the above-described position adjustment operation. moveonge (A1, B1) may include three operations: operation one, adding add C1 column of add mol behind B1 column; operation two, the first information subset in the A1 column is moved to a C1 column moveRange; operation three, delete column A1 delCol. The above-described two operations of adding and deleting can change the reference relationship of the formula. After receiving the three operations, the server may broadcast information including the position adjustment operation of the moveover (A1, B1) to the second terminal device of the user B who is browsing the same information set, that is, send a collaboration message. The second terminal device may also implement the above three operations included in the moveonger (A1, B1) according to the above collaboration message, so as to implement information exchange between the A1 column and the B1 column. And displaying the result after information exchange. After receiving the information including the position adjustment operation of the moveover (A1, B1) sent by the first terminal device, the server may send the information including the position adjustment operation of the moveover (A1, B1) to the Node. The Node may be running in the server, and the Node may run the same information set as the first terminal device. After receiving the information including the position adjustment operation of the moveover (A1, B1), the Node may asynchronously process the information set according to the information including the position adjustment operation of the moveover (A1, B1).
