Simultaneously, after the temporary plug destroy, the limit of the lower end of the lower layer sealing insertion pipe is released, so that the lower layer sealing insertion pipe can be lifted out together with the interlayer oil pipe and the inner layer oil pipe, and the secondary operation is convenient.
