Background
With the development of economy, more and more buildings adopt curved surface modeling in succession, the roof panel structure usually adopts a honeycomb panel, and has the characteristics of light weight, high strength and the like, while the honeycomb panel is usually a straight panel, so the roof panel must be arranged according to a certain rule in order to simulate the shape of a curved surface, and meanwhile, the roof panel structure needs to have a certain strength requirement.
The roof panel connecting system is used as an important structure for supporting the roof panels and plays a role in providing rigidity, the existing support is generally in a conventional rigid connection, and because the curvature of a curved surface at each roof panel position is different, each connecting piece has to be designed and manufactured independently, and the industrial manufacturing is not facilitated. Therefore, it is necessary to design a connection system that can be adjusted by itself according to the needs, and can manufacture standard components to increase the construction speed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides an adjustable connecting system for a roof decorating plate and a construction method. The components of the connecting system can be prefabricated in a factory and assembled on site, and construction is facilitated. And the panel can rotate around the rotation axis, and the support plate department sets up different bolt holes and can select according to the demand to the inclination of adjustment panel. And the roof boarding can follow profiled sheet and slide, convenient to detach, adjustment. The connection system meets the connection requirement on one hand, and can be adjusted on the other hand, so that the connection system is convenient to automatically adjust and can also meet the standardized design.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an adjustable connecting system for a roof decorating plate, which comprises a decorating plate assembly, a slot connecting piece, a sliding rail support and a profiled steel plate, wherein the decorating plate assembly is provided with a plurality of slots; the decorative plate assembly consists of a decorative plate, square pipe purlins and a square pipe with side edges, wherein the surface of the bent lower end of each side of the decorative plate is provided with two square pipe purlins in parallel, the two square pipe purlins are anchored by rivets and welded at the corner parts, and the lower parts of the square pipe purlins are anchored by rivets with the square pipe with side edges; the slot connecting piece comprises a first connecting part connected with the decorative plate assembly and a second connecting part connected with the sliding rail support, a slot is formed in the first connecting part, and the decorative plate assembly is connected to the slot connecting piece through the slot; the slide rail support comprises an upper end connecting piece, a pi-shaped slot and a clamp, wherein the upper end connecting piece is inserted into the pi-shaped slot and fixed through a bolt, and two side edges of the pi-shaped slot are fixed with the clamp through bolts; the second connecting part is rotatably connected with the upper end connecting piece; the sliding rail support is connected with the profiled steel sheet through the clamp and can slide on the profiled steel sheet.
As a further preferable mode of the present invention, the second connection part is a circular tube fixed to a lower portion of the socket connection part; the upper end of the upper end connecting piece is also provided with a round pipe; the round pipe on the slot connecting piece is connected with the round pipe on the upper end connecting piece through a pin shaft.
As a further preferable mode of the invention, the straight plate with the hollow pipe is longitudinally provided with a plurality of round holes, and different heights can be selected according to requirements.
As a further preferable mode of the invention, the outer side of the Pi-shaped slot in the slide rail support is processed in a zigzag mode, and a cushion block is added.
The invention further provides a construction method of the adjustable connecting system of the roof decorating plate, which comprises the following implementation steps:
step one, positioning on the profiled steel sheet according to a construction drawing, and gradually installing the slide rail support at the upper part.
And step two, inserting the slot connecting piece and the sliding rail support into the round shaft to be assembled into a hinge.
And thirdly, rolling up the two sides of the decorative plate through a curling machine, fixing the decorative plate with the connecting pieces, and assembling the decorative plate connecting pieces in advance.
And fourthly, hanging the decorative plate assembly to the slide rail support, inserting the square pipe into the slot and fixing the square pipe by using the bolt.
By adopting the technical means, compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the structure is simple, rivets are mostly adopted to be connected with bolts, and if the decorative plate assembly can be assembled on the ground and then hoisted to a roof to be connected with the slot connecting piece, the steps of high-altitude operation are simplified, and only the bolt is fixed after the decorative plate assembly is inserted into the groove, so that the connection is simple;
2. the hinge structure formed by the slot connecting piece and the sliding rail support can change different angles of the panel, so that the radian is formed on the whole appearance, and the effect of replacing the curve with the straight line is achieved to form the required curved roof;
3. each component is simple, the demand is large, the components can be prefabricated by a factory and conveyed to a construction site for direct assembly, and the prefabricated roof is suitable for curved roofs with different curvatures and can be produced in a standardized manner;
4. because all adopt bolted connection, when overhauing, and save partial component in advance, can directly change the damage component, it is comparatively convenient to maintain.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments.

As shown in figure 1, the adjustable connecting system of roof decorative plate comprises a decorative plate assembly 1, a slot connecting piece 2, a slide rail support 3 and a profiled steel sheet 4, wherein the decorative plate assembly 1 consists of a decorative plate 11, a square pipe purlin 12 and a square pipe 13 with a side edge, the two sides of the decorative plate 11 are bent, the lower end surfaces of the two square pipe purlins are arranged in parallel, the square pipe purlins are anchored by rivets and welded at the corner parts, and the lower parts of the square pipe purlins are anchored by the rivets with the square pipe 13. The slot connecting piece 2 is connected with the decorative plate assembly 1 and the sliding rail support 3, the square tube 13 is inserted into the square groove 2 and is fixed through bolts, a hinge structure is formed by a circular tube at the lower part of the slot connecting piece 2 and the top of the sliding rail support through hollow tubes at two ends, a circular shaft 5 is inserted in the middle of the hinge structure, and the slot connecting piece 2 is shown in fig. 3.
As shown in FIG. 1, the slide rail support 3 is composed of a straight plate 31 with a hollow tube, a pi-shaped slot 32 and a clamp 33, wherein the straight plate 31 with the hollow tube is inserted into the pi-shaped slot 32 and fixed through a bolt. As shown in fig. 7, both side edges of the pi-shaped slot 32 are fixed to the jig 33 by bolts, and the jig 33 is clamped to the profiled steel sheet 4 and fixed by through bolts. Fig. 2 shows the two rail supports at a long distance.
As shown in fig. 4, the slot connector 2 and the hinge formed by the hollow tube straight plate 31 in the slide rail support 3 can rotate around the circular shaft 5. The straight plate 31 with the hollow pipe is longitudinally provided with a plurality of round holes, and different heights can be selected according to requirements. As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the outside of the pi-shaped slot 32 in the slide rail support 3 is processed by serration and a spacer 321 is added.
The structure in this embodiment is assembled according to the following method:
1. the steel profiles 4 are positioned according to the construction drawing and the rail mounts 3 are mounted step by step on top.
2. The slot connecting piece 2 and the slide rail support 3 are inserted into the round shaft 5 to be assembled into a hinge.
3. The two sides of the decorative plate 11 are rolled up by a curling machine and fixed with a plurality of connecting pieces 12 and 13, and the decorative plate connecting pieces 1 are assembled in advance.
4. The decorative plate assembly 1 is hung to the slide rail support 3, and the square pipe 13 is inserted into the slot 2 and fixed by bolts.
