the water pump 25 and the filter 26 are both connected in the water production pipe 27, when the clean water valve 23 is opened, the cleaning liquid in the water production pipe 27 is sent to the clean water pipeline 21 through the water pump 25, and the cleaning liquid flowing through the water production pipe 27 is filtered through the filter 26. Thereby further filtering the impurities in the cleaning solution. Thus, after the cleaning liquid in the water tank is heated, the cleaning liquid flows into the clean water pipeline through the filter and the clean water valve under the action of the water pump.
The cleaning method also comprises cleaning before work, cleaning in work, cleaning by changing a barrel and cleaning daily;
the cleaning before work comprises the following steps: when draught beer barrels are replaced in batches, all the beer lance distributors on the draught beer barrels are dismounted, and then all the beer outlet pipes are cleaned one by one; in the process, because the consumption of the cleaning solution is large, a circulating water pipe can be connected between the waste water tray and the water tank, so that the transitional waste of water resources is avoided;
the cleaning in the work comprises the following steps: after a beverage is taken once through the distributor, a valve connected with a gas pipeline in the distributor is opened for a period of time, and the distributor and a wine selling valve are subjected to primary purging;
the barrel replacement cleaning comprises the following steps: when a certain draught beer barrel is replaced, the beer lance distributor on the draught beer barrel is detached and installed on the cleaning cup, and then the beer outlet pipe on the beer lance distributor is cleaned;
the daily cleaning comprises the following steps: when the equipment is out of service for a long time or used for a specified service period, the distributor can be cleaned once, so that the distributor and the wine selling valve can be cleaned.
The wine outlet pipe is cleaned according to the following steps, as shown in figures 4-5:
a1, adding water: filling a cleaning solution into a water tank, and heating the cleaning solution to a specified temperature, such as 75 ℃, after a specified water level is reached;
a2, installing a wine lance distributor: the method comprises the following steps that a beer lance distributor connected with a to-be-cleaned beer outlet pipe is detached from a draught beer barrel and is installed on a cleaning cup, and a control system automatically confirms that the beer lance distributor is installed in place, so that the to-be-cleaned beer outlet pipe is communicated with a clear water pipeline;
a3, cleaning: closing the purge valve, opening the clean water valve and the water pump, so that the cleaning liquid flows into the clean water pipeline through the water production pipe and the clean water valve; then, opening a valve connected with a wine outlet pipe to be cleaned and a wine selling valve in the distributor until a cleaning solution with a preset volume flows out of the wine selling valve, thereby completing cleaning of the wine outlet pipe and completing cleaning of a wine lance distributor, the distributor and the wine selling valve;
during the above step a3, as shown in fig. 4, since only the valve connected to the wine outlet pipe to be cleaned is opened, the cleaning liquid will flow through the wine outlet pipe to be cleaned and finally flow out through the dispenser and the wine selling valve; therefore, the wine outlet pipe to be cleaned is efficiently cleaned in the flowing process of the cleaning liquid;
a4, purging: stopping the water pump, closing the clean water valve, and opening the purge valve to allow the gas to enter the clean water pipeline through the clean water purge pipe; then, keeping the opening of a valve connected with a wine outlet pipe to be cleaned in the distributor until no cleaning liquid flows out of the wine selling valve; as shown in fig. 5, the gas in the gas tank passes through the clear water purging pipe, the cleaning cup, the wine outlet pipe, the distributor and the wine selling valve in sequence, so as to purge the cleaning liquid remained in the wine outlet pipe or the distributor in the gas flowing process;
a5, resetting: and closing a valve connected with the wine outlet pipe to be cleaned and a wine selling valve in the distributor, closing the purging valve, and ending the purging of residual water of the wine outlet pipe, the distributor and the wine selling valve. Thus, the whole cleaning process of the wine outlet pipe can be completed. In the form of firstly cleaning with hot water and then purging with residual water, firstly, the wine outlet pipe is cleaned and sterilized efficiently, thoroughly and comprehensively, in addition, the problem of water residue in the wine outlet pipe after cleaning is effectively avoided, and the sanitation of the system is ensured.
After the system is used for a certain period or times, the dispenser cleaning can be performed as shown in fig. 3 according to the following steps:
b1, filling the cleaning solution into the water tank, and directly entering the next step after the water tank reaches the specified water level, or heating the cleaning solution to the specified temperature and entering the next step;
b2, closing the purge valve, opening the clean water valve and the water pump, so that the cleaning liquid flows into the clean water pipeline through the water production pipe and the clean water valve;
b3, opening a valve and a wine selling valve which are connected with the clear water pipeline in the distributor until cleaning liquid with a preset volume flows out of the distributor, and completing the cleaning of the distributor and the wine selling valve; the cleaning liquid directly enters the main channel to clean the distributor;
b4, stopping the water pump, closing the clean water valve and a valve connected with a clean water pipeline in the distributor, and opening a valve connected with a gas pipeline in the distributor, so that gas directly enters a main channel in the distributor until no cleaning liquid flows out of the wine selling valve; thereby purging the residual water in the distributor;
and B5, closing the valve connected with the gas pipeline in the distributor and the wine selling valve, and finishing the residual water purging of the distributor and the wine selling valve. In this way, the entire cleaning process of the dispenser is completed. In the form of firstly cleaning with water and then blowing residual water, firstly, the distributor is cleaned and sterilized efficiently, thoroughly and comprehensively, and in addition, the problem of water residue in the distributor after cleaning is effectively avoided.
The water pump 25 is a high temperature resistant hot water pump.
The beverage distribution system is arranged in the beer machine, and the high-temperature-resistant hot water pump is arranged outside the water tank. As the second technical difficulty of the invention, namely the selection of the hot water pump when the scheme is applied to the beer machine, the common small-sized hot water pump has limited temperature resistance and can not meet the water temperature requirement required by the cleaning and sterilizing process of the beer machine, so that the selection of the high-temperature resistant hot water pump is particularly important. Therefore, the high-temperature-resistant hot water pump is selected and the method of externally arranging the high-temperature-resistant hot water pump is adopted, so that the water-resistant and waterproof grade requirement of the high-temperature-resistant hot water pump is lowered while the environment temperature of the high-temperature-resistant hot water pump is lowered. In addition, the water pump is arranged externally, so that scaling can be prevented, and the water tank can be conveniently cleaned and cleaned.
The beverage distribution system is arranged in the beer machine, a flow meter is arranged between the distributor and the beer outlet faucet, and the flow meter is a high-temperature-resistant flow meter. As the third technical difficulty of the invention, namely the problem of selecting the flowmeter when the scheme is applied to the beer machine, the flowmeter is used as a component directly contacting hot water, the common flowmeter has limited temperature resistance and cannot meet the water temperature requirement of the cleaning and sterilizing process of the beer machine, therefore, the high-temperature-resistant flowmeter is selected to ensure the stable operation of the system and accurately count the passing flow.
While the invention has been described in terms of its preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (9)

1. A dispensing system for hygienic draught beer, comprising a dispenser (3), at least two draught beer kegs (4) and a beer keg dispenser (5) detachably connected to the draught beer kegs (4), the dispenser (3) having a main channel connecting a beer dispensing valve (7) and a plurality of valves connecting the main channel, each beer keg dispenser (5) being connected to a valve;
the distribution system also comprises a gas tank (1), a gas pipeline (11), a water tank (2) and a clean water pipeline (21);
the gas tank (1) is connected with the gas pipeline (11), the gas pipeline (11) is connected with one valve in the distributor (3), and the gas pipeline (11) is connected with each wine lance distributor (5);
the water tank (2) is connected to the fresh water line (21), and the fresh water line (21) is also connected to a valve in the dispenser (3), so that the dispenser (3) and the wine selling valve (7) are purged or cleaned after the wine is taken.
2. A dispensing system for beer keg of the sanitary type according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of said valves are distributed on both sides of the main channel, wherein the two valves which are the farthest from the beer dispensing valve (7) are connected to the gas line (11) and the fresh water line (21), respectively, and the remaining valves are connected to the beer outlet pipe (6).
3. A dispensing system for beer in keg of the sanitary type according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises at least one washing cup (22), said washing cup (22) being connected in series in the fresh water line (21); when the wine spear distributor (5) is arranged on the cleaning cup (22), the clean water pipeline (21) is communicated with the wine outlet pipe (6), so that the wine outlet pipe (6), the distributor (3) and the wine selling valve (7) are cleaned.
4. A dispensing system for beer keg of the sanitary type as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the gas line (11) is connected to the fresh water line (21) via a fresh water purge line (13), that the fresh water purge line (13) is provided with a purge valve (14), and that a fresh water valve (23) is arranged between the water tank (2) and the fresh water line (21).
5. A sanitary barrelled beer dispensing system as set forth in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein a waste water collecting tray is provided under said beer dispensing valve.
6. The distribution system of sanitary barreled beer according to the claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the distribution system comprises a clean water output system, the clean water output system comprises a water tank (2), a clean water valve (23), a heater (24), a water pump (25), a filter (26) and a water output pipe (27), the heater (24) is arranged in the water tank (2) and used for heating the cleaning liquid in the water tank (2), the water tank (2) is also connected with a temperature sensor (28) and two liquid level sensors (29), the temperature of the cleaning liquid in the water tank (2) is detected by the temperature sensor (28), the two liquid level sensors (29) are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the water tank, and the liquid level sensor (29) is used for detecting whether the water level of the cleaning liquid in the water tank (2) reaches the upper limit or the lower limit;
one end of the water production pipe (27) is connected with the outlet of the water tank (2), the other end of the water production pipe is connected with the clean water valve (23), and one end, far away from the water production pipe (27), of the clean water valve (23) is connected with the clean water pipeline (21);
the water pump (25) and the filter (26) are both connected in the water production pipe (27), when the clean water valve (23) is opened, the cleaning liquid in the water production pipe (27) is sent into the clean water pipeline (21) through the water pump (25), and the cleaning liquid flowing through the water production pipe (27) is filtered through the filter (26).
7. A cleaning method of a distribution system of sanitary barreled beer is characterized in that the cleaning method comprises cleaning before work, cleaning in work, cleaning after changing barrels or daily cleaning;
the cleaning before work comprises the following steps: when draught beer barrels are replaced in batches, all the beer lance distributors on the draught beer barrels are dismounted, and then all the beer outlet pipes are cleaned one by one;
the cleaning in the work comprises the following steps: after a beverage is taken once through the distributor, a valve connected with a gas pipeline in the distributor is opened for a period of time, and the distributor and a wine selling valve are subjected to primary purging;
the barrel replacement cleaning comprises the following steps: when a certain draught beer barrel is replaced, the beer lance distributor on the draught beer barrel is detached and installed on the cleaning cup, and then the beer outlet pipe on the beer lance distributor is cleaned;
the daily cleaning comprises the following steps: when the equipment is out of service for a long time or used for a specified service period, the distributor can be cleaned once, so that the distributor and the wine selling valve can be cleaned.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of cleaning the outlet tube comprises the steps of:
a1, adding water: filling a cleaning solution into the water tank, and heating the cleaning solution to a specified temperature after the cleaning solution reaches a specified water level;
a2, installing a wine lance distributor: the method comprises the following steps that a wine lance distributor connected with a to-be-cleaned wine outlet pipe is detached from a draught beer barrel and is installed on a cleaning cup, and the fact that the wine lance distributor is installed in place is confirmed, so that the to-be-cleaned wine outlet pipe is communicated with a clean water pipeline;
a3, cleaning: closing the purge valve, opening the clean water valve and the water pump, so that the cleaning liquid flows into the clean water pipeline through the water production pipe and the clean water valve; then, opening a valve connected with a wine outlet pipe to be cleaned and a wine selling valve in the distributor until cleaning liquid with a preset volume flows out of the wine selling valve;
a4, purging: stopping the water pump, closing the clean water valve, and opening the purge valve to allow the gas to enter the clean water pipeline through the clean water purge pipe; then, keeping the opening of a valve connected with a wine outlet pipe to be cleaned in the distributor until no cleaning liquid flows out of the wine selling valve;
a5, resetting: and closing a valve connected with the wine outlet pipe to be cleaned and a wine selling valve in the distributor, closing the purging valve, and ending the purging of residual water of the wine outlet pipe, the distributor and the wine selling valve.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of cleaning the outlet tube comprises the steps of:
b1, filling the cleaning solution into the water tank, and directly entering the next step after the water tank reaches the specified water level, or heating the cleaning solution to the specified temperature and entering the next step;
b2, closing the purge valve, opening the clean water valve and the water pump, so that the cleaning liquid flows into the clean water pipeline through the water production pipe and the clean water valve;
b3, opening a valve and a wine selling valve which are connected with the clear water pipeline in the distributor until cleaning liquid with a preset volume flows out of the distributor, and completing the cleaning of the distributor and the wine selling valve;
b4, stopping the water pump, closing the clean water valve and a valve connected with a clean water pipeline in the distributor, and opening a valve connected with a gas pipeline in the distributor, so that gas directly enters a main channel in the distributor until no cleaning liquid flows out of the wine selling valve;
and B5, closing the valve connected with the gas pipeline in the distributor and the wine selling valve, and finishing the residual water purging of the distributor and the wine selling valve.
