The embodiment provides an engine start-stop control method, which is mainly used for judging the intention of a driver to enable an engine to enter a stop state, and as shown in fig. 1, the engine start-stop control method specifically comprises the following steps:
s11, stepping on a brake pedal;
s12, detecting the current speed of the vehicle and judging whether the current speed is not greater than a first preset speed, if so, recording the size of a physical quantity representing the stepping-on degree of a brake pedal, and when the current speed is reduced to a second preset speed, recording the duration that the speed of the vehicle is not greater than the second preset speed until the maximum value of the physical quantity in a time period with the duration being the first preset duration is an execution upper limit;
s13, after the time length that the vehicle speed is not more than the second preset speed reaches the first preset time length, the current value of the physical quantity is a comparison value and the variable quantity of the physical quantity in any second preset time length is an actual variable quantity;
s14, judging whether the comparison value is not less than the execution upper limit or whether the actual variation is greater than a preset value, and if so, judging that the driver has the intention of stopping;
and S15, if the engine meets the basic stop condition, the engine enters a stop state.
Specifically, the second preset speed is smaller than the first preset speed, and the second preset speed may be set to be zero or greater than zero, and is specifically set according to actual needs.
It should be noted that, in S12, after the brake pedal is stepped on, the vehicle starts to decelerate, the physical quantity is not recorded if the current vehicle speed is greater than the first preset speed, the physical quantity is recorded only if the current vehicle speed decreases to the first preset speed, and the execution upper limit is the maximum value of the physical quantity in a time period from the current vehicle speed being the first preset speed to the vehicle speed being not greater than the second preset speed, where the time period is the first preset time period; in S12, after the brake pedal is depressed, if the current vehicle speed is less than or equal to the first preset speed, the magnitude of the physical quantity is directly recorded, and the upper limit of the execution is the maximum value of the physical quantity in the time period from the depression of the brake pedal to the time period when the vehicle speed is not greater than the second preset speed is the first preset time period.
If the determination result is no in S14, it is determined that the driver has no intention to stop the vehicle, and in S15, the engine cannot enter the stop state even if the engine satisfies the basic stop condition.
The engine start-stop control method provided by the embodiment supports the cancellation of the engine start-stop function control switch, and is simple. Specifically, the driving intention of the driver can be recognized simply and quickly by the operation action of the brake pedal when the driver brakes the vehicle, and the operating state of the engine can be confirmed according to the driving intention of the driver and whether the basic stop condition is met.
Compared with the prior art, the activation of the engine start-stop function directly takes the intention of the driver to stop the vehicle as a necessary condition, and the start-stop function control switch is cancelled, so that the cost of the whole vehicle is reduced. Or, in other embodiments, the start-stop function control switch on the engine is changed into other switches, for example, the start-stop switch or other switches for controlling the sound are changed, and the change is improved according to the actual needs of the vehicle.
It should be noted that the physical quantity in this embodiment is a braking pressure generated by stepping on the brake pedal, the current speed of the vehicle is gradually reduced after the brake pedal is stepped on for the first time, if the current speed is greater than the first preset speed, the braking pressure is not recorded, and the braking pressure is recorded only when the current speed is equal to or less than the first preset speed. Specifically, since the brake pressure changes when the brake pedal is depressed or raised, this pressure value is detected by the electronic vehicle stability control system, and the detected brake pressure is supplied to the engine control unit, which records and compares this value to find the maximum value of the brake pressure, and stores the maximum brake pressure to compare with the brake pressure detected again in S13.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the physical quantity may be any one of a stroke of the brake pedal, a braking force of the brake pedal, and an angle of the brake pedal, where the stroke of the brake pedal is a distance that the brake pedal moves when the brake pedal is depressed, the braking force of the brake pedal is a force that the brake pedal is depressed, and the angle of the brake pedal is an angle that the brake pedal rotates when the brake pedal is depressed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the physical quantity is at least two of a brake pressure generated by depressing the brake pedal, a stroke of the brake pedal, a braking force of the brake pedal, and an angle of the brake pedal.
In S13, if the period is less than the first preset period and the brake pedal is fully released, the process returns to step S11. That is, if the brake pedal is completely released before it is determined that the driver intends to stop the vehicle, the execution of the above-described steps is resumed.
In S13, after the period in which the vehicle speed is not greater than the second preset speed reaches the first preset period, the brake pedal is continuously depressed, and the brake pressure generated by depressing the brake pedal changes. At S13, after the period in which the vehicle speed is not greater than the second preset speed reaches the first preset period, the brake pedal is lifted and kept depressed, and the brake pressure generated by depressing the brake pedal is also changed. Specifically, after the time length that the vehicle speed is not greater than the second preset speed reaches the first preset time length, the driver presses down or lifts up the brake pedal, the brake pressure generated by stepping down the brake pedal changes, the current value of the brake pressure is a comparison value, the variation of the brake pressure in any second preset time length is an actual variation, if the comparison value is greater than or equal to an execution upper limit or the actual variation is greater than a preset value, it is determined that the driver has the intention of stopping, and if the comparison value is less than the execution upper limit and the actual variation is less than a preset value, it is determined that the driver has the intention of not stopping.
In S15, if the driver has an intention to stop the engine but the engine does not satisfy the basic stop condition, it is continuously detected whether the engine satisfies the basic stop condition until the engine satisfies the basic stop condition and the engine enters a stop state. The basic shutdown conditions include that the steering wheel angle of the vehicle is less than a preset angle, and/or the accelerator pedal is released, and/or the vacuum level in the vacuum booster is greater than a preset vacuum level, and/or the air conditioner is off, and/or the ambient temperature is greater than a first ambient temperature, and/or the engine water temperature is greater than a first preset water temperature, and/or the battery available power is greater than a preset power, and/or the road surface gradient is less than a preset gradient at S15, and/or other determination conditions, the basic shutdown conditions being associated with the specific vehicle.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.
