And after the printed document is obtained, obtaining an output tone value correction curve and an average influence curve of the printed document, and calculating to obtain a target output tone value correction curve through the output tone value correction curve and the average influence curve. The tone value may be expressed as a gradation of a printed pattern in a printed document, i.e., expressed in a unit of "%" by a printing dot coverage. The output tone value correction curve is a mapping relation between the dot coverage rate output to the printing plate and the dot coverage rate of the printed document, and aims to correct the increase of the tone value of the printing process. The average influence curve is obtained by performing a large number of film coating tests on different types of paper or documents, measuring and analyzing the tone change of the printed matter before and after film coating to obtain the influence rule of the film coating on the tone value of the printed matter, and then obtaining the average influence curve according to the influence rule. The target output tone value correction curve is obtained by subtracting the added value of the tone value of the corresponding average influence curve from the tone value in the output tone value correction curve and connecting the obtained corresponding points.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the output tone value correction curve and the average influence curve are calculated, then the target output tone value correction curve is obtained through calculation, and then the printing film is printed on the printed document based on the target output tone value correction curve, so that the printed matter meeting the requirements is produced. The working procedures of the printing process are reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the material is saved.

And integrating and calculating the influence curve of the tone value corresponding to each test printing document to obtain an average influence curve of the tone value. For example, the abscissa of the impact curve of the tone value of each test printed document is the printed tone value before laminating, the ordinate is the added value of the tone value of the printed document after laminating, under the abscissa of the 10% tone value, a plurality of impact curves, namely, the values of the tone value added values of the printed document after laminating are corresponding, the values are averaged to obtain an average value, and finally all the obtained average values are connected to obtain the average impact curve of the tone value, the average impact curve comprises a first section, a second section and a third section which are continuous, the first section represents that the added value of the tone value of the printed document after laminating is increased along with the increase of the tone value of the printed document, the second section represents that the added value of the tone value of the printed document after laminating is increased along with the increase of the tone value of the printed document and then is decreased after the increased to the maximum added value, and the third section of representation reduces the increased value of the tone value of the printed document after film covering along with the increase of the tone value of the printed document.

And then printing a printing plate, printing and laminating the corrected printed document to obtain the printed sheet after laminating.
In order to understand the present embodiment more clearly, the printing method of the present embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 5A to 5B.
First, a printed document to be printed with an overlay film is acquired, and the printed document is an electronic document to be printed in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5A, a plurality of test print documents, which are a plurality of different types of paper, are then preset. Before film covering, acquiring an initial tone value of each of a plurality of test printing sheets, wherein the tone value is represented by a light and shade layer or a dot coverage rate of a printing pattern, the test printing sheets are test printing documents, namely acquiring the initial dot coverage rate of each of the plurality of test printing sheets, then performing printing film covering on the plurality of test printing sheets to obtain a plurality of test printing sheets after film covering, and then acquiring the dot coverage rate of each of the plurality of test printing sheets after film covering. And calculating to obtain an influence curve of the tone value of each test printing sheet in the plurality of test printing sheets according to the initial tone value and the coated tone value, namely calculating to obtain an influence curve of the tone value of each test printing sheet, wherein each test printing sheet corresponds to one influence curve of the tone value, the influence curve is a normally distributed curve, and integrating and calculating the influence curves of the tone values corresponding to each test printing sheet to obtain an average influence curve 501 of the tone values. For example, the abscissa of the influence curve of the tone value of each test printed sheet is the tone value of the printed sheet before laminating, the ordinate is the tone value increase value of the printed sheet after laminating, under the abscissa of the tone value of 10%, a plurality of influence curves, namely the values of the tone value increase values of the printed sheet after laminating, are provided, the values are averaged to obtain an average value, finally all the obtained average values are connected to obtain an average influence curve 501 of the tone values, then the maximum influence curve 502 and the minimum influence curve 503 can be obtained through the tone values before and after laminating of a plurality of test printed sheets, the average influence curve 501 comprises a first section, a second section and a third section which are continuous, the first section represents that the tone value of the printed sheet after laminating increases along with the increase of the tone value of the printed sheet, the second section represents that the tone value of the printed sheet increases along with the increase of the tone value of the printed sheet, the third-stage representation shows that along with the increase of the tone value of the printed sheets, the tone value increase value of the printed sheets after film covering is reduced, namely, the influence between 0% and 25% of the tone value in the printed sheets after film covering is obvious, along with the increase of the tone value, the tone value increase after film covering is also increased, the tone value increase value reaches the maximum value between 25% and 40% of the tone value, and along with the increase of the tone value after 40% of the tone value, the tone value increase value is slowly reduced.
Since in the prior art, a Raster Image Processor (RIP) at the output end before printing will perform correction for dot coverage rate expansion in the printing process, i.e. correction of tone values, an output tone value correction curve can be obtained directly, as shown in fig. 5A-5B, a plurality of input tone value values are selected from an output tone value correction curve 504, a corresponding initial output tone value in the output tone value correction curve 504 and a corresponding tone value increase value in the average influence curve 501 are obtained, respectively, a value obtained by subtracting the tone value increase value from the initial output tone value is a target output tone value, and the plurality of target output tone values are connected to form a curve, which is a target output tone value correction curve 505, e.g. based on 5 input tone values of 5%, 15%, 30%, 50%, and 75%, respectively obtaining the output tone values of 4%, 13%, 25%, 40%, 70%, and the tone value increase values of 2%, 6%, 9%, 7%, and 1% from the output tone value correction curve and the average influence curve, obtaining target output tone values of 2%, 7%, 16%, 23%, and 69%, and connecting the 5 target output tone values to obtain the target output tone value correction curve 505.
After obtaining the target output tone value correction curve 505, applying the target output tone value correction curve 505 to a grid image processor (RIP), then automatically correcting the dot coverage rate in the printed document by the RIP to obtain a corrected printed document, then producing a printing plate according to the corrected printed document, and performing printing and film covering to obtain a film-covered printed sheet, wherein the film-covered printed sheet is a film-covered real object printed matter, and the film-covered printed sheet is a film-covered printed document, namely a printed matter.
In summary, in the prior art, after a plate-making printing plate is mounted on a printing machine, the plate-making printing plate is corrected according to a printing standard target value, the printing machine is stopped temporarily after the correction, a few printed matter samples are taken to remove a coated film, then the change before and after the coated film is analyzed, then the color and the gradation are readjusted on the printing machine according to the analyzed change before and after the coated film is analyzed, and finally the printing plate is printed in large batch. According to the embodiment of the invention, the output tone value correction curve and the average influence curve are calculated, then the target output tone value correction curve is obtained through calculation, and then the printing film is printed on the printed document based on the target output tone value correction curve, so that the printed matter meeting the requirements is produced.
