The polishing and rust removing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the telescopic device comprises a linear slide rail and a slide block, the linear slide rail is arranged along the set direction, the slide block is slidably arranged on the linear slide rail, the first polishing head and the second polishing head are both connected with the slide block, and the slide block is in sliding fit with the linear slide rail so that the first polishing head and the second polishing head can be telescopic along the set direction.
5. The polishing and rust removing device as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a damping spring, wherein the damping spring is arranged along the set direction, and the first polishing head and the second polishing head are both connected with the telescopic device through the damping spring.

The grinding and rust removing device according to claim 1, wherein the driving wheels include a first driving device, a second driving device, a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel, the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel are arranged on the body part and are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the body part, and the axis of the first driving wheel is parallel to or coincident with the axis of the second driving wheel;
