Abstract

Background
As is well known, a pharmaceutical solution mixing apparatus is a device for mixing various raw materials, and is widely used in the field of pharmaceutical preparation.
However, the mixing methods in the prior art are mainly classified into vibration mixing and centrifugal mixing, but the number of devices for combining the two is very small, and when the vibration mixing is performed, the solution vibrates at high frequency, but the matching of centrifugal force is not good, so the mixing effect is not particularly ideal, and 10 to 20 minutes is required for one-time mixing, while when the centrifugal mixing is performed, the solution is mixed under the action of high-speed centrifugal force due to the centrifugal force, but the mixing time of 15 to 25 minutes is required for the vertical mixing effect.
Based on the above problems, we have devised a pharmaceutical mixing device that combines centrifugal mixing and vibratory mixing.
