However, the film distribution of the falling film tube is not uniform due to unreasonable structure of the liquid distributor, flow change and the like in the actual production process, so that the phenomena of drift, liquid film breakage and even dry wall at the bottom of the falling film tube occur, and the heat transfer performance of the liquid film in the other tubes is reduced due to the excessive thickness of the liquid film in the other tubes. In addition, in the evaporation process, secondary steam from the membrane falling pipe flows transversely along the bottom of the plate when rising to the lower distribution plate, certain impact is generated on material liquid falling to the pipe plate, liquid flow can deviate under the interference of the secondary steam, and the liquid flow cannot fall in a designated area of the pipe plate as required, so that uneven distribution is caused. Because the air duct that sets up the distribution disc down does not laminate with falling liquid film pipe in the vertical direction, the skew can take place for flash steam flow when large-traffic, boiling feeding of crossing, and the material flows disorderly, also can lead to the cloth membrane inequality, not only increases equipment cleaning time like this, reduces production capacity, still can influence product quality, and equipment can not move when serious.
