Background
Pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes have several advantages: 1. the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is used without complicated processes such as heating, solvent modulation, mechanical reinforcement and the like, and is convenient and quick; 2. pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are easy to store, and the adhesive layer does not dry and solidify for a long time, so the pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are also called adhesive stickers; 3. the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be peeled off from the adherend surface without damaging it. It is because of these unique advantages that pressure sensitive tapes are increasingly used in medical products, especially disposable medical products. When medical staff needs to take the pressure sensitive adhesive tape to stick the medical product on the body of a patient, the medical staff needs to find out the head end of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape, then tear out the head end and tear out the pressure sensitive adhesive tape by a proper length, then manually take up the scissors to cut off the pressure sensitive adhesive tape, and finally stick the medical product on the body of the patient by using the pressure sensitive adhesive tape with the proper length after cutting off. So medical personnel all need find out the head end of pressure sensitive adhesive tape when taking pressure sensitive adhesive tape at every turn to tear the head end out, so comparatively loaded down with trivial details, take speed slower.
Therefore, the medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape box for surgical operation, which does not need to find the head end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape when medical staff take the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and is high in taking speed, needs to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defect that the taking speed is slow because the head end of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape needs to be found when medical staff take the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape box for surgical operation, which does not need to find the head end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape when the medical staff take the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and has high taking speed.

In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape cartridge for surgical operation, comprising: the placing seat is connected with an arc-shaped plate; the conveying mechanism is arranged on the arc-shaped plate; the head discharging mechanism is arranged on the conveying mechanism; the centering mechanism is arranged on the conveying mechanism.
Preferably, the conveying mechanism includes: the side plates are connected to the two sides of the arc-shaped plate; the first anti-sticking roller is rotatably connected between the side plates; the end part of the arc plate is hinged with the arc cover; and the end part of the arc-shaped cover is rotatably connected with a second anti-sticking roller.
Preferably, the head-out mechanism comprises: the first anti-sticking roller is connected with an extension shaft, and the end part of the extension shaft penetrates through one side plate; the extension shaft is connected with a ratchet wheel; one side of the extension shaft close to the ratchet wheel is connected with the iron rocking handle; the elastic sheet is connected to one side plate; the elastic piece is connected with a pawl which is matched with the ratchet wheel; and one side of one side plate close to the extension shaft is connected with a magnet.
Preferably, the centering mechanism comprises: the middle part of the side plate is connected with the guide pipe; one side of the side plate close to the guide pipe is connected with a first spring; the first spring is connected with the pressure plate; one side of the pressing plate is connected with the contact ball; the other side of the pressure plate is rotatably connected with a centering cone, and the centering cone is connected with the guide pipe in a sliding manner; the arc cover is connected with the mounting plate; the contact plate, mounting panel both sides all are connected with the contact plate, and the contact plate contacts with the contact ball.
Preferably, the cutting device further comprises a cutting mechanism, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises: the guide rod is connected between the side plates and is positioned above the first anti-sticking roller; the guide sleeve is connected with the guide rod in a sliding manner; the guide sleeve is connected with a cutter head; and a second spring is connected between the guide sleeve and one of the side plates.
Preferably, still include and prevent laminating mechanism, prevent laminating mechanism includes: one side of the side plate is connected with the hinge seat; the scraping plate is rotatably connected between the hinging seats and is in contact with the first anti-sticking roller; and a clockwork spring is connected between the scraper and one of the hinged seats.

1. According to the invention, the first anti-sticking roller rotates anticlockwise to pull out the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, the two centering cones are matched with each other to center the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, the two centering cones are matched with each other to prevent the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from moving forwards when being pulled out, and the head end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be attached to the first anti-sticking roller; therefore, medical staff do not need to find out the head end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape when taking the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and the taking speed is high.
2. The tool bit moves rightwards and can cut off the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, the clockwork spring can enable the scraper to be tightly attached to the first anti-sticking roller, the scraper can scrape the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on the first anti-sticking roller down, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on the first anti-sticking roller is prevented from moving into the arc-shaped plate.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1
A medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape box for surgical operation is disclosed, as shown in figures 1-5, and comprises a placing base 1, an arc-shaped plate 2, a conveying mechanism 3, a head-out mechanism 4 and a centering mechanism 5, wherein the top of the placing base 1 is connected with the arc-shaped plate 2, the conveying mechanism 3 is installed on the arc-shaped plate 2, and the head-out mechanism 4 and the centering mechanism 5 are respectively installed on the conveying mechanism 3.
Conveying mechanism 3 is including curb plate 31, first antiseized cylinder 32, arc lid 33 and the antiseized cylinder 34 of second, and the left and right sides of arc 2 all is connected with curb plate 31, and the rotary type is connected with first antiseized cylinder 32 between two curb plate 31 fronts, and the articulated arc lid 33 that is connected with in top rear side of arc 2, and the bottom front side rotary type of arc lid 33 is connected with the antiseized cylinder 34 of second, and antiseized cylinder 34 of second is located the upside of first antiseized cylinder 32.
The head-out mechanism 4 comprises an extension shaft 41, a ratchet 42, a pawl 43, an elastic sheet 44, an iron rocking handle 45 and a magnet 46, the right end of the first anti-sticking roller 32 is connected with the extension shaft 41, the right end of the extension shaft 41 penetrates through the side plate 31 on the right side, the extension shaft 41 is connected with the ratchet 42, the extension shaft 41 on the right side of the ratchet 42 is connected with the iron rocking handle 45, the front side of the right side face of the right side plate 31 is connected with the elastic sheet 44, the pawl 43 is connected with the pawl 43, the pawl 43 is matched with the ratchet 42, and the right side face of the side plate 31 below the extension shaft 41 is connected with the magnet 46.
Centering mechanism 5 is including stand pipe 51, centering awl 52, clamp plate 53, contact ball 54, first spring 55, mounting panel 56 and contact plate 57, the embedded stand pipe 51 that is connected with in middle part on the curb plate 31, be connected with first spring 55 on the curb plate 31 of stand pipe 51 top, the trailing end of first spring 55 is connected with clamp plate 53, the upper portion of clamp plate 53 is connected with contact ball 54, the lower part rotary type of clamp plate 53 is connected with centering awl 52, the outer wall of centering awl 52 and the inner wall sliding connection of stand pipe 51, the top of arc lid 33 is connected with mounting panel 56, the left and right sides of mounting panel 56 bottom all is connected with contact plate 57, contact plate 57 and contact ball 54 contact.
Initially, the contact plate 57 is in contact with the contact ball 54 and the first spring 55 is in a compressed state. The medical staff can open the arc cover 33, the contact plate 57 is not contacted with the contact ball 54 after the arc cover 33 is opened, the pressure plate 53 can move to the outer side of the side plate 31 to reset under the action of the first spring 55, and the two centering cones 52 can be separated and reset by moving the pressure plate 53 to the outer side of the side plate 31 to reset. The pressure sensitive tape is then placed between the centering cones 52 and the head end of the pressure sensitive tape is pulled out and passed between the first release roller 32 and the second release roller 34, whereupon the head end of the pressure sensitive tape is applied to the first release roller 32. Then the arc cover 33 is covered back, when the arc cover 33 is covered back, the contact plate 57 contacts with the contact ball 54 and presses the contact ball 54 to make the pressure plate 53 close to the side plate 31, and the first spring 55 is compressed; this enables the two centering cones 52 to be brought close to each other, the two centering cones 52 being brought close to each other to penetrate into the center of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and the two centering cones 52 cooperating with each other to center the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. When medical personnel need get and use pressure sensitive adhesive tape, medical personnel can rotate iron rocking handle 45 anticlockwise and make extension shaft 41 anticlockwise rotation, extension shaft 41 anticlockwise rotation drives first antiseized cylinder 32 anticlockwise rotation, because pressure sensitive adhesive tape's head end pastes on first antiseized cylinder 32, so first antiseized cylinder 32 anticlockwise rotation can pull out pressure sensitive adhesive tape, after pressure sensitive adhesive tape pulled out suitable length, medical personnel took the scissors and cut pressure sensitive adhesive tape, can get afterwards and use pressure sensitive adhesive tape. The elastic sheet 44 can make the pawl 43 clamp the ratchet wheel 42 to prevent the ratchet wheel 42 from rotating clockwise, so that the extension shaft 41 can be prevented from rotating clockwise, and the first anti-sticking roller 32 can be prevented from rotating clockwise to move the pressure sensitive adhesive tape on the first anti-sticking roller into the arc-shaped plate 2. The two centering cones 52 cooperate with each other to prevent the entire roll of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from moving forward when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is pulled out, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be easily pulled out. The magnet 46 can fix the iron handle 45 by suction, so as to fix the extension shaft 41 and prevent the extension shaft 41 and the first anti-sticking roller 32 from rotating by itself. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be pulled out by the counterclockwise rotation of the first anti-sticking roller 32 of the device, the two centering cones 52 are matched with each other to center the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, the two centering cones 52 are matched with each other to prevent the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from moving forwards when being pulled out, and the head end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be attached to the first anti-sticking roller 32; therefore, medical staff do not need to find out the head end of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape when taking the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and the taking speed is high.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, the cutting device further includes a cutting mechanism 6, the cutting mechanism 6 includes a guide rod 61, a guide sleeve 62, a cutter head 63 and a second spring 64, the guide rod 61 is connected between the front portions of the two side plates 31, the guide rod 61 is located above the first anti-sticking roller 32, the guide sleeve 62 is slidably connected on the guide rod 61, the cutter head 63 is connected to the bottom of the guide sleeve 62, and the second spring 64 is connected between the right side surface of the guide sleeve 62 and the right side plate 31.
The medical staff pulls the guide sleeve 62 rightwards to enable the cutter head 63 to move rightwards, the second spring 64 is compressed accordingly, and the cutter head 63 moves rightwards to cut off the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; after the pressure sensitive adhesive tape is cut off, the guide sleeve 62 is released, and the guide sleeve 62 can move leftwards and reset under the action of the second spring 64. Therefore, medical staff do not need to take the scissors to cut the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and the taking speed is higher.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the anti-sticking mechanism 7 is further included, the anti-sticking mechanism 7 includes a hinged base 71, a scraper 72 and a clockwork spring 73, the hinged base 71 is connected to the front side of the side plate 31, the scraper 72 is rotatably connected between the two hinged bases 71, the scraper 72 is in contact with the first anti-sticking roller 32, and the clockwork spring 73 is connected between the scraper 72 and the hinged base 71 on the right side.
The clockwork spring 73 can enable the scraper 72 to be tightly attached to the first anti-sticking roller 32, and when the first anti-sticking roller 32 rotates anticlockwise, the scraper 72 can scrape the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on the first anti-sticking roller 32, so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on the first anti-sticking roller 32 is prevented from moving into the arc-shaped plate 2 when the first anti-sticking roller 32 rotates anticlockwise.
