Abstract
The invention discloses a portable bag special for an AED, which comprises an upper shell component and a lower shell component, wherein the inner layers of the upper and lower shell components are provided with heating layers; the portable bag is internally provided with a constant temperature device which is connected with the heating layer through a heating electrode to heat the interior of the portable bag. The invention relates to a built-in constant temperature device of a portable bag of an automatic external defibrillator, which comprises a control module, a temperature measuring module, a heating module and a power supply; the automatic external defibrillator has better environmental adaptability, can be always in normal standby state even in low-temperature environment, and is prepared for rescue at all times; the automatic external defibrillator is more convenient to carry and high in safety, and the service life of the defibrillator is prolonged; low manufacturing cost and wide application range, and can be applied to various occasions.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a portable bag special for an AED.
Background
An automatic external defibrillator is a portable and easy-to-operate medical emergency equipment outside a hospital, which can be used by non-professionals for rescuing patients with sudden cardiac arrest. With the increasing popularity of automatic external defibrillators, higher demands are being placed on the environmental suitability of automatic external defibrillators. Under normal conditions, the storage temperature of the automatic external defibrillator is within the range of 0-50 ℃; in cold regions at high latitudes or in low-temperature weather in winter, although the short-term storage temperature range of the automatic external defibrillator can be extended to-30 ℃ to 65 ℃, the short-term storage temperature range is limited to 24 hours, and the long-term low-temperature environment inevitably has certain influence on the normal use of the automatic external defibrillator.
The safety protection function of the equipment is very important because the equipment is high in manufacturing cost. Portable bags and enclosures for automatic external defibrillators have been designed at home and abroad. The portable bag is used for protecting the automatic external defibrillator from damaging internal equipment even if the automatic external defibrillator falls down accidentally, and the automatic external defibrillator is convenient to carry, but the current portable bag does not have a constant temperature function; the chassis is used for functions such as positioning, burglary prevention and the like, and the constant temperature design aiming at the chassis is available at present, but the mobility of the chassis is poor due to the large volume of the chassis, and the chassis can only be fixed at a certain position and cannot be moved at any time.
The existing automatic external defibrillator protection device has the following problems: in cold areas at high latitudes or in low-temperature weather in winter, the automatic external defibrillator is transported or carried outdoors, the product performance of the automatic external defibrillator can be influenced at lower temperature, and if emergency occurs suddenly, the rescue is easily influenced; because the cost of the case of the automatic external defibrillator is higher than that of a portable bag, the case with the thermostat is higher in cost, the case is fixed in position and poor in mobility, and the case cannot provide a safety protection effect for the automatic external defibrillator at any time and any place like the portable bag.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in figure 1, the AED specialized carrying case of the present invention includes an upper case member 1 and a lower case member 2, the lower case member 2 being used to house an automatic external defibrillator body. The carry bag also includes a handle 3.
As shown in figure 2, a thermostat is arranged in the portable bag special for the AED, and the thermostat comprises a control module, a temperature measuring module, a heating module and a power supply. The control module generates a control signal required by the execution of each instruction and sends the control signal to the corresponding module to generate a corresponding action. The heating layer is arranged in the upper shell component and the lower shell component, and the constant temperature device is connected with the heating layer through the heating electrode to heat the interior of the portable bag.
The portable bag of the automatic external defibrillator is internally provided with the constant temperature device, so that the environmental adaptability of the automatic external defibrillator is better, the automatic external defibrillator can be always in normal standby state even in a low-temperature environment, and the automatic external defibrillator is prepared for rescue at all times; the automatic external defibrillator is more convenient to carry, high in safety and capable of prolonging the service life of the defibrillator.
As shown in fig. 3, the portable automatic external defibrillator pack monitors the ambient temperature of the current device in real time through the temperature measurement chip via the temperature measurement module, and sends the measured ambient temperature value to the control module; the control module compares the ambient temperature value to a stored temperature threshold value normally stored by the defibrillator.
When the ambient temperature is lower than the temperature threshold value for normal storage of the automatic external defibrillator equipment, the control module makes a judgment that heating is needed and sends a control instruction to the heating module, the heating module starts to work in a heating mode, and when the temperature rises to the temperature for normal storage of the automatic external defibrillator equipment, the constant temperature mode is started to enable the automatic external defibrillator to be in a relatively constant temperature environment.
Heating mode: when the ambient temperature is lower than the temperature threshold value for normal storage of the automatic external defibrillator equipment, the heating module starts to work until the temperature can be normally stored by the automatic external defibrillator equipment.
A constant temperature mode: when the heating module is heated to the temperature which can be normally stored by the automatic external defibrillator equipment, the heating module stops working, and when the temperature measured by the temperature measuring module is reduced, the heating module continues working and repeatedly and continuously operates.
When the ambient temperature is within the temperature range for normal storage of the automatic external defibrillator equipment, the control module makes a judgment that heating is not needed, and the heating module is not started.
The inside of the upper shell component 1 and the lower shell component 2 of the portable bag special for the AED comprises a heating layer, and the heating layer consists of a PTC heating body. Electrodes are respectively arranged at two ends of the heating module and are connected with the PTC heating body of the bag body, and after power is supplied by the power supply, the PTC heating body forms a heating path.
The PTC heater layer is arranged between the outer shell and the inner layer flannelette of the upper shell assembly and the lower shell assembly of the portable bag. The heating module is settled in the inferior valve subassembly, is connected with the inside PTC heating member of epitheca subassembly 1, inferior valve subassembly 2 through the electrode, and when control module assigned the heating instruction, the PTC heating member rose rapidly, formed the heating route.
The power module is used for supplying power for all modules, adopts rechargeable battery, is equipped with magnetism and inhales the formula interface that charges. After the automatic external defibrillator device is used, the automatic external defibrillator device and the portable bag are placed into the case together, and the portable bag is charged through the external magnetic attraction type charging interface of the portable bag for next use. The rechargeable storage battery is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has long endurance time; the magnetic type charging interface can automatically adsorb the charging plug, so that the charging is more convenient.
Claims (8)
1. A portable bag special for an AED is characterized by comprising an upper shell component and a lower shell component, wherein the inner layers of the upper and lower shell components are provided with heating layers; the portable bag is internally provided with a constant temperature device which is connected with the heating layer through a heating electrode to heat the interior of the portable bag.
2. The AED dedicated portable bag according to claim 1, wherein the heating layer is a PTC heating layer.
3. The AED dedicated portable bag according to claim 2, wherein the PTC heating layer is disposed between the outer case and the inner lint of the upper and lower case assembly.
4. The AED dedicated portable bag according to claim 1, wherein the thermostat comprises a control module, a temperature measuring module, a heating module and a power supply; the power supply module supplies power to the control module, the temperature measuring module and the heating module;
the temperature measurement module monitors the ambient temperature of the current equipment in real time and sends the ambient temperature to the control module;
the control module compares the environmental temperature value with a stored temperature threshold value and judges whether heating is needed or not;
when the ambient temperature is lower than the temperature threshold, the control module sends a control instruction to the heating module, and the heating module starts to work.
5. The AED dedicated portable package according to claim 4, wherein the temperature threshold is a temperature threshold that is normally storable by an automatic external defibrillator device.
