The water tank comprises a main water washing tank 52 and a spray water tank 53 which are respectively matched with the main water washing mechanism 6 and the spray mechanism 8, and the main water washing tank 52 and the spray water tank 53 are connected with the main water washing mechanism 6 and the spray mechanism 8 through the intelligent distributor 7.
As shown in fig. 5, a side of the cabinet body 5 is opened, and a washing door 54 with an opening at the bottom is vertically connected to the outside of the cabinet body 5 in a sliding manner, and the washing door 54 covers the cabinet body 5 from top to bottom. A door magnetic switch and a door magnetic relay are matched between the washing room door 54 and the cabinet 5. The door relay is connected in series with the door magnetic switch, and the door relay is an intermediate relay controlled by the door magnetic switch, which can be understood as both the door magnetic switch and the door relay belong to elements on the control line of the washing room door 54. The door magnetic switch is typically a magnetic sensor switch comprising a permanent magnet disposed inside the dishwashing door 54 and moving synchronously with the dishwashing door 54 through a bracket, and a switch member fixedly disposed outside the dishwasher housing, the permanent magnet and the switch member horizontally corresponding to each other, the switch member sensing a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet after closing the dishwashing door 54, the switch member being closed, i.e., the door magnetic switch is closed after closing the dishwashing door 54, and the door magnetic switch is opened after opening the dishwashing door 54.
A main wash pump 522 and a spray pump 532 are provided in the main wash tank 52 and the spray tank, respectively. When the main washing pump 522 is operated, the water in the main washing water tank 52 is pumped into the main washing mechanism 6 through the main washing water pipe 521, and tableware in the washing chamber 51 is washed; when the shower pump 532 is operated, the water in the shower water tank 53 is pumped to the shower mechanism 8 through the shower pipe 531, and the tableware in the washing chamber 51 is sprayed.
Wherein, the dish basket 55 is arranged in the washing chamber 51, and the dish basket 55 is supported in the washing chamber 51 by a dish basket bracket with a net structure. During the washing of dishes, the dishes are placed in the dish basket 55, and then washed by the main washing mechanism 6 and the shower mechanism 8.
The main washing mechanism 6 is provided with two sets and is disposed above the dish basket 55 and below the dish basket 55, respectively. The main washing mechanism 6 comprises a plurality of main washing spray heads 61, the plurality of main washing spray heads 61 are communicated with a main washing water pipe 521 through main washing arms 62, the main washing arms 62 and the main washing water pipe 521 are preferably stainless steel metal pipes, each main washing mechanism 6 comprises a plurality of main washing arms 62, and the main washing spray heads 61 in two groups of main washing mechanisms 6 face the dish basket 55 from different directions, so that the main washing liquid sprayed by the main washing spray heads 61 covers the dish basket 55.
The spraying mechanism 8 is arranged above the cutlery basket 55, and the spraying mechanism 8 comprises a high-pressure spraying pipe 82, wherein the high-pressure spraying pipe 82 is horizontally arranged and is fixedly connected with a plurality of downward shower nozzles 81. The high pressure shower pipe 82 is rotatably connected to an end of the shower pipe 531. When the tableware is required to be sprayed, the high-pressure spray pipe 82 is driven to rotate, so that the spray liquid sprayed by the spray nozzle 81 falls on the tableware in the tableware basket 55, and the tableware is sprayed. Here, the high-pressure shower pipe 82 may be driven to rotate by a motor, or the high-pressure shower pipe 82 may be driven to rotate by a shower liquid, and the rotation mode of the high-pressure shower pipe 82 is not limited, but is within the scope of the description of the present embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the main water tank 52 is communicated with the spray water tank 53 through an isolating water valve 10, and the spray water tank 53 is connected with a water injection pipe 533. When water needs to be injected into the main water tank 52 or the spray water tank 53, water is pumped into the spray water tank 53 through the water injection pipe 533, and after the isolation water valve 10 is opened, water in the spray water tank 53 can be supplemented into the main water tank 52. A vertical drain pipe is provided in the main wash water tank 52, one end of the drain pipe extends into the main wash water tank 52 and is adjusted to a preset height, so that when the water in the main wash water tank 52 is much, the water higher than the drain pipe can be discharged through the drain pipe.
Further, a water quantity monitoring device for detecting the water quantity in the water tank at all times is also arranged in the dish washer. The water quantity monitoring device is preferably a flowmeter arranged on the water injection pipe 533, the flowmeter is connected with a data processing module of the dish washer, the data management module is preferably a single chip microcomputer or a PC, the limitation is not made here, and a chip or a control device with an integrated control function is within the scope of the description of the embodiment. The data processing module judges the water quantity flowing into the water tank by calculating the flow rate and the working duration of the flowmeter. Of course, by arranging a liquid level meter, such as a floating ball type liquid level sensor, in the water tank, water quantity data in the water tank can be detected and measured, and the monitoring of the water quantity in the water tank can be realized, which is also within the description range of the embodiment. In this embodiment, the main wash tank 52 and the shower tank 53 are each provided with a water amount monitoring device.
Further, heating devices are arranged in the main water washing tank 52 and the spray water tank 53, and the heating devices are preferably heating pipes arranged at the bottoms of the main water washing tank 52 and the spray water tank 53. By controlling the operation of the heating pipes, the water in the main water tank 52 and the shower water tank 53 is heated to improve the cleaning effect of the tableware in the main washing process and the shower process.
The washing amount technical method of the dish washing machine comprises the following steps:
step 1-1: closing the washing door 54 until the door magnetic switch is closed;
step 1-2: setting a preset temperature, and heating water in the water tank to the preset temperature;
step 2-1: setting main washing time, and controlling the main washing pump 522 to work when the main washing starts to wash tableware;
step 3-1: setting spray time, and controlling the spray pump 532 to work when spray begins to clean the washed tableware;
step 4-1; and setting water control time to control water of the tableware.
Wherein the main washing time is 45-120 seconds; the water control time is 0-30 seconds; the rinsing time is 5-60 seconds. The main washing time is preferably set to 45 seconds, the water control time is 7 seconds, and the spraying time is 8 seconds. The water temperature in the main water tank 52 is 65-72 ℃, and the water temperature in the spray water tank 53 is 80-85 ℃. Here, the temperature in the main tank 52 is preferably 65 ℃, and the water temperature in the shower tank 53 is preferably 80 ℃.
As shown in fig. 6, the electromagnetic relay is connected to the data processing module through a counter. The counter outputs the on-off times and the on-off state of the electromagnetic relay to the data processing module. The data processing module controls the spray pump 532 and the main wash pump 522 to operate through the spray time relay and the main wash time relay, respectively, on the premise that the gate relay is closed. The data processing module is connected with a data management platform, and the data processor counts the washing amount of the dish washer according to the on-off times of the electromagnetic relay, namely the on-off times of the electromagnetic switch, and uploads the washing amount to the data management platform.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the intelligent dispenser 7 includes a chemical mixing assembly 71 for mixing the chemical and the clean water, a control assembly 73 for controlling the mixing ratio of the chemical and the clean water in the chemical mixing assembly 71, and a chemical concentration detection assembly 74 for detecting the mixing ratio of the chemical and the clean water in the cleaning water.
The cleaning water is the mixed solution of the cleaning water and the chemicals required in the cleaning process, and the chemicals commonly used in the cleaning process comprise a machine washing liquid and a drier. Taking an intelligent distributor 7 for tableware cleaning equipment as an example, after machine cleaning liquid is dissolved in water, the cleaning water has good emulsifying capacity, and oil stains on the surface of tableware can be quickly emulsified and dirt on the tableware can be loosened, so that the cleaning efficiency in the tableware cleaning process is improved, and the tableware cleaning effect is improved; the drier can reduce the surface tension between the tableware and the water after being dissolved in the water for cleaning, promote the quick drying of the tableware and avoid the speckle of the liquid, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the tableware.
The common machine washing liquid comprises a solid machine washing liquid and a liquid machine washing liquid, and the drier is generally in a liquid state. The liquid machine washing liquid and the drier can be generally added into clear water in a way of extraction and addition to form cleaning water, and the solid machine washing liquid is pasty and cannot be directly extracted through pressure, so that the solid machine washing liquid is directly washed by the clear water, and the solid machine washing liquid is dissolved in the clear water to form the cleaning water.
Based on the different ways of mixing clean water with liquid machine washing liquid and drier to form cleaning water, two liquid medicine mixing components 71 are provided, one liquid medicine mixing component 71b is used for mixing clean water with solid machine washing liquid to form cleaning water, one liquid medicine mixing component 71a is used for mixing drier or liquid machine washing liquid to form cleaning water, and two liquid medicine mixing components 71 are disclosed below respectively.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a liquid medicine mixing assembly 71 for mixing liquid machine washing liquid/drier with clear water includes a water inlet pipe 711, a liquid inlet pipe 714, and a peristaltic pumping device 713, wherein one end of the water inlet pipe 711 is used for inputting clear water, the other end is connected with one end of a water outlet pipe 712a, the other end of the water outlet pipe 712a is used for outputting cleaning water formed by mixing clear water with the liquid machine washing liquid/drier, one end of the liquid inlet pipe 714 is connected with a node of the water inlet pipe 711 and the water outlet pipe 712a in a communicating manner, the other end is used for inputting the liquid machine washing liquid/drier, and the peristaltic pumping device 713 is a peristaltic pump in the prior art and is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe 714 in a communicating manner and is used for pumping the liquid machine washing liquid/drier to the node of the water inlet pipe 711 and the water outlet pipe 712a in a communicating manner.
When the device is installed, one end of the water inlet pipe 711 for inputting clear water is communicated with a clear water source, the clear water source has primary power, clear water can be injected into the water inlet pipe 711 at a certain pressure, a valve is generally arranged between the clear water source and the water inlet pipe 711, and whether the clear water source is communicated with the water inlet pipe 711 or not is controlled through the valve, so that whether clear water with a certain primary pressure is supplied to a liquid medicine mixing component 71 for mixing liquid machine washing liquid/drier and clear water or not is controlled; the liquid inlet pipe 714 is connected to the liquid machine washing liquid/drier containing device in a communicating manner, in one example, the liquid machine washing liquid/drier containing device is provided as a hopper, and the end part of the liquid inlet pipe 714 for inputting the liquid machine washing liquid/drier is inserted under the liquid level of the liquid machine washing liquid/drier containing hopper, so that the peristaltic pump can pump the liquid machine washing liquid/drier to a node where the water inlet pipe 711 and the water outlet pipe 712a are connected in a communicating manner; the water outlet pipe 712a is used for outputting cleaning water, and is communicated with the main washing mechanism 6 or the spraying mechanism 8 of the door-lifting type dish washer so that the main washing mechanism 6 or the spraying mechanism 8 can output the cleaning water formed by mixing clear water with liquid machine washing liquid/drier.
When the intelligent distributor 7 is required to output the cleaning water formed by mixing the clean water with the liquid machine washing liquid/drier, a valve between a clean water source and the water inlet pipe 711 is opened to enable the clean water to be injected into the water inlet pipe 711 at a certain initial pressure, the working time of a peristaltic pump in unit time is changed to change how much liquid machine washing liquid/drier is added into the clean water in unit time of the liquid medicine mixing component 71, and as the initial pressure provided by the clean water source for the clean water in the water inlet pipe 711 is constant, the flow of the cleaning water in the clean water inlet pipe 711 and the flow of the cleaning water in the water outlet pipe 712ba are constant, and the amount of the liquid machine washing liquid/drier mixed in unit volume of the clean water can be changed by changing the amount of the liquid machine washing liquid/drier added into the clean water in unit time of the liquid medicine mixing component 71, namely the mixing proportion of the clean water and the liquid machine washing liquid/drier in unit volume of the output is changed.
The water is injected into the water inlet pipe 711 at a certain initial pressure, and the communication state between a clean water source and the water inlet pipe 711 can be changed through the control valve 715, so that whether clean water is injected into the flushing mixing assembly 72 of the liquid medicine mixing assembly 71 is controlled; the end of the water outlet pipe 712b, which is used for communicating with the input clear water, is connected with a clear water source so that the clear water can be injected into the end of the water outlet pipe 712b at a certain initial pressure, and the communicating state of the clear water source and the end of the water outlet pipe 712b can be changed through a valve between the clear water source and the end of the water outlet pipe 712 b; the end of the water outlet pipe 712b for outputting the cleaning water is communicated with the main washing mechanism 6 of the door lifting type dish washer, so that the main washing mechanism 6 can output the cleaning water formed by mixing clean water with solid machine washing liquid.
When the intelligent distributor 7 is required to output cleaning water formed by mixing the cleaning water and the solid machine cleaning liquid, a valve between a clean water source and the water outlet pipe 712b is opened so that the clean water is injected into one end of the water outlet pipe 712b at a certain initial pressure; the control valve 715 is opened, clear water is injected into the water inlet pipe 711 at a certain initial pressure, flows through the control valve 715 and the connecting pipe 716 in sequence, and is flushed towards solid machine washing liquid in the material box 722 after being subjected to reducing and boosting through the flushing pipe 7212, so that the end part of the water outlet pipe 712b, which is communicated with the water outlet 724, outputs high-concentration cleaning water formed by mixing clear water with the solid machine washing liquid, and in the process, the filter screen 7213 can receive the blocky solid machine washing liquid which falls due to flushing, so that the solid machine washing liquid is prevented from falling into the water outlet 724, blocking the water outlet 724 and affecting the normal water outlet of the water outlet 724; the high-concentration cleaning water is mixed with the clean water so that the other end of the water outlet pipe 712b can output the cleaning water for cleaning the tableware, and the amount of the high-concentration cleaning water added to the clean water in unit time of the liquid medicine mixing assembly 71 can be changed by adjusting the opening time of the control valve 715 in unit time, so that the mixing ratio of the clean water and the solid machine washing liquid in the cleaning water for cleaning the tableware is changed.
In the application of the intelligent dispenser 7 to a dish washing process, it is generally required that the intelligent dispenser 7 comprises two liquid medicine mixing components 71 for mixing a machine washing liquid and a clean water, a drier and clean water, and since the machine washing liquid comprises two solid machine washing liquid and liquid machine washing liquid, the drier is liquid, the intelligent dispenser 7 can be provided with two liquid medicine mixing components 71 for mixing the clean water and the liquid machine washing liquid/drier, or one liquid medicine mixing component 71 for mixing the clean water and the solid machine washing liquid, considering different application situations. The setting and installation of the plurality of liquid medicine mixing components 71 are simple superposition of setting and installation of the single liquid medicine mixing component 71, the working principle and the process are completely consistent, and the unfolding introduction is not performed.
It can be understood that the clean water source connected by the liquid medicine mixing component 71 can be directly connected with the clean water source through a pipeline, or the clean water pumped by the corresponding main washing pump 522 or the spraying pump 532 after the cleaning water in the main washing tank 52 or the spraying water tank 53 is processed, the output clean water can be connected with the main washing mechanism 6 or the spraying mechanism 8, after understanding the working principle of the intelligent distributor 7, a person skilled in the art can set a pipeline connection structure according to the requirements of water inlet and water outlet of the intelligent distributor 7, so that details are not repeated herein, but only the mixing points of the two liquid medicine mixing components 71 of the intelligent distributor 7 are pointed out.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the liquid medicine concentration detection assembly 74 is configured to collect collected concentration information of the cleaning water, the collected concentration information including machine washing liquid concentration information and dryer concentration information. The liquid medicine concentration detection assembly 74 comprises two concentration acquisition sensors for respectively acquiring the concentration of the washing liquid in water and the concentration of the drier, wherein the concentration acquisition sensors are used for acquiring the concentration of the washing liquid in water and the concentration of the drier in the washing liquid in the water, which are the prior art, and are not described in a developing way.
During installation, the two concentration acquisition sensors are respectively arranged at the bottom of the main water tank 52, specifically, a mounting hole matched with the concentration acquisition sensors is drilled at the bottom of the main water tank 52, the position of the mounting hole is far away from a cleaning water inlet and a cleaning water outlet of the main water tank 52 so as to reduce the influence of water flow in the main water tank 52 on the concentration acquisition results acquired by the concentration acquisition sensors, meanwhile, a heat source is generally arranged in the door lifting type dish washer, the position of the mounting hole is far away from the heat source so as to reduce the influence of the heat source on the concentration results acquired by the concentration acquisition sensors, the acquisition probes of the concentration acquisition sensors penetrate through the mounting hole from outside to inside, rubber rings are respectively sleeved on the mounting hole from two ends of the concentration acquisition sensors, and the fixing of the concentration acquisition sensors relative to the mounting hole and the sealing of gaps between the concentration acquisition sensors and the mounting hole can be realized through the rubber rings.
The control component 73 is coupled to the liquid medicine concentration detection component 74 to obtain the collected concentration information, and is coupled to the peristaltic pumping device 713 and the control valve 715 to control the pumping power of the peristaltic pumping device 713 and the opening duration of the control valve 715 in a unit duration, so as to control the working power of the peristaltic pumping device 713 and the opening duration of the control valve 715 according to the collected concentration information.
The control unit 73 is preferably a single-chip microcomputer controller, and control logic built in the single-chip microcomputer controller will be described below by taking control of adding a machine washing liquid as an example.
The concentration information of the washing liquid of the preset machine can be factory set according to national standard or industry standard, and can also be set by the staff. The process that the staff set up and predetermine quick-witted lotion concentration information is generally realized through the main control unit of dish washer, simply speaking, after this intelligent distributor 7 installs in the dish washer, singlechip controller and dish washer's main control unit signal connection can be to singlechip controller input predetermine quick-witted lotion concentration information through main control unit, and singlechip controller and main control unit's signal connection and the mode of controlling singlechip controller through main control unit are ripe prior art, and details are omitted.
When the concentration information of the machine washing liquid in the collected concentration information is smaller than the preset machine washing liquid concentration information, the singlechip controller controls the peristaltic pump to increase the working time in unit time or controls the electromagnetic valve to increase the opening time in unit time, so that the concentration of the machine washing liquid in the washing water can be increased.
The liquid medicine concentration detection module 74 detects the concentration of the machine washing liquid in the washing water after the tableware is actually washed, and the adding amount of the machine washing liquid is controlled by the value of the concentration of the machine washing liquid in the actual washing water, so that the control mode with the result as the guidance can better ensure that the concentration of the machine washing liquid in the washing water is the concentration of the preset machine washing liquid concentration information.
The adding control logic of the drier can control the operation time in the unit time of the peristaltic pump by referring to the mode of controlling the operation time in the unit time, and the description is omitted.
The peristaltic pump is controlled by the singlechip controller to change the working time in unit time and the opening time in unit time of the electromagnetic valve to be the mature technical means in the prior art, so that the development and introduction are not performed. It can be understood that the single-chip microcomputer controller can control the working power of the peristaltic pump to change the adding amount of the machine washing liquid/drier by controlling the working time in the unit time of the peristaltic pump, can control the opening degree of the electromagnetic valve to change the adding amount of the machine washing liquid by controlling the opening time in the unit time of the electromagnetic valve, and has a plurality of modes for changing the adding amount of the machine washing liquid/drier, which are not described in a one-to-one way.
Similarly, when the intelligent dispenser 7 includes a plurality of liquid medicine mixing components 71, pumping power of a plurality of peristaltic pumps and/or opening time of electromagnetic valves in unit time are/is controlled, it should be understood that on the basis of explicit control logic for controlling a single peristaltic pump and/or electromagnetic valve, control for controlling a plurality of peristaltic pumps and/or electromagnetic valves is simply superposition of single control logic, and a person skilled in the art can set a plurality of control logic which do not interfere with each other by himself after knowing the single control logic, so as to ensure brevity of the specification, a process of forming a plurality of control logic by the single control logic is not described.
In the process of actually applying the intelligent distributor 7, the single-chip microcomputer controller of the intelligent distributor 7 is in signal connection with a main controller, namely a processor, of a dish washer, a water outlet pipe 712 for mixing solid machine washing liquid and clear water is connected with the end part of a clear water source and the end part for outputting washing water is communicated with a main washing water inlet pipe, or a water inlet pipe 711 and a water outlet pipe 712 for mixing liquid machine washing liquid and clear water are communicated with the main washing water inlet pipe, so that quantitative addition of machine washing liquid in the main washing water is realized, and the dish washing efficiency and the washing effect are improved; the liquid medicine mixing component 71 water inlet pipe 711 and water outlet pipe 712 for mixing clear water and drier are communicated and arranged on the rinsing water supply pipe, so that the drier is quantitatively added into the rinsing water for rinsing, and the tableware cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect are improved.
In the working process of the door lifting type dish washing machine with the intelligent distributor 7, the working process of the intelligent distributor 7 is as follows: the control component 73 controls the medicament adding amount of the medicament mixing component 71 according to the acquired concentration information of the medicament in the acquired actual cleaning water, and can better ensure that the medicament concentration in the actual cleaning water accords with the preset medicament concentration, so that the possibility that the result of the added medicament amount in the clean water deviates from the expected medicament adding amount due to the structural accuracy limitation of the mixer or the operation accuracy limitation of staff is reduced, and further the possibility that the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning result are inconsistent with the expected result is reduced.

referring to fig. 2 and 4, the liquid medicine mixing assembly 71 for mixing clean water and solid machine washing liquid further includes an anti-clogging mechanism 725, the anti-clogging mechanism 725 includes a circulation pipe 7252, a circulation pump 7251 and an electric control three-way valve 7253, the electric control three-way valve 7253 has a portion of which two ends are communicated with each other and arranged at a water outlet 724 of the water outlet pipe 712, the other end is communicated with one end of the circulation pipe 7252, the other end of the circulation pipe 7252 is communicated with a placing cavity 7211 and the communicating position is located above the filter screen 7213, and the circulation pump 7251 is communicated with the circulation pipe 7252 and provides water flow power from the end of the communicating placing cavity 7211 to one end of the electric control three-way valve 7253 for the circulation pipe 7252. The circulating pump 7251 and the electric control three-way valve 7253 are connected and controlled by the control component 73, namely a singlechip controller.
The singlechip controller also comprises the following control logic: normally, the electric control three-way valve 7253 is communicated with two ends of the water outlet pipe 712, and is not communicated with the other end, and the water outlet pipe 712 normally passes through high-concentration cleaning water; when the control component 73 controls the opening degree of the electromagnetic valve and the opening time in unit time to reach the maximum value, and the concentration information of the machine washing liquid in the collected concentration information is still smaller than the concentration information of the preset machine washing liquid in the preset concentration information, which indicates that the filter screen 7213 may be blocked by the washing dropped blocky solid machine washing liquid, at the moment, the singlechip controller drives the anti-blocking mechanism 725 to perform blocking cleaning work, namely, controls the electric control three-way valve 7253 to change the connection state until the end part of the connection water outlet 724 is communicated with the end part of the connection circulating pipe 7252 and the other end is not communicated, and drives the circulating pump 7251 to start, high-concentration washing water in the water outlet pipe 712 is reversely sprayed and washed to the filter screen 7213, so that the meshes blocked by the top-down filter screen 7213 are washed through.
The single chip microcomputer controller drives the plugging mechanism to stop and enable the plugging mechanism 725 to return to normal state after plugging cleaning work for a preset period of time. Of course, the built-in logic of the singlechip controller can also be other control logics such as working time for controlling blockage cleaning work according to the difference value of the concentration information of the machine washing liquid in the concentration information and the concentration information of the preset machine washing liquid in the preset concentration information when the opening time of the electromagnetic valve in unit time reaches the maximum value, and the built-in logic is not developed one by one.
Further, since the filter screen 7213 is embedded into the clamping groove 7214 from top to bottom, when the anti-blocking mechanism 725 performs blocking cleaning, the filter screen 7213 is subjected to a bottom-up flushing force, and is easily separated from the clamping groove 7214 from bottom to top under the flushing force, so that the subsequent filtering work of normally receiving the block solid-state machine washing liquid is affected.
