Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the beverage supply device according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external configuration of a beverage supply device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic view schematically showing a characteristic control system of the beverage supply device shown in fig. 1. The beverage supply device exemplified here is a beverage dispenser provided in facilities such as restaurants and food squares, and includes a device main body 10 and a control unit 50.
As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus body 10 is a box having an opening (hereinafter, also referred to as a front opening) 10a on the front surface, and a plurality of adjustment legs 11 for height adjustment are provided on the bottom of the apparatus body 10. The front surface opening 10a of the apparatus main body 10 is opened and closed by a front surface door 12. The front door 12 is a door body having a heat insulating structure of a size sufficient to cover not only the front opening 10a but also a region below the front opening 10a, and is provided at a front side edge portion of the apparatus main body 10 so as to be swingable around a central axis of a shaft portion, not shown, extending in the vertical direction.
The front surface of the front surface door 12 constitutes a passenger receiving surface, and is provided with a display unit 13. The display unit 13 is configured by, for example, a liquid crystal touch panel, displays various information, and has an input unit 13a capable of performing input operations such as touch operations.
The apparatus main body 10 includes a supply table 20, a cooling chamber 30, and a tube pump 40. The supply table 20 is configured by providing a recess in a lower portion of the front surface of the apparatus main body 10, that is, in a region below the front surface opening 10 a. The supply table 20 includes: a mounting plate 21 having a mounting surface 21a on which the cup 1 is mounted; a rear wall 22 covering the rear surface of the carriage plate 21; and a ceiling wall 23 covering the mounting surface 21a of the mounting plate 21. A cup guide 21b as a positioning member for placing the cup 1 is provided on the placement surface 21a of the placement plate 21, and a drip tray 21c for collecting splashed beverage and the like is provided. The rear wall 22 is formed such that an upper portion 22b protrudes forward from a lower portion 22a which is the rear side of the cup guide 21 b.
The supply table 20 is provided with a beverage nozzle 24. The beverage nozzle 24 is provided on the top wall 23 so as to be provided in a region directly above the cup 1 placed and guided by the cup guide 21 b.
The drink nozzle 24 is a conventionally known drink nozzle, and is configured by attaching a stock solution nozzle, a dilution water nozzle, a dilution carbonated water nozzle, and the like, which are not shown, to the nozzle body 24 a. The stock solution nozzle is used for ejecting the slurry (for example, sugar-containing slurry) supplied from a slurry tank (not shown), the dilution water nozzle is used for ejecting the cooled dilution water, and the dilute carbonated water nozzle is used for ejecting the cooled dilute carbonated water. Here, the diluted water and the diluted carbonated water constitute a diluent for diluting the slurry.
The beverage nozzle 24 is used to discharge the dilution water or the like discharged from the dilution water nozzle or the like vertically downward through a common discharge port.
The cooling equipment 30 is a container having a heat insulating structure formed to have an opening 10a facing the front surface. A supply line 31 for supplying dilution water or the like to the beverage nozzle 24 and a valve block 32 provided in the supply line 31 are disposed in the central portion of the bottom surface of the cold storage 30. The cooling equipment 30 accommodates two bag-in-box (hereinafter also referred to as BIB)33 in a pair on the left and right so as to sandwich the supply line 31.
The BIB33 is configured by further storing a bag-shaped container in which a slurry is sealed in a box-shaped container, and is configured by further storing a plastic bag container in which a slurry is sealed in a box-shaped container made of corrugated paper, for example. When the slurry sealed in BIB33 is discharged, the bag container contracts inside the box container, so that air is prevented from entering the bag container, and oxidation of the slurry is prevented.
The cooling equipment 30 is provided with a heat exchanger 34. Although not explicitly shown in the drawings, the heat exchanger 34 cools the air by exchanging heat between the water and the air passing around itself by supplying the water to the cooling water tank provided on the rear side of the cooling equipment 30 in the apparatus main body 10. The cooling water tank is used for cooling the dilution water and the like supplied to the supply line 31.
However, as described above, since the two BIBs 33 are accommodated in a pair on the left and right so as to sandwich the supply line 31 and the like, the heat exchanger 34 can only be disposed on the rear side of one BIB33 due to the volume of the cooling equipment 30. Therefore, it is difficult to cool BIB33 on the other side farther from heat exchanger 34. In the present embodiment, the heat exchanger 34 is disposed behind the right BIB33, and a part of the valve block 32 is disposed behind the left BIB 33.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the heat exchanger 34 is surrounded by an air tunnel 35 having openings 35a and 35b on the upper and lower surfaces, and a blower fan 36 is provided so as to close the upper surface opening 35b of the air tunnel 35. As shown in fig. 5, BIB33 is placed on the upper surface of metal plate 39 disposed so as to straddle a plurality of projections 37, and air flow path 38 communicating with lower surface opening 35a of air tunnel 35 is formed in the lower region of BIB 33.
Thus, the air cooled by the heat exchanger 34 by the driving of the blower fan 36 circulates inside the heat storage 30 as follows: blown out upward, and the BIB33 is cooled not only by the periphery of the right BIB33 but also by the periphery of the left BIB33, and after cooling the BIB33, sucked in from the lower surface opening 35a through the air flow path 38. That is, the cooled air is rectified by the air flow path 38, and the slurry sealed in the BIB33 and the supply line 31 is cooled.
The tube pump 40 is provided on the supply table 20. The tube pump 40 is for drawing the slurry enclosed in the BIB33, and is provided for each BIB 33. The tube pump 40 is attached to the tube 33a connected to the corresponding BIB33, and is driven by the built-in motor 41 to suck the slurry from the BIB33 by the flat tubes 33a such as a plurality of rollers (not shown), and to discharge the slurry from the open end 33b (see fig. 6) of the tube 33 a.
As shown in fig. 6, the tube pump 40 is provided obliquely in a pair of left and right at the upper portion 22b of the rear wall 22 so that the open end 33b of the tube 33a gradually approaches the beverage nozzle 24 as it goes downward. In the tube pump 40, the open end 33b of the tube 33a is disposed in a region directly above the upper surface opening 1a of the cup 1, which is disposed so as to be guided by the cup guide 21b, together with the beverage nozzle 24. The open end 33b of the tube 33a is fixed and supported by the support member 42.
The control unit 50 is electrically connected to the display unit 13, the valve group 32, and the tube pump 40, and controls the operations of these units in a lump according to programs and data stored in the storage unit 51 which are also electrically connected. The control Unit 50 may be realized by executing a program by a Processing device such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit), that is, by software, or may be realized by hardware such as an IC (Integrated Circuit), or may be realized by a combination of software and hardware.
The beverage supply device having the above-described configuration supplies a beverage to the cup 1 placed on the supply table 20 as described below.
When the input portion 13a of the beverage using the slurry sealed in the BIB33 is touched among the beverage input portions 13a that can be supplied and displayed on the display portion 13, the control portion 50 opens the dilution water valve 32a constituting the valve block 32 and drives the motor 41 of the tube pump 40 corresponding to the BIB 33. At this time, the control unit 50 intermittently drives the tube pump 40 while increasing the rotation speed of the tube pump 40. As a result, as shown in fig. 7, while a predetermined amount of dilution water is discharged from the beverage nozzle 24 in the vertical direction downward, a predetermined amount of slurry scooped up from the BIB33 is discharged from the open end 33b of the pipe 33a, and the dilution water and the slurry are put into the cup 1 in a mixed state, whereby a beverage can be supplied to the cup 1.
Further, when the input portion 13a of the beverage using the slurry sealed in the slurry tank is touched among the input portions 13a of the beverage that can be supplied displayed on the display portion 13, the control portion 50 opens the dilution water valve 32a and the slurry valve (not shown) that constitute the valve block 32. As a result, a predetermined amount of the diluted water and a predetermined amount of the slurry are discharged from the beverage nozzle 24 in the vertical direction downward, and the diluted water and the slurry are put into the cup 1 in a mixed state, whereby the beverage can be supplied to the cup 1.
As described above, according to the beverage supply device of the embodiment of the present invention, since the beverage nozzle 24 discharges the dilution water vertically downward and the tube pump 40 discharges the slurry in a state of being mixed with the dilution water discharged from the beverage nozzle 24 and being put into the cup 1, it is possible to share the supply portion of the beverage and to provide one supply portion of the beverage with respect to the cup 1, thereby improving convenience.
According to the beverage supply device, since the control unit 50 intermittently drives the tube pump 40 while increasing the rotational speed of the tube pump 40, the flight distance of the slurry from the open end 33b of the tube 33a can be sufficiently ensured while increasing the flow rate of the slurry discharged from the open end 33b, and the dilution ratio can be made good by matching the timing of discharging the dilution water. In particular, since the pipe 33a is not provided with a member through which the slurry discharged from the open end 33b passes, it is possible to provide excellent hygiene.
According to the above-described beverage supply device, since the tube pump 40 is provided in such a manner that the open end 33b of the tube 33a is disposed in the region directly above the upper surface opening 1a of the cup 1 together with the beverage nozzle 24, the slurry dropped from the open end 33b is guided to the cup 1, and the mounting plate 21 and the like can be prevented from being soiled.
In addition, according to the beverage supply device, since the air flow path 38 through which the air that has cooled the BIB33 passes is formed in the cooling equipment 30 in the region below the BIB33, the air cooled in the heat exchanger 34 can be circulated well in the cooling equipment 30, and the BIB33 and the like can be cooled well.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.
In the above-described embodiment, the control unit 50 is configured to increase the flow rate of the slurry discharged by the tube pump 40 by intermittently driving the tube pump 40 while increasing the rotation speed of the tube pump 40, but may be provided as follows in the present invention.
That is, a nozzle having a hole shape with an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tube may be provided as the flow velocity increasing member at the open end of the tube. This makes it possible to sufficiently secure a flight distance while increasing the flow velocity of the slurry, and to mix the slurry and the diluent well.
Further, the shape of the tip portion including the open end of the tube may be deformed so that the inner diameter of the tip portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the portion other than the tip portion. This also increases the flow velocity of the slurry and sufficiently ensures the flight distance, thereby enabling the slurry and the diluent to be mixed well.
In the above-described embodiment, the tube pump 40 is provided with the tube pump 40 having the same configuration in such a manner that the open end 33b of the tube 33a gradually approaches the beverage nozzle 24 as going downward and is inclined in a pair of left and right directions in the upper portion 22b of the rear wall 22.
That is, as shown in fig. 8, the tube pump 43 may be provided with the tube pumps 43 having a structure of being inverted right and left in a manner that the open end 33b of the tube 33a gradually approaches the beverage nozzle 24 as going downward and the tube pumps 43 are inclined in a pair of right and left in the upper portion 22b of the rear wall 22. In this case, as shown in fig. 9, the tube pump 43 is attached to the tube 33a in such a manner that the tube 33a extends along the outside and the lower side of the tube pump 43 itself. In the tube pump 43, the open end 33b of the tube 33a is disposed in a region directly above the upper surface opening 1a of the cup 1 placed so as to be guided by the cup guide 21b, together with the beverage nozzle 24. The open end 33b of the tube 33a is fixed and supported by the support member 44.
With such a configuration, the pipe pump 43 does not need to bend the pipe 33a excessively, and can discharge the slurry from the BIB33 to the cup 1 satisfactorily without splashing the slurry from the BIB33 from the open end 33 b.
In the above embodiment, the slurry enclosed in BIB33 was mixed with the dilution water, but in the present invention, the slurry enclosed in BIB may be mixed with the diluted carbonated water.
