After 1.5min, most of steam in the inner container 20 is discharged outside, the top door water pump 42 rotates reversely for 5s, the ejector rod 41 resets and retracts, the door body 21 covers the opening of the inner container 20 again, the top door water pump 42 stops rotating, the water supplementing loop 7 performs water supplementing detection, if the water pressure in the top door water tank 4 is lower than a set value, the water supplementing electromagnetic valve 76 is opened to supplement water into the top door water tank 4, when the water pressure in the top door water tank 4 reaches the set value, the pressure reducing electromagnetic valve 77 is opened, and water of the water supplementing water outlet pipe 72 flows back into the cooking water tank 3.
5min after cooking, the residual steam in the inner container 20 is cooled to form condensed water which is deposited at the bottom of the inner container 20 through self gravity, the water replenishing water outlet pipe 72 is opened, and the condensed water in the inner container 20 is collected in the waste water tank 5.
(2) In the roasting mode, when roasting food having a low water content, the gas is discharged through the gas discharge passage 92.
(3) In the baking mode, when the food with a high water content is baked, the heating pipe 91 is opened to bake the food in the first few minutes (generally, the first 5 minutes) of the cooking according to the cooking curve (by programming), and the gas in the inner container 20 is discharged outside through the exhaust passage 92.
When the humidity in the inner container 20 exceeds a set value, the top door water pump 42 is opened, the top door water pump 42 rotates forwards for 5s, the ejector rod 41 abuts against the door body 21 to form the exhaust gap with the width of 6mm, steam in the inner container 20 is simultaneously discharged outside through the exhaust channel 92 and the exhaust gap 200, and the top door water pump 42 stops rotating.
When the humidity in the inner container 20 is lower than a set value, the top door water pump 42 rotates reversely for 5s, the ejector rod 41 resets and retracts, the door body 21 covers the opening of the inner container 20 again, the top door water pump 42 stops rotating, the water supplementing loop 7 performs water supplementing detection, if the water pressure in the top door water tank 4 is lower than the set value, the water supplementing electromagnetic valve 76 is opened to supplement water to the top door water tank 4, when the water pressure in the top door water tank 4 reaches the set value, the pressure reducing electromagnetic valve 77 is opened, and the water in the water supplementing water outlet pipe 72 flows back to the cooking water tank 3.
