Abstract
The invention provides an air curtain type display cabinet, relates to the technical field of display cabinets, and solves the technical problem that cold energy is wasted due to the fact that the proportion of cold air curtains of the display cabinet to external energy exchange is large in the prior art. The air curtain type display cabinet comprises a display cabinet body with an air curtain opening, wherein the display cabinet body comprises a first air duct, and air flow blown by the display cabinet body can form a first air curtain at or near the air curtain opening; the second air duct blows airflow which can be close to the first air curtain at the inner side of the first air curtain to form a second air curtain, so that the first air curtain is arranged between the external environment and the second air curtain; the evaporator is arranged in the second air channel, so that the temperatures of the first air curtain and the second air curtain are different, and the second air curtain with the lower temperature relative to the first air curtain with the higher temperature is used for blocking the contact between the second air curtain with the lower temperature and the outside, thereby reducing the proportion of energy exchange between the cold air curtain and the outside and reducing the waste of cold energy.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display cabinets, in particular to an air curtain type display cabinet.
Background
The showcase is a refrigeration device which is commonly used in places such as markets, supermarkets, bars, KTVs and the like for refrigerating wines, beverages, fruits, vegetables, cosmetics and the like. Common display cases are closed and open air curtain. For the open type air curtain type display cabinet, the energy exchange between the cold air curtain of the display cabinet and the outside occupies a considerable proportion, and the cold energy is wasted; generally, a partition board is arranged in a display cabinet of an air curtain type and used for displaying goods, the partition board can influence the circulation of cold air and the refrigeration efficiency of the display cabinet, and particularly, the circulation of the cold air is not smooth when the goods are fully loaded on the partition board of the display cabinet; in addition, axial flow fans are adopted in fans used for conveying air volume of the existing showcase, and once the air volume is increased, the axial flow fans generate larger noise.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air curtain type display cabinet to solve the technical problem that cold energy is wasted due to the fact that the proportion of cold air curtains of the display cabinet to external energy exchange is large in the prior art.

the evaporator is arranged in the second air duct;
and the air supply assembly is communicated with the inlet of the first air channel and the inlet of the second air channel and supplies air to the first air channel and the second air channel.
Optionally, the outlet of the first air duct is disposed at or near the edge of the air curtain opening; the outlet of the second air duct is arranged close to the outlet of the first air duct.
Optionally, the outlet of the first air duct and/or the outlet of the second air duct are provided as honeycomb hole outlets.
Optionally, the air supply assembly comprises:
the volute is a shell with an air inlet passage and an air outlet passage, the outlet direction of the first air channel and the outlet direction of the second air channel point to the inlet of the air inlet passage, and the air outlet passage is communicated with the first air channel and the second air channel;
and the fan is arranged in the volute.
Optionally, an included angle is formed between the air inlet passage and the air outlet passage, and the included angle is a right angle or an obtuse angle.

Optionally, a plurality of the first ventilation holes are formed in the bottom surface of the placement portion.

The invention provides an air curtain type display cabinet, as shown in fig. 1-2, comprising a display cabinet body 2 with an air curtain opening 1, wherein the air curtain opening 1 is an opening of an open type display cabinet covered by an air curtain, and is used for people to take articles placed in the display cabinet, wherein the air curtain opening 1 can be only one surface or two to four surfaces, the number of the air curtain openings can be selected according to actual placed products and use environments, the display cabinet body 2 comprises:
the first air duct 3 is provided with a first air duct,
the air flow from the first air duct 3 forms a first air curtain at or near the air curtain opening 1, the first air curtain covers the air curtain opening 1, and the heat exchange between the inside space and the outside space of the display case is reduced by isolating the inside space from the outside space of the display case through the first air curtain.
The second air duct 4 is provided with a second air duct,
the air flow blown by the second air duct 4 can be adjacent to the first air curtain at the inner side of the first air curtain to form a second air curtain, so that the first air curtain is arranged between the external environment and the second air curtain, and the second air curtain and the first air curtain are arranged in parallel, thereby preventing the mutual interference of the air flows of the two air curtains.
The temperature of the evaporator (5) is controlled,

An air supply component is arranged on the air supply device,
the air supply assembly communicates with the inlet of the first air duct 3 and the inlet of the second air duct 4, so that the first air duct 3 and the second air duct 4 supply air, the first air duct 3 and the second air duct 4 are communicated with the air supply assembly at the same time, and the same air source supplies air at the same time, so that the energy exchange between the whole air curtain and the external environment is reduced while additional air supply equipment is not added, and the performance of the display cabinet is further improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the outlet of the first air duct 3 is arranged at the edge of the air curtain opening 1 or near the edge of the air curtain opening 1, so that the air flow blown by the first air duct can better cover the air curtain opening 1, and the energy exchange is reduced; the outlet of the second air duct 4 is arranged close to the outlet of the first air duct 3, and the two outlets are parallel to each other, so that the air flow interference between the first air curtain and the second air curtain is reduced.
As an alternative embodiment, the outlet of the first air duct 3 and/or the outlet of the second air duct 4 are provided as honeycomb hole outlets.
As an alternative embodiment, the air supply assembly comprises:
the air supply assembly is arranged at the bottom of the display case body 2, the outlet of the first air channel 3 and the outlet of the second air channel 4 are arranged at the upper part of the display case, and the air flows of the first air curtain and the second air curtain are blown from top to bottom, preferably, the bottom of the display case is wider than the upper part of the display case, so that at least part of the air supply channel 61 of the volute 6 is arranged at the position where the bottom of the display case is wider, the air supply channel 61 can better receive the air flows of the first air curtain and the second air curtain, the circulation of cold air is carried out, and the energy-saving effect is realized.

As an optional implementation manner, an included angle is formed between the air inlet passage 61 and the air outlet passage 62, and the included angle is a right angle or an obtuse angle, specifically, the opening of the air inlet passage 61 faces upwards, so as to receive the air flows of the first air curtain and the second air curtain, the fan 7 conveys the received air flows from the air outlet passage 62 to the first air duct 3 and the second air duct 4 located at the rear portion of the display cabinet, and the housekeeper is provided to facilitate the circulation of cold air.
As an optional embodiment, the fan 7 is a cross-flow fan 7, the fan 7 of the existing showcase is generally an axial-flow fan 7, and when the axial-flow fan 7 is used, particularly after the air volume is increased, a large noise is generated, and the noise of the fan 7 can be greatly reduced by adopting the cross-flow fan 7 and matching with the volute 6 with an included angle of a right angle or an obtuse angle between the air inlet passage 61 and the air outlet passage 62; meanwhile, the structural design of the volute 6 also accords with the operation characteristics of the cross-flow fan 7, and the cross-flow fan 7 can exert the maximum air supply effect.
As an alternative embodiment, the showcase body 2 has an inner wall 8, and the inner wall 8 and the air curtain opening 1 together enclose an article placing space; the evaporator 5 is arranged at a position close to an inlet of the second air duct 4, specifically, the second air duct 4 is arranged along the back of the inner wall 8 and extends from the bottom of the display cabinet to the upper part of the display cabinet, and the evaporator 5 is arranged at a position close to the inlet of the second air duct 4, so that cold air in the second air duct 4 can surround the storage space, and the refrigeration efficiency of the storage space is improved.
As an optional embodiment, at least one placing part 9 with a cavity is arranged on the inner wall 8, the cavity is communicated with the second air duct 4 through the inner wall 8, and a plurality of first ventilation holes 10 are arranged on the placing part 9 and communicated with the cavity, wherein the placing part 9 can divide the placing space and can place articles thereon, the arrangement of the structure can enable the placing part 9 to dissipate cold air, so that the circulation of cold air in the showcase is more sufficient and rapid, the refrigeration efficiency of the showcase is improved, and particularly when goods are fully placed on the placing part 9, the refrigeration effect is better compared with the prior art.
As an optional implementation manner, the plurality of first ventilation holes 10 are formed in the bottom surface of the placement portion 9, so that cold air in the second air duct 4 can be blown from top to bottom, and the problem that the first ventilation holes 10 are blocked by goods or the goods are inconvenient to place when being formed in the upper surface of the placement portion 9 is avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, the inner wall 8 is opened with a second ventilation hole 11, and the second ventilation hole 11 is communicated with the second air duct 4, so that the transverse cold air can be blown out from the inner wall 8 of the display cabinet, the circulation degree of the air in the display cabinet is further increased, and the refrigeration efficiency is increased.
The gas flow is specifically circulated as follows: the cross-flow fan 7 drives air flow to enter the display cabinet body 2 from the air inlet passage 61 in the volute 6, the air flow flows into two major parts at the bottom of the display cabinet, one part of the air flow enters the first air duct 3, finally, air is exhausted from the outlet of the first air duct 3 to form a first air curtain, the other major part of the air flow enters the second air duct 4, the air flow is refrigerated and cooled by the evaporator 5 in the second air duct 4 and then is divided into two small parts, one small part of the air flow passes through the second air duct 4 and then is exhausted from the outlet of the second air duct 4 to form a second air curtain, the other small part of the air flow is exhausted from the first air penetrating holes 10 and the second air penetrating holes 11 in a waterfall-round manner, goods are fully refrigerated in the cabinet, and finally, the air flow forming the first air curtain and the second air curtain circulates to the air inlet passage 61 of the.

1. An air curtain display case comprising a display case body having an air curtain opening, the display case body comprising:
a first air duct blowing an air flow capable of forming a first air curtain at or near the air curtain opening;
a second air duct blowing an air flow which is capable of forming a second air curtain adjacent to the first air curtain on the inner side of the first air curtain, so that the first air curtain is between the external environment and the second air curtain;
the evaporator is arranged in the second air duct;
and the air supply assembly is communicated with the inlet of the first air channel and the inlet of the second air channel and supplies air to the first air channel and the second air channel.
2. The air curtain display case of claim 1 wherein the outlet of said first air duct is disposed at or near the edge of said air curtain opening; the outlet of the second air duct is arranged close to the outlet of the first air duct.
3. The air curtain type display cabinet as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outlet of the first air duct and/or the outlet of the second air duct are provided as honeycomb hole outlets.
4. The air curtain display case of claim 1 wherein the air supply assembly comprises:
the volute is a shell with an air inlet passage and an air outlet passage, the outlet direction of the first air channel and the outlet direction of the second air channel point to the inlet of the air inlet passage, and the air outlet passage is communicated with the first air channel and the second air channel;
and the fan is arranged in the volute.
5. The air curtain display case of claim 4 wherein the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel form an included angle therebetween, and the included angle is a right angle or an obtuse angle.
6. The air curtain display case of claim 5 wherein said fan is a crossflow fan.
7. The air curtain display case of any one of claims 1-6 wherein the display case body has an inner wall, the inner wall and the air curtain opening together enclosing a storage space; the evaporator is arranged close to the inlet of the second air duct.
8. The air curtain display case as claimed in claim 7, wherein said inner wall has at least one shelf portion having a cavity therein, said cavity being in communication with said second air duct through said inner wall, and said shelf portion having a plurality of first ventilation holes therein in communication with said cavity.
9. The showcase of claim 8, wherein a plurality of said first ventilation holes are opened in a bottom surface of said placement portion.
10. The air curtain display case as claimed in claim 7, wherein said inner wall is formed with a second ventilation hole, said second ventilation hole being communicated with said second air duct.
