Furthermore, the safety helmet comprises a cap body worn on the head of a human body and a brim connected with the cap body, and the electroencephalogram acquisition electrode is fixed on one side, facing the forehead, of the inner side of the cap body.

The embodiment provides a safety helmet wearing detection device based on electroencephalogram, and as shown in fig. 1, the device includes an electroencephalogram acquisition electrode 100, a detection processor 200 and a communication module 300, which are arranged on a safety helmet.
The electroencephalogram acquisition electrode 100 is arranged on one side, facing the head, of the safety helmet, specifically, the safety helmet comprises a cap body 400 worn on the head of a human body and a brim 500 connected with the cap body 400, the electroencephalogram acquisition electrode 100 is fixed on one side, facing the forehead, of the inner side of the cap body 400, the electroencephalogram acquisition electrode 100 is fixed on the inner side of the cap body 400 through a flexible FPC600, the flexible FPC600 is fixed on the inner side of the cap body 400 through a magic tape 700, further, the inner side of the cap body 400 is provided with a lining 800, and the flexible FPC600 is fixed on the. The electroencephalogram acquisition electrode 100 can be made of copper gold plating, conductive rubber or conductive plastic.
The electroencephalogram acquisition electrode 100 comprises a positive electrode 110, a negative electrode 120 and a reference electrode 130 which are used for contacting with the epidermis of the human head to acquire biological electroencephalogram signals, the positive electrode 110, the negative electrode 120 and the reference electrode 130 are all connected with a detection processor 200, and the detection processor 200 is used for detecting whether a safety helmet is worn or not according to the acquired electroencephalogram signals. The detection processor 200 employs an ArmCortex series micro-detection processor 200 or other embedded detection processor 200.
In the embodiment, the electroencephalogram acquisition is a high-impedance circuit, energy is not output to the outside, energy is not absorbed from a human body, no radiation is generated to the human body, and the electroencephalogram acquisition device can be worn for a long time. The electroencephalogram signals enter the electroencephalogram signal acquisition circuit through the protection circuit, and the software algorithm of the detection processor 200 can judge whether the safety helmet is worn or not by analyzing the electroencephalogram signals.
The detection processor 200 is connected to the mobile terminal or the management background through the communication module 300, so as to upload the obtained detection result to the mobile terminal or the management background for statistics and recording. If the practitioner is in the order receiving state but does not wear the safety helmet, the background can carry out information statistics, and the practitioner can gradually establish good safety habits through stage assessment.
The communication module 300 includes a bluetooth module, an NB-IoT module, or a GPRS module, which may be selected according to an application scenario. If the Bluetooth module is matched with a mobile phone, the Bluetooth module can be selected, and if the Bluetooth module is directly connected with a management background, a proper module is selected according to the mobile communication coverage conditions of local NB-IoT and GPRS. In order to improve the standby time, the NB-IoT module and the GPRS module may be powered on and transmitted only once when the state changes, and are in a power-off state at ordinary times.
Optionally, a three-axis, six-axis or nine-axis sensor may also be provided on the safety helmet. In order to increase compatibility and adaptability, a three-axis, six-axis or nine-axis acceleration sensor can be added as auxiliary judgment information.

5. The electroencephalogram-based detection device for wearing of safety helmets according to claim 3, wherein a lining is arranged on the inner side of the cap body, and the flexible FPC is fixed on the lining.
6. The electroencephalogram-based safety helmet wearing detection device according to claim 1, wherein the detection processor is an Arm Cortex series micro-detection processor or other embedded detection processor.
7. The electroencephalogram-based detection apparatus for wearing of safety helmets according to claim 1, wherein the communication module comprises a bluetooth module, an NB-IoT module, or a GPRS module.
