本发明公开了一种HARQ信息的传输方法及装置、计算机存储介质,所述方法包括:终端设备确定第一HARQ信息,所述第一HARQ信息为所述终端设备在第一下行时间单元上接收的第一下行数据信道对应的HARQ信息,所述第一下行数据信道对应第一时序值,所述第一下行时间单元为第一下行传输机会中的时间单元;所述终端设备在第一上行时间单元上传输第一上行控制信息,所述第一上行控制信息包括所述第一HARQ信息,其中,所述第一上行时间单元为第一上行传输机会中的时间单元,所述第一上行传输机会晚于所述第一下行传输机会,所述第一上行时间单元与所述第一下行时间单元之间的时间距离大于或等于所述第一时序值。
