In case 2, it indicates that the base station needs to periodically send periodic MR measurement tasks to the accessed terminal, so that the terminal periodically reports the MR.
In case 3, it indicates that the base station needs to periodically send a periodic ANR measurement task to the access terminal, so that the terminal periodically reports the ANR.
In case 4, it means that the base station does not transmit the periodic MR measurement task and the periodic ANR measurement task to the access terminal.
In the case of the 1 st to 3 rd types, that is, in the case where any periodic measurement task exists, step 202 is executed.

Step 202: and under the condition that the periodic measurement task is started, judging whether the terminal has a voice bearing service.
The voice bearer (QCI1, QoS Class Identifier1) service refers to voice service initiated by a terminal, such as a call service with a friend, and the like.
When the periodic measurement task corresponding to the terminal, which is configured in advance at the base station side, is started, it can be determined whether the QCI1 service exists in the terminal.
In the case where the period measurement task includes a period MR measurement task and a period ANR measurement task, the following three cases can be classified for the above process:
and under the condition that the periodic MR measurement task is started and the periodic ANR measurement task is also started, executing a judgment process of whether the terminal has the voice bearer service.
And under the condition that the period MR measurement task is started and the period ANR measurement task is not started, executing a judgment process of judging whether the terminal has the voice bearer service.
And under the condition that the period MR measurement task is not started and the period ANR measurement task is started, executing a judgment process of whether the terminal carries the voice service or not.
That is, under the condition that any periodic measurement task exists, whether the terminal has the voice bearer service or not is judged.
In case that there is voice service in the terminal accessing the base station, step 204 is executed.
In case that there is no voice service for the terminal accessing the base station, step 205 is executed.
Step 203: and under the condition that the periodic measurement task is not started, canceling the configuration of a third measurement task corresponding to the terminal.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the third measurement task may include at least one of a third measurement report measurement task and a third automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
The third measurement report measurement task, that is, the third MR measurement task, is an MR measurement task to be periodically configured for the terminal on the base station side.
And the third automatic neighbor missing function measurement task, namely the third ANR measurement task, is an ANR measurement task which is to be periodically configured for the terminal on the base station side.
In the case that the third measurement task includes a third MR measurement task and/or a third ANR measurement task, the following three cases may be classified for the case of cancelling the configuration of the third MR measurement task and/or the third ANR measurement task:
the first method comprises the following steps: under the condition that the base station side only presets the period for issuing the MR measurement task to the terminal, the configuration of a third MR measurement task corresponding to the terminal can be cancelled;
and the second method comprises the following steps: the base station side can cancel the configuration of a third ANR measurement task corresponding to the terminal only when the base station side presets a period for issuing the ANR measurement task to the terminal;
and the third is that: and under the condition that the base station side presets a period for issuing the MR measurement task and the ANR measurement task to the terminal, the third MR measurement task and the third ANR measurement task corresponding to the terminal can be canceled.
In a case where the periodic MR measurement task and/or the periodic ANR measurement task is not started, the third MR measurement task and/or the third ANR measurement task corresponding to the terminal may be de-configured.
That is, when the terminal establishes the voice bearer service and the base station side does not set a period in advance to issue the MR measurement task and/or the ANR measurement task to the terminal, it may be set that the base station side does not issue the MR measurement task and the ANR measurement task to the terminal any more, but the terminal reports the ordinary MR and ANR by itself.
Step 204: and under the condition that the voice bearing service exists, detecting whether a periodic measurement task switch corresponding to the terminal is started or not.
In the invention, the periodic measurement task switch is a switch for the voice user not to perform periodic measurement, namely, under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is turned on, the base station does not issue a task of periodic measurement configuration to the accessed terminal with voice service.
In a case where the period measurement task includes both the period MR measurement task and the period ANR measurement task, the period measurement task switch may include a first switch and a second switch.
The first switch may be a switch for the voice user not to perform periodic measurement report measurement, that is, not to issue periodic MR measurement to the terminal having voice service accessing the base station.
The second switch may be a switch for the voice user not to perform the measurement of the periodic braking neighbor missing function, that is, a switch for not issuing the periodic ANR measurement to the terminal having the voice service and accessed to the base station.
The first and second switches may be as shown in table 1 below:

as can be seen from table 1, the default values of the voice user non-periodic MR measurement switch and the voice user non-periodic ANR measurement switch are both 0: off, that is, in the initial state, when both the voice user non-periodic MR measurement switch and the voice user non-periodic ANR measurement switch are in the off state, the value of the voice user non-periodic MR measurement switch is adjusted to 1: when the terminal is on, the voice user is started, the periodic MR measurement switch is not carried out, and under the condition, the base station can periodically send periodic MR measurement tasks to the terminal so that the accessed terminal can return a measurement report in real time; and when the value of the switch for not carrying out the period ANR measurement by the voice user is adjusted to 1: and when the terminal is on, the terminal indicates that the voice user is started not to perform the period ANR measurement task, and under the condition, the base station can periodically issue the period ANR measurement task to the terminal so that the terminal returns the automatic neighbor missing function parameters in real time.
It should be understood that the above examples are only examples for better understanding of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not to be taken as the only limitation of the embodiments of the present invention.
When detecting that there is a voice bearer service in an accessed terminal, the method may determine whether a periodic measurement task switch corresponding to the terminal is turned on, and when the periodic measurement task switch includes a first switch and a second switch, the method may be divided into the following four cases:
the first method comprises the following steps: the first switch is turned on, and the second switch is turned off;
and the second method comprises the following steps: the first switch is closed, and the second switch is opened;
and the third is that: the first switch and the second switch are both in an open state;
and fourthly: the first switch and the second switch are both in an off state.
In the first to third cases, step 208 is executed.
In the fourth case, step 209 is performed.
Step 205: and under the condition that the voice bearing service does not exist, configuring a fourth measurement task matched with the terminal.
The fourth measurement task may include at least one of a fourth measurement report measurement task and a fourth automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
And the fourth measurement report measurement task, namely a fourth MR measurement task, namely an MR measurement task configured at the base station side and issued to the terminal, is used for indicating the terminal to report the MR according to the MR measurement task.
The fourth automatic neighbor missing function measurement task is a fourth ANR measurement task, that is, an ANR measurement task configured at the base station side and issued to the terminal, and is used for instructing the terminal to report ANR parameter information according to the ANR measurement task.
Under the condition that no voice bearing service exists, that is, the current terminal does not establish the voice bearing service, but only has the data service, the base station side can configure a corresponding fourth measurement task for the terminal, that is, execute a normal service processing flow.
After configuring the fourth measurement task matched with the terminal, step 206 is performed.
Step 206: and sending the fourth measurement task to the terminal.
After the base station side issues the fourth measurement task to the terminal side, the terminal side can report the measurement result to the base station side in time according to the received fourth measurement task.
When the fourth measurement task includes the fourth MR measurement task and/or the fourth ANR measurement task, the reporting process may be divided into the following three cases:
1. the situation that the fourth MR measurement task is issued to the terminal side at the base station side, but the fourth ANR measurement task is not issued
The terminal side may report an MR measurement report matching the fourth MR measurement task according to a fourth MR measurement task issued by the base station side, such as the information type of the reported MR, the information of the time period in which the terminal side is located, and the like, and the terminal side may report the ordinary ANR to the base station side according to the self condition.
2. The situation that the fourth ANR measurement task is issued to the terminal side at the base station side, and the fourth MR measurement task is not issued
The terminal side may report, according to a fourth ANR measurement task issued by the base station side, an ANR matched with the fourth ANR measurement task, such as a type of a reported ANR parameter, a time for detecting the parameter, and the like, and the terminal side may report a common MR to the base station side according to a self condition.
3. The situation that the fourth MR measurement task and the fourth ANR measurement task are simultaneously issued to the terminal side at the base station side
The terminal side may report, according to a fourth ANR measurement task issued by the base station side, an ANR matched with the fourth ANR measurement task, such as a type of a reported ANR parameter, a time for detecting the parameter, and the like.
The terminal side may report an MR measurement report matching the fourth MR measurement task according to the fourth MR measurement task issued by the base station side, such as the information type of the reported MR, the information of the time period in which the terminal side is located, and the like.
After sending the fourth measurement task to the terminal, step 207 is performed.
Step 207: and receiving a measurement result returned by the terminal according to the fourth measurement task.
After the terminal acquires the corresponding measurement result according to the fourth measurement task, the terminal may send the acquired measurement result to the base station. For example, after the terminal acquires the corresponding MR and/or ANR according to the fourth MR measurement task and/or the fourth ANR measurement task, the terminal side may transmit the acquired MR and/or ANR to the base station side.
And the base station side receives the MR and/or the ANR reported by the terminal side and carries out the subsequent analysis process according to the acquired MR and/or ANR.
Step 208: and under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is turned on, detecting whether a first measurement task matched with the terminal exists or not.
The first measurement task may include at least one of a first measurement report measurement task and a first automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
The first measurement report measurement task, i.e. the first MR measurement task, refers to an MR measurement task generated by the base station and not yet issued to the terminal.
The first automatic neighbor missing function measurement task, namely the first ANR measurement task, refers to an ANR measurement task generated by the base station and not yet issued to the terminal.
Under the condition that a periodic measurement task switch corresponding to the terminal is turned on, whether a first measurement task matched with the terminal exists on the base station side or not can be detected.
When the first measurement task includes a first MR measurement task and/or a first ANR measurement task, if there is a first MR measurement task and/or a first ANR measurement task matching the terminal, the following three cases may be distinguished:
1. a first MR measurement task and a first ANR measurement task exist at the same time;
2. the first MR measurement task exists, and the first ANR measurement task does not exist;
3. there is no first MR measurement task and there is a first ANR measurement task.
In case there is a first measurement task matching the terminal on the base station side, step 212 is performed.
Step 209: and under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is not turned on, configuring a fifth measurement task matched with the terminal.
The fifth measurement task may include at least one of a fifth measurement report measurement task and a fifth automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
And the fifth measurement report measurement task is a fifth MR measurement task, namely, an MR measurement task configured for the terminal by the base station side.
And a fifth measurement task of the missing configuration function of the automatic neighbor cell, namely a fifth ANR measurement task, namely an ANR measurement task configured for the terminal by the base station side.
Under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is not turned on, the base station side can configure a fifth measurement task corresponding to the terminal to obtain a measurement result of the terminal corresponding to the fifth measurement task.
After the base station side configures the fifth measurement task matched with the terminal, step 210 is executed.
Step 210: and sending the fifth measurement task to the terminal.
After the base station configures the fifth measurement task for the terminal, the fifth measurement task may be sent to the terminal, so that the terminal obtains a corresponding measurement result according to the fifth measurement task.
The fifth measurement task includes a fifth MR measurement task and/or a fifth ANR measurement task, which can be described in detail in the following manner.
After the base station side issues the fifth MR measurement task and/or the fifth ANR measurement task to the terminal side, the terminal side may report the MR and/or the ANR to the base station side in time according to the received fifth MR measurement task and/or the fifth ANR measurement task.
The reporting process can be divided into the following three cases:
1. the situation that the fifth MR measurement task is issued to the terminal side at the base station side without issuing the fifth ANR measurement task
The terminal side may report an MR measurement report matching the fifth MR measurement task according to the fifth MR measurement task issued by the base station side, such as the information type of the MR to be reported, the information of the time period in which the terminal side is located, and the like, and the terminal side may report the ordinary ANR to the base station side according to the self condition.
2. The situation that the fifth ANR measurement task is issued to the terminal side at the base station side without issuing the fifth MR measurement task
The terminal side may report, according to a fifth ANR measurement task issued by the base station side, an ANR that matches the fifth ANR measurement task, such as a type of reported ANR parameter, a time for detecting the parameter, and the like, and the terminal side may report a common MR to the base station side according to a self condition.
3. The situation that the fifth MR measurement task and the fifth ANR measurement task are simultaneously issued to the terminal side at the base station side
The terminal side may report, according to a fifth ANR measurement task issued by the base station side, an ANR matched with the fifth ANR measurement task, such as a type of a reported ANR parameter, a time for detecting the parameter, and the like.
The terminal side may report an MR measurement report matching the fifth MR measurement task according to the fifth MR measurement task issued by the base station side, such as the information type of the reported MR, the information of the time period in which the MR is located, and the like.
After the fifth measurement task is sent to the terminal, step 211 is performed.
Step 211: and receiving a measurement result returned by the terminal according to the fifth measurement task.
After the terminal obtains the corresponding measurement result according to the fifth measurement task, the terminal side may send the obtained measurement result to the base station side.
And the base station side receives the measurement result reported by the terminal side and carries out the subsequent analysis process according to the obtained measurement result.
Step 212: deleting the first measurement task if the first measurement task exists.
When there is a first measurement task on the base station side, the first measurement task may be deleted, specifically, when the first measurement task includes a first MR measurement task and a second ANR, for example, the following may be performed:
when the first MR measurement task and/or the first ANR measurement task exists at the base station side, the first MR measurement task and/or the first ANR measurement task is deleted, at this time, the base station does not issue the first MR measurement task and/or the first ANR measurement task to the terminal, but the terminal reports the ordinary MR and ANR to the base station side instead of controlling the sending of the MR and/or ANR at the terminal side by the base station side, so that the reporting of meaningless measurement can be avoided, and the situations of packet loss caused by more signaling flows and complex service flows of voice services are avoided.
Specifically, the deletion cases can be classified into the following three types:
when a first MR measurement task is configured in advance at the base station side, deleting the first MR measurement task;
when a first ANR measurement task is preset at the base station side, deleting the first ANR measurement task;
and when the first MR measurement task and the first ANR measurement task are preset at the base station side, deleting the first MR measurement task and the first ANR measurement task at the same time.
After the first measurement task is deleted, step 213 is performed.
Step 213: and canceling the configuration of a second measurement task corresponding to the terminal.
The second measurement task may include at least one of a second measurement report measurement task and a second automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
The second measurement report measurement task, i.e. the second MR measurement task, is an MR measurement task to be periodically configured for the terminal by the base station side.
The second ANR measurement task, which is a second automatic neighbor missing function measurement task, is an ANR measurement task that is to be periodically configured for the terminal on the base station side.
After deleting a first measurement task that has been configured by a base station side for an accessed terminal having a voice bearer service, the base station side may set to cancel configuring a second measurement task for the terminal, and specifically, when the measurement task includes an MR measurement task and an ANR measurement task, the following three cases may be:
1. when the first switch and the second switch are both turned on, the base station side does not configure the MR measurement task and the ANR measurement task corresponding to the terminal, that is, the MR and the ANR are received by the terminal in a common manner.
2. When the first switch is turned on and the second switch is turned off, the base station no longer configures the MR measurement task corresponding to the terminal, that is, the MR and ANR are received by the terminal as normal MR and ANR reported by the terminal.
3. When the first switch is turned off and the second switch is turned on, the base station no longer configures the ANR measurement task corresponding to the terminal, that is, the MR and the ANR are both received by the terminal as normal MR and ANR reported by the terminal.
After the second measurement task corresponding to the terminal is de-configured, step 214 is performed.
Step 214: and reconfiguring the measurement processing mode after the voice bearing service is suspended into a measurement processing mode of a data service.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the measurement processing mode may include at least one of a measurement report processing mode and an automatic neighbor missing function processing mode.
The reconfiguration refers to the condition that the terminal is switched from voice bearer service to data service, and when the base station monitors that the terminal is switched from voice bearer service to data service, the base station can reconfigure the voice bearer service at the terminal side so as to reconfigure the service of the terminal into the data service.
The measurement processing mode after the voice bearer service is suspended is the mode that the measurement report needs to be periodically configured in the voice bearer service establishment process. Taking a measurement report processing mode and an automatic neighbor missing function processing mode as examples, the description process is as follows:
and the measurement report processing mode and/or the automatic neighbor missing function processing mode after the voice bearer service is suspended are modes in which measurement report measurement tasks and/or automatic neighbor missing function measurement tasks need to be periodically configured in the voice bearer service establishing process.
The measurement report processing mode and/or the automatic neighbor missing function processing mode of the data service are modes in which measurement report measurement tasks and/or automatic neighbor missing function measurement tasks need to be configured periodically after the data service is established.
After the measurement processing mode after the voice bearer service is suspended is reconfigured to the measurement processing mode of the data service, step 215 is executed.
Step 215: and configuring a sixth measurement task matched with the terminal.
The sixth measurement task may include at least one of a sixth measurement report measurement task and a sixth automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
And the sixth measurement report measurement task is a sixth MR measurement task, namely, an MR measurement task configured for the terminal by the base station side.

The terminal side may report an MR measurement report matching the sixth MR measurement task according to the sixth MR measurement task issued by the base station side, such as the information type of the reported MR, the information of the time period in which the MR is located, and the like.
After sending the sixth measurement task to the terminal, step 217 is performed.

The voice service processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention detects whether a periodic measurement task corresponding to a terminal is started or not after the terminal is accessed to a base station, detects whether the periodic measurement task corresponding to the terminal is started or not under the condition that the periodic measurement task is started and under the condition that the terminal has voice bearing service, wherein a periodic measurement task switch is a switch for a voice user not to perform periodic measurement, detects whether a first measurement task matched with the terminal exists or not under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is started, deletes the first measurement task under the condition that the first measurement task exists, and cancels configuration of a second measurement task corresponding to the terminal. In the embodiment of the invention, after the voice user is identified by the base station, the VOLTE voice user is controlled not to carry out measurement of MR, ANR and the like, so that the voice user can have clearer conversation, shorter connection delay and better perception of the voice user are ensured.

The base station provided in the embodiment of the present invention detects whether a periodic measurement task corresponding to a terminal is started after the terminal accesses the base station, and detects whether the periodic measurement task corresponding to the terminal is started when the periodic measurement task is started and when it is determined that a voice bearer service exists in the terminal, where a periodic measurement task switch is a switch in which a voice user does not perform periodic measurement, and detects whether a first measurement task matching the terminal exists when the periodic measurement task switch is started, and deletes the first measurement task and cancels configuration of a second measurement task corresponding to the terminal when the first measurement task exists. The base station provided in the embodiment of the present invention detects whether a periodic measurement task corresponding to a terminal is started after the terminal accesses the base station, and detects whether the periodic measurement task corresponding to the terminal is started when the periodic measurement task is started and when it is determined that a voice bearer service exists in the terminal, where a periodic measurement task switch is a switch in which a voice user does not perform periodic measurement, and detects whether a first measurement task matching the terminal exists when the periodic measurement task switch is started, and deletes the first measurement task and cancels configuration of a second measurement task corresponding to the terminal when the first measurement task exists. In the embodiment of the invention, after the voice user is identified by the base station, the VOLTE voice user is controlled not to carry out measurement of MR, ANR and the like, so that the voice user can have clearer conversation, shorter connection delay and better perception of the voice user are ensured.

Claims (12)

1. A voice service processing method is applied to a base station, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after a terminal accesses the base station, detecting whether a periodic measurement task corresponding to the terminal is started or not;
under the condition that the periodic measurement task is started, judging whether the terminal has a voice bearing service;
detecting whether a periodic measurement task switch corresponding to the terminal is turned on or not under the condition that the voice bearing service exists; the periodic measurement task switch is a switch for a voice user not to perform periodic measurement;
under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is turned on, detecting whether a first measurement task matched with the terminal exists or not;
deleting the first measurement task if the first measurement task exists;
and canceling the configuration of a second measurement task corresponding to the terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of detecting whether the periodic measurement task corresponding to the terminal is started, the method further comprises:
and under the condition that the periodic measurement task is not started, canceling the configuration of a third measurement task corresponding to the terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of determining whether the terminal has the voice bearer service, further comprising:
under the condition that the voice bearing service does not exist, configuring a fourth measurement task matched with the terminal;
sending the fourth measurement task to the terminal;
and receiving a measurement result returned by the terminal according to the fourth measurement task.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of detecting whether a periodic measurement task switch corresponding to the terminal is on, further comprising:
under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is not turned on, configuring a fifth measurement task matched with the terminal;
sending the fifth measurement task to the terminal;
and receiving a measurement result returned by the terminal according to the fifth measurement task.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of de-configuring the second measurement task corresponding to the terminal, further comprising:
reconfiguring the measurement processing mode after the voice bearing service is suspended into a measurement processing mode of a data service;
configuring a sixth measurement task matched with the terminal;
sending the sixth measurement task to the terminal;
and receiving a measurement result returned by the terminal according to the sixth measurement task.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the periodic measurement tasks comprise at least one of periodic measurement report measurement tasks and periodic automatic neighbor miss-matching function measurement tasks;
the measurement processing mode comprises at least one of a measurement report processing mode and an automatic neighbor missing function processing mode;
the measurement task comprises at least one of a measurement report measurement task and an automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
7. A base station, comprising:
the periodic measurement task detection module is used for detecting whether a periodic measurement task corresponding to the terminal is started or not after the terminal is accessed to the base station;
a voice bearer service judging module, configured to judge whether a voice bearer service exists in the terminal when the periodic measurement task is started;
a switch whether-to-start detection module, configured to detect whether a periodic measurement task switch corresponding to the terminal is turned on under the condition that the voice bearer service exists; the periodic measurement task switch is a switch for a voice user not to perform periodic measurement;
the first measurement task detection module is used for detecting whether a first measurement task matched with the terminal exists or not under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is turned on;
the first measurement task deleting module is used for deleting the first measurement task under the condition that the first measurement task exists;
and the measurement task canceling and configuring module is used for canceling and configuring a second measurement task corresponding to the terminal.
8. The base station of claim 7, further comprising:
and the third measurement task canceling module is used for canceling the configuration of the third measurement task corresponding to the terminal under the condition that the periodic measurement task is not started.
9. The base station of claim 7, further comprising:
a fourth measurement task configuration module, configured to configure a fourth measurement task matched with the terminal in the absence of the voice bearer service;
a fourth measurement task sending module, configured to send the fourth measurement task to the terminal;
and the first measurement result receiving module is used for receiving the measurement result returned by the terminal according to the fourth measurement task.
10. The base station of claim 7, further comprising:
the fifth measurement task configuration module is used for configuring a fifth measurement task matched with the terminal under the condition that the periodic measurement task switch is not started;
a fifth measurement task sending module, configured to send the fifth measurement task to the terminal;
and the second measurement result receiving module is used for receiving the measurement result returned by the terminal according to the fifth measurement task.
11. The base station of claim 7, further comprising:
a voice service reconfiguration module, configured to reconfigure a measurement processing mode after the voice bearer service is suspended into a measurement processing mode of a data service;
a sixth measurement task configuration module, configured to configure a sixth measurement task matched with the terminal;
a sixth measurement task sending module, configured to send the sixth measurement task to the terminal;
and the third measurement result receiving module is used for receiving the measurement result returned by the terminal according to the sixth measurement task.
12. The base station of claim 11, wherein the periodic measurement task comprises at least one of a periodic measurement report measurement task and a periodic automatic neighbor missing function measurement task;
the measurement processing mode comprises at least one of a measurement report processing mode and an automatic neighbor missing function processing mode;
the measurement task comprises at least one of a measurement report measurement task and an automatic neighbor missing function measurement task.
