Further, after the step of detecting whether the pre-alarm-output message corresponding to the alarm-output request is received within the preset time, the method further includes: if the pre-alarm-out message corresponding to the alarm-out request is not received within the preset time, determining a second distribution area of the alarm information according to the first position information, wherein the second distribution area is not overlapped with the first distribution area completely; and then taking the second distribution area of the alarm information as the first distribution area, and returning to execute the step of determining the second law enforcement recorder with the shortest path in the first request distribution area.
In this embodiment, a preset request distribution area is determined according to the first location information, and a second law enforcement recorder in the preset request distribution area is determined, so that the law enforcement management platform can send the first alarm message to the second law enforcement recorder in time, the accuracy of alarm message distribution is improved, and the processing efficiency of the alarm message in an emergency event is further improved.

In the step, in order to avoid that the law enforcement video shot by the law enforcement recorder cannot be stored due to damage of equipment of the law enforcement recorder, after a first warning message sent by the first law enforcement recorder is received, the law enforcement video shot by the current first law enforcement recorder is received in real time, the law enforcement video recorded by the first law enforcement recorder is synchronously sent to the second law enforcement recorder, and visual display is carried out so that law enforcement personnel wearing the second law enforcement recorder can obtain the field law enforcement situation recorded by the first law enforcement recorder in real time.
Further, the law enforcement video shot by the current first law enforcement recorder is synchronously sent to a video database in the law enforcement management platform for storage while the law enforcement video shot by the current first law enforcement recorder is received in real time.
Furthermore, the real-time position information of the current first law enforcement recorder can be received in real time, and the real-time position information of the current first law enforcement recorder is synchronously sent to the second law enforcement recorder, so that the second law enforcement recorder can establish a navigation route based on the GPS of the second law enforcement recorder and can visually display the navigation route on the display screen.
Further, after the step of receiving the law enforcement video shot by the current first law enforcement recorder in real time, the method further includes the steps of determining a user account number associated with the law enforcement management platform, and sending the law enforcement video recorded by the first law enforcement recorder to a user terminal corresponding to the user account number when detecting that the user terminal corresponding to the user account number logs in the law enforcement management platform.
In the embodiment, the law enforcement video shot by the current first law enforcement recorder is received in real time, and the law enforcement video recorded by the first law enforcement recorder is synchronously sent to the second law enforcement recorder, so that law enforcement personnel wearing the second law enforcement recorder can obtain the field law enforcement situation recorded by the first law enforcement recorder in real time, and further the transparency of the first alarm message is improved.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an alarm distribution device, where an alarm distribution program is stored on the alarm distribution device, and the alarm distribution program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-described alarm distribution method in each embodiment.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, where an alarm distribution program is stored on the computer storage medium, and the alarm distribution program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-described alarm distribution method in each embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. An alarm distribution method applied to a law enforcement management platform, wherein the law enforcement management platform establishes wireless communication connection with a law enforcement recorder, and the alarm distribution method comprises the following steps:
when a first warning message sent by a first law enforcement recorder is received, acquiring first position information of the first law enforcement recorder based on the first warning message;
and determining a second law enforcement recorder matched with the first law enforcement recorder according to the first position information, and sending the first alarm message to the second law enforcement recorder.
2. The alert distribution method according to claim 1 wherein the step of determining a second law enforcement recorder matching the first law enforcement recorder based on the first location information comprises:
determining a plurality of second law enforcement recorders which are in an idle state at present, and respectively acquiring second position information corresponding to each second law enforcement recorder;
respectively acquiring a distance value between each second law enforcement recorder and each second law enforcement recorder based on the first position information and the second position information;
and screening out a second law enforcement recorder matched with the first law enforcement recorder from the plurality of second law enforcement recorders according to the distance value.
3. The alert distribution method according to claim 2 wherein the step of screening the number of second law enforcement recorders for a second law enforcement recorder matching the first law enforcement recorder based on the distance value comprises:
detecting whether a second law enforcement recorder with a distance value smaller than a distance threshold exists in the plurality of second law enforcement recorders or not;
and if a second law enforcement recorder with the distance value smaller than the distance threshold exists in the plurality of second law enforcement recorders, determining the second law enforcement recorder with the distance value smaller than the distance threshold as a second law enforcement recorder matched with the first law enforcement recorder.
4. The alert distribution method according to claim 3 wherein the step of detecting whether there is a second law enforcement recorder of the plurality of second law enforcement recorders having a distance value less than a distance threshold further comprises, after the step of:
if the second law enforcement recorders with the distance values smaller than the distance threshold do not exist in the plurality of second law enforcement recorders, all the distance values are sorted in the forward direction;
and determining a second law enforcement recorder corresponding to the distance value with the preset ranking as a second law enforcement recorder matched with the first law enforcement recorder.
5. The alert distribution method according to claim 1 wherein the step of determining a second law enforcement recorder matching the first law enforcement recorder based on the first location information further comprises:
and determining a preset request distribution area according to the first position information, and determining a second law enforcement recorder in the preset request distribution area.
6. The alert distribution method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the first alert message to the second law enforcement recorder is followed by further comprising:
and receiving the current law enforcement video shot by the first law enforcement recorder in real time, and synchronously sending the law enforcement video recorded by the first law enforcement recorder to the second law enforcement recorder.
7. The alert distribution method according to claim 6 wherein the step of receiving in real time law enforcement video currently recorded by the first law enforcement recorder further comprises:
determining a user account associated with the law enforcement management platform;
and when detecting that the user terminal corresponding to the user account logs in the law enforcement management platform, sending the law enforcement video recorded by the first law enforcement recorder to the user terminal corresponding to the user account.
8. The alert distribution method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein after the step of sending the first alert message to the second law enforcement recorder, further comprising:
and if an alarm processed message sent by the first law enforcement recorder and/or the second law enforcement recorder is received, generating and storing an alarm event corresponding to the first alarm message.
9. An alarm distribution device having an alarm distribution program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the alarm distribution method according to any of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium has stored thereon an alarm distribution program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the alarm distribution method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
