Abstract

The invention discloses a headset which comprises a headset support, a buckle structure and a headset connecting support, wherein the buckle structure is arranged at one end of the headset support and comprises a fastener, and a first clamping part is arranged on the inner surface of the fastener. The earphone connecting support penetrates through the fastener, can move relative to the buckle structure, is provided with a plurality of second clamping parts on the surface of the inner surface facing the fastener, and is arranged along the moving direction of the earphone connecting support. When the earphone connecting bracket moves relative to the buckle structure, the length of the earphone connecting bracket extending out of the buckle structure is adjusted to a preset length, and the first clamping part is in interference connection with one of the second clamping parts. The headset is simple in structure, and assembly production efficiency is effectively improved.

Currently, earphones are classified into two types, one is an ear bud type earphone, and the other is a headset. However, the existing telescopic bracket of the headset has the defects of complex structure, more structural accessories and complex installation, is not favorable for assembly and cannot meet the production requirement. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 3, which are perspective views, exploded views and perspective views of a headset and a fastener according to a first embodiment of the invention; as shown in the figure, the headphone 1 of the present embodiment includes a headphone support 10, two buckle structures 11 and two headphone connecting supports 12, where the two buckle structures 11 are respectively disposed at two ends of the headphone support 10. Each of the snap structures 11 includes a fastener 111, and the fastener 111 has a first engaging portion 112 on an inner surface thereof. Each earphone connecting bracket 12 is inserted into the corresponding fastener 111 of the snap structure 11, and the earphone connecting bracket 12 can move relative to the snap structure 11. The earphone connecting bracket 12 has a plurality of second engaging portions 121 on a surface facing an inner surface of the fastener 111, and the plurality of second engaging portions 121 are disposed along a moving direction (e.g., an arrow direction in fig. 1) of the earphone connecting bracket 12.
When the headset 1 of the present embodiment is used, the ends of the two headset connecting brackets 12 far away from the headset bracket 10 are respectively connected to ear cups (not shown). When the earphone connecting bracket 12 moves relative to the corresponding buckle structure 11, the length of the earphone connecting bracket 12 extending out of the buckle structure 11 is adjusted to a preset length so as to adjust the positions of the two earmuffs. The first engaging portion 112 of the fastener 111 of the engaging structure 11 is in interference connection with one of the second engaging portions 121 of the earphone connecting bracket 12. This embodiment all is equipped with buckle structure 11 and earphone linking bridge 12 at the both ends of wearing support 10, when practical application, also can be equipped with buckle structure 11 and its other end lug connection ear muff of earphone linking bridge 12 in the one end of wearing support 10, through the length of adjusting unilateral earphone linking bridge 12 to the position of two ear muffs of adjustment. The harpoon 123 is remote from the head mount 10 and is connected to the ear cup. The plurality of second engaging portions 121 are formed on the sliding portion 122 and arranged in a row on the sliding portion 122. The structure of the earphone connecting bracket 12 is only one embodiment of the present invention, and other structures can be used for the earphone connecting bracket 12 of the present invention, which are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 3, the fastening device 111 of the present embodiment has two clipping walls 1111, a connecting wall 1112 and an insertion opening 1113, the two clipping walls 1111 are disposed opposite to each other, the connecting wall 1112 connects one side of the two clipping walls 1111, so that the connecting wall 1112 and the two clipping walls 1111 form a U-shape, and a space surrounded by the U-shape (the two clipping walls 1111 and the connecting wall 1112) is a moving channel 1114. The extending direction of the moving channel 1114 and the extending direction of the connecting wall 1112 are parallel to each other. The inlet port 1113 is located between the two pinching walls 1111 and corresponds to the connecting wall 1112, and communicates with the moving channel 1114. The inner surface of one of the two clipping walls 1111 is provided with a first clipping portion 112, and the first clipping portion 112 is located in the moving channel 1114. In the present embodiment, the sliding portion 122 is in the shape of a long belt, and the plurality of second engaging portions 121 are arranged in a row along the long axis direction of the sliding portion 122.
The fastener 111 of this embodiment further has a first limit protrusion 1115, the first limit protrusion 1115 is disposed on an inner surface of at least one of the two clipping walls 1111 and located at the insertion hole 1113 to reduce a width of the insertion hole 1113 in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12, so that the width of the insertion hole 1113 in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12 is smaller than a thickness of the earphone connecting bracket 12, and the first limit protrusion 1115 blocks the earphone connecting bracket 12 to prevent the earphone connecting bracket 12 from being easily separated from the fastener 111. In this embodiment, the inner surfaces of the two clipping walls 1111 are respectively provided with a first limiting protrusion 1115, and the two first limiting protrusions 1115 are oppositely disposed.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a cross-sectional view of the area a in fig. 1; as shown in the figure, each of the snap structures 11 further includes a housing 113, two ends of the housing 113 respectively have an opening 1131, one end of the headset holder 10 penetrates into the housing 113 from the opening 1131 of the housing 113, the housing 113 is fixed at one end of the headset holder 10, the fastener 111 is located in the housing 113, the moving channel 1114 of the fastener 111 corresponds to the two openings 1131 of the housing 113, and the earphone connecting bracket 12 penetrates into the housing 113 from the opening 1131 of the housing 113 far away from the headset holder 10, passes through the moving channel 1114 of the fastener 111, and then penetrates out from the opening 1131 of the housing 113 near the headset holder 10.
In this embodiment, the housing 113 of this embodiment includes a first housing 1132 and a second housing 1133, the first housing 1132 and the second housing 1133 are respectively disposed on the outer surfaces of the corresponding clipping walls 1111, and the first housing 1132 and the second housing 1133 are connected to accommodate the fastener 111 in the housing 113.
Preferably, referring to fig. 5 and 6 together, an enlarged view of the area B in fig. 2 is shown; as shown in the figure, each of the clamping walls 1111 of the fastening member 111 of the present embodiment is further provided with a second limiting protrusion 1116 on an outer surface facing the housing 113, and the inner surfaces of the first housing 1132 and the second housing 1133 are provided with a limiting structure 1134 corresponding to the second limiting protrusion 1116. When the first housing 1132 and the second housing 1133 are respectively disposed on the outer surfaces of the corresponding clipping walls 1111, the second limiting protrusion 1116 on each clipping wall 1111 is disposed in the corresponding limiting structure 1134, and the position of the fastening member 111 in the housing 113 is limited by the combination of the second limiting protrusion 1116 and the limiting structure 1134, so as to prevent the fastening member 111 from moving in the housing 113.
In this embodiment, the limiting structure 1134 includes a plurality of first limiting ribs 11341 and two second limiting ribs 11342, the plurality of first limiting ribs 11341 are arranged in a row along the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12, the two second limiting ribs 11342 are located at two sides of the plurality of first limiting ribs 11341 and also located in the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12, the extending direction of each first limiting rib 11341 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12, and the connecting line direction of the two second limiting ribs 11342 is parallel to the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12. Each first limit rib 11341 has a notch 11343, and the shape of the notch 11343 conforms to the shape of the second limit projection 1116. When the second limit-limiting protrusion 1116 is disposed on the limit structure 1134, the second limit-limiting protrusion 1116 is located in the notch 11343, and the notch 11343 can limit the movement of the second limit-limiting protrusion 1116 perpendicular to the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12. The two second limiting ribs 11342 abut against end faces of the second limiting protrusions 1116 facing the two openings 1131 of the housing 113, and the two second limiting ribs 11342 limit the movement of the second limiting protrusions 1116 in the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12. The above-mentioned limiting structure 1134 is only an embodiment of the present invention, and the structure thereof can be in other forms, only to fix the fastener 111 in the housing 113 and prevent the fastener 111 from moving in the housing 113.
Preferably, referring to fig. 3 again, the fastening device 111 of the present embodiment further includes a reinforcement protrusion 1117, the reinforcement protrusion 1117 is disposed on an outer surface of the connecting wall 1112, and the reinforcement protrusion 1117 is used to increase the strength of the connecting wall 1112, so as to prevent the connecting wall 1112 from being damaged when the earphone connecting bracket 12 is mounted in the fastening device 111. The width of the notch 1141 in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the earphone connecting bracket 12 is smaller than or equal to the width of the notch 1141, and the limiting member 114 can limit the movement of the sliding portion 122 of the earphone connecting bracket 12 relative to the buckle structure 11, thereby effectively avoiding the large deviation of the sliding portion 122 when the sliding portion 122 extends out from the buckle structure 11, and keeping the linear movement of the sliding portion 122.

The protection pad 13 is made of foam, elastomer or other soft buffer material.

when the earphone connecting bracket moves relative to the buckle structure, the length of the earphone connecting bracket extending out of the buckle structure is adjusted to a preset length, and the first clamping part is in interference connection with one of the second clamping parts.

8. The headphone of claim 7, wherein the sliding portion of the headphone connecting bracket has a plurality of the second engaging portions on the surface facing the inner surface of the fastener.
9. The headset of claim 7, wherein a stop is disposed between the fishfork and the sliding portion to limit movement of the headset connecting bracket relative to the snap structure.
10. The headphone of claim 7, wherein the disengagement prevention portion has a width greater than a width of the fastener.
11. The headphone of claim 2, wherein the outer surface of the connecting wall is provided with a reinforcing protrusion.
12. The headphone of claim 11 wherein the reinforcing protrusions are semi-cylindrical or corner-cylindrical.
