Abstract
The invention provides a controller assembly which comprises a controller base (200), a controller (300) and a pluggable replacement protection module (400), wherein the controller (300) and the pluggable replacement protection module (400) can be plugged into the controller base (200), a plurality of plugs are arranged on the controller base (200), and the controller (300) and the pluggable replacement protection module (400) can be electrically connected with the controller base (200) through the plugs. When the controller is replaced, the whole contact system of the circuit breaker does not need to be disconnected, and the controller can be replaced only by inserting the pluggable replacement protection module into the controller base, then detaching the old controller and reloading the old controller into a new controller.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of low-voltage power distribution, in particular to a controller assembly and a circuit breaker using the same.
Background
Along with the development of national economy, the requirements of the society on the quality, safety and reliability of a power grid are improved, the power grid is required to work continuously and stably in some important occasions and working conditions, and therefore higher requirements are provided for the universal circuit breaker, namely the universal circuit breaker is required to have more reliable fault protection function, and the power failure maintenance time is required to be reduced as much as possible, even the power is maintained without power failure.
In the existing universal circuit breaker structure, electronic components in a controller are easy to age relatively, the service life is relatively short, once the controller is damaged, the circuit breaker faces a non-fault protection state, the whole circuit system faces a great safety problem, and due to the structural relation, when the controller is replaced, a main circuit of the circuit breaker needs to be powered off, the circuit breaker is removed and disassembled, the controller can be replaced, and obviously, the controller needs longer maintenance time and power-off time. These deficiencies present a significant potential safety hazard, quality defects, and inconvenience to routine maintenance to the overall power supply system.
In view of the above problems, some companies have developed a controller that can be directly hot-plugged without disconnecting the power supply or disconnecting the circuit breaker. However, these circuit breakers have a problem in that when the controller is replaced, the circuit breaker will be in an unprotected state, which means that if a fault occurs in the current loop during the replacement process, the whole circuit will not be protected safely, and in the extreme, serious equipment and personnel safety accidents may occur.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above background, the present invention provides a controller with dual protection functions and capable of hot plugging (without power failure and without disassembling the circuit breaker), so as to solve the above problems.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a controller assembly comprises a controller base, a controller and a pluggable replacement protection module, wherein the controller and the pluggable replacement protection module can be plugged into the controller base, a plurality of plugs are arranged on the controller base, and the controller and the pluggable replacement protection module can be electrically connected with the controller base through the plugs.
Preferably, a protrusion is arranged at the bottom of the controller, the protrusion can be inserted into the controller base, and the pluggable replacement protection module is arranged below the protrusion.
Preferably, the plug includes a first connection plug, a second connection plug and a third connection plug, the controller base is electrically connected to the transformer through the first connection plug, electrically connected to the controller through the second connection plug, and electrically connected to the pluggable replacement protection module through the third connection plug.
Preferably, the second connection plug and the third connection plug are electrically connected in parallel, the second connection plug and the first connection plug are electrically connected in series, and the first connection plug and the third connection plug are electrically connected in series.
Preferably, the pluggable replacement protection module comprises a signal acquisition module and a processing module, and the signal acquisition module can acquire voltage or current information and transmit the voltage or current information to the processing module.

Preferably, the face guard is provided with a turnover panel, and the turnover panel corresponds to the pluggable replacement protection module.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a controller assembly having a dual protection function and supporting hot plug, the controller assembly includes a controller base 200, a controller 300 and a pluggable replacement protection module 400, the controller base 200 is fixedly connected to a base 130 of a circuit breaker 100, a first connection plug 210, a second connection plug 220 and a third connection plug 230 are disposed on the controller base 200, the controller base 200 is electrically connected to a transformer 120 disposed in the circuit breaker body 100 through the first connection plug 210, the controller base 200 is electrically connected to the controller 300 through the second connection plug 220, and the controller base is electrically connected to the pluggable replacement protection module 400 through the third connection plug 230.
The second connection plug 220 and the third connection plug 230 are electrically connected in parallel, the first connection plug 210 and the second connection plug 220 are electrically connected in series, and the first connection plug 210 and the third connection plug 230 are electrically connected in series.
The controller 300 passes through the square hole 141 of the face mask 140 and is electrically connected with the controller base 200 through the second connection plug 220, specifically, a protrusion 330 is arranged at the bottom of the controller 300, the protrusion 330 can be inserted into the controller base 200, a connection terminal is arranged on the protrusion 330, and the connection terminal is connected with the second connection plug 220, so that the electrical connection between the controller 220 and the controller base 200 is realized. The controller 300 is provided at upper and lower ends thereof with protruding fixing blocks 310, respectively, and the long-leg screws 320 pass through screw holes provided in the fixing blocks 310, thereby fixing the controller 300 to the controller base 200.
The pluggable replacement protection module 400 is disposed under the protrusion 330 of the controller 300, and can be inserted into the controller base 200 through the face mask 140, and electrically connected to the controller base 200 through the third connection plug 230. Of course, the pluggable replacement protection module 400 may also be disposed above, to the left, or to the right of the protrusion 330, or may be disposed on the protrusion 330, and may be adjusted according to the space design of the controller 300, and there is a case where the protrusion 330 is not designed on some controllers, at this time, the pluggable replacement protection module 400 may be disposed on the controller 300, or may be disposed in any direction of the controller 300, as long as the pluggable replacement protection module 400 is connected to the controller base 200, which is not limited herein, and in this embodiment, the pluggable replacement protection module 400 is disposed below the protrusion 330.
A signal acquisition module and a processing module are arranged in the pluggable replacement protection module 400, the signal acquisition module can be used for acquiring voltage and current information of the circuit breaker 100 and transmitting the acquired voltage and current information to the processing module, the processing module performs data processing on the received voltage and current information and performs parameter correction, whether faults such as overload and short circuit exist in the circuit breaker is judged according to the result of the data processing, if the circuit breaker has the faults, the processing module outputs instructions to an operating mechanism, a magnetic flux resetting mechanism and the like of the circuit breaker, so that when the controller 200 needs to be replaced or maintained due to maintenance or faults and the like, the pluggable replacement protection module 400 is inserted into the square hole 141 of the circuit breaker 100, then the controller 200 is taken out of the circuit breaker 100, and the pluggable replacement protection module 400 replaces the controller 200 to play a role in protecting the circuit breaker 100, after the controller 200 is repaired or replaced, the pluggable replacement protection module 400 is taken out of the circuit breaker 100.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a circuit breaker 100, wherein the controller assembly is disposed in the circuit breaker 100, the circuit breaker 100 includes a contact system 110, a transformer 120, a base 130, and a mask 140, the base 130 and the mask 140 are fixed to form a housing of the circuit breaker 100, the contact system 110 and the transformer 120 are disposed in the housing enclosed by the base 130 and the mask 140, a square hole 141 is disposed in the housing and can accommodate the controller assembly to pass through the square hole 141, and the square hole 141 is in clearance fit with the controller assembly.
The face shield 140 of the circuit breaker 100 is further provided with a rotatable turnover panel, the turnover panel is arranged on the square hole 141 and corresponds to the installation position of the pluggable alternative protection module 400, when the controller 300 works normally, the pluggable alternative protection module 400 is pulled out of the controller base 200, and the turnover panel covers a cavity, which accommodates the pluggable alternative protection module 400, on the face shield 140, so that the appearance of the circuit breaker 100 is ensured, the circuit breaker 100 is protected, and sundries are prevented from falling into the circuit breaker through the cavity, and the normal work of the circuit breaker is ensured; when the controller 300 needs to be repaired or replaced, the turnover panel rotates to expose the cavity, and then the pluggable replacement protection module 400 is plugged into the circuit breaker 100.
When the controller is replaced, the contact system 110 of the whole circuit breaker does not need to be disconnected, and the controller can be replaced only by inserting the pluggable replacement protection module 400 into the controller base 200, then detaching the old controller and reinstalling the old controller into a new controller. Therefore, the protection function of the whole maintenance process is not lost, and meanwhile, the main loop does not need to be powered off, and compared with the prior art, the maintenance device is safer and more efficient.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and therefore, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes, substitutions of equivalents, modifications, etc. can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and are intended to be included within the scope of the appended claims.

A controller assembly comprises a controller base (200), a controller (300) and a pluggable replacement protection module (400), and is characterized in that the controller (300) and the pluggable replacement protection module (400) can be inserted into the controller base (200), the controller base (200) is provided with a plurality of plugs, and the controller (300) and the pluggable replacement protection module (400) can be electrically connected with the controller base (200) through the plugs.
2. A controller assembly according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the controller (300) is provided with a protrusion (330), the protrusion (330) can be inserted into the controller base (200), and the pluggable replacement protection module (400) is arranged below the protrusion (330).

A controller assembly according to claim 1, wherein the plugs comprise a first connection plug (210), a second connection plug (220) and a third connection plug (230), the controller base (200) being electrically connected to the transformer 120 via the first connection plug (210), to the controller (300) via the second connection plug (220) and to the pluggable replacement protection module (400) via the third connection plug (230).

A control assembly according to claim 3, wherein said second connector plug (220) and said third connector plug (230) are electrically connected in parallel, said second connector plug (220) and said first connector plug (210) are electrically connected in series, and said first connector plug (210) and said third connector plug (230) are electrically connected in series.

A controller assembly according to claim 1, wherein the pluggable replacement protection module (400) comprises a signal acquisition module and a processing module, wherein the signal acquisition module can acquire voltage or current information and transmit the voltage or current information to the processing module.
6. A circuit breaker, comprising: the controller assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, at least one base (130) and a face shield (140), wherein the base (130) has the contact system (110) and the transformer (120) disposed therein, and wherein the controller assembly is disposed in a housing defined by the base (130) and the face shield (140) and connected to the transformer (120).
7. The circuit breaker according to claim 6, wherein a square hole (141) is provided on the face shield (140), and the controller (300) or the pluggable replacement protection module (400) can be connected to the controller base (200) through the square hole (141).
8. The circuit breaker of claim 7, wherein said square hole (141) is clearance fitted with said controller (300) or said pluggable replacement protection module (400).
9. The circuit breaker according to claim 7, characterized in that said face shield (140) is provided with a flip panel corresponding to said pluggable replacement protection module (400).
10. A circuit breaker according to claim 6 wherein said controller mount (200) is fixed to said base (130).
