The intelligent training method and the system for simulating the transvaginal fornix puncture detect the puncture position, the puncture depth and the puncture direction, guide an operator to operate according to the detection and feedback prompt, carry out error prompt or error correction prompt if the operation is wrong or the puncture is in place, indicate according to the detected parameters and give different feedbacks according to different operations to remind the operator of the result or consequence of what operation brings, for example, the color of the extracted liquid is displayed or indicated according to one or more parameters in the puncture depth, the puncture position and the puncture direction, real-time detection and real-time feedback are carried out, the operation of the operator can be indicated or fed back in time, if the operation is misplaced or can be corrected in time, the operation process of the operator is fed back in time and managed in time, and meanwhile, the flow steps are designed according to the actual operation, the sense of reality of the simulation training is increased, the clinical thinking is cultivated, and the abdominal cavity lavage operation capability of an operator is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent training method for simulating transvaginal fornix puncture in one embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:

As shown in fig. 3-17, a simulated transvaginal vault puncture intelligent training apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the model building system comprises a main device 20, a model person 40 in communication connection with the main device 20, an instrument box 60 in communication connection with the main device 20, and a training object 80 arranged in the instrument box 60. The master device 20 includes: a base 22, a control device disposed in the base 22, and a display device 24 disposed on the base 22.
Further, the dummy person 40 of the present embodiment includes: a model shell 42, a simulated organ 44 disposed in the model shell 42, and a detection device 46 disposed in the model shell 42. The mold case 42 is provided therein with a receiving cavity 420. A vaginal mounting opening 423 is provided at a corresponding position on the model housing 42.
Further, the simulated organ 44 of the present embodiment includes: a simulated vagina (not shown) disposed in correspondence with the vaginal mount 423, and a simulated cervical fornix 442 disposed opposite the other end of the simulated vagina and in correspondence with the simulated vagina.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, further, the detecting device 46 of the present embodiment includes: a first detecting means 462 for detecting an operation, a second detecting means 464 provided corresponding to the first detecting means 462 and for detecting an erroneous operation or an improper operation.
The first detecting device 462 includes: holder 4620, first penetration detector 4622 disposed on holder 4620 to detect the penetration in place or proper operation. A simulated cervical vault 442 is provided on housing 4620. Holder 4620 includes: a base 4624, side plates 4626 disposed on both sides of the base 4624, and a mounting plate 4628 disposed at one end of the base 4624 or between the two side plates 4626 and mounted with a hollow structure simulating a cervical vault 442. The simulated cervical vault 442 is secured to the mounting plate 4628 by fasteners.
Further, the first penetration detecting element 4622 of the present embodiment is disposed on the predetermined first penetration position on the other side of the mounting plate 4628 opposite to the simulated cervical fornix 442, that is, the first penetration detecting element 4622 is disposed on the two sides of the mounting plate 4628 apart from the simulated cervical fornix 442 opposite to the mounting plate 4628, and the first penetration detecting element 4622 may be disposed on the mounting plate 4628 or not disposed on the mounting plate 4628 according to the predetermined first penetration position. The preset first puncture site is set according to an actual puncture site or puncture depth, for example, according to a puncture site punctured through a posterior fornix of a vagina, for example, an initial depth position of the puncture depth. The preset first puncture site of the present embodiment may be set according to a relative position or distance from the simulated cervical dome 442.
Further, the first penetration detector 4622 of the present embodiment is movably coupled to the housing 4620 for more realistically simulating a posterior vault penetration procedure.
Further, the first penetration detecting element 4622 of this embodiment is hinged to the side plate 4626 or the mounting plate 4628 to form a reversible structure. In view of the configuration of the preset first puncture site and the simplicity and beauty of the overall structure, the first puncture detecting element 4622 and the side plate 4626 of the present embodiment are hinged to form a reversible structure. Two sides of the upper end of the first puncture detecting element 4622 are hinged with the side plates 4626 at two sides to form a reversible structure. The mounting plate 4628 includes: an arc or arch bridge shaped body portion. The body portion of the mounting plate 4628 connects the side plates 4626, forming a hollow structure with the base 4624. In order to ensure the use strength of the mounting plate 4628 and facilitate the mounting of the first penetration detecting element 4622, the mounting plate 4628 of this embodiment is formed with a reinforcing portion 46282 extending rearward from the end of the arched bridge-shaped main body portion.
Further, the simulated cervical vault 442 of the present embodiment is a simulated cervical vault having elasticity and made of a flexible material. The simulated cervical vault 442 of the present embodiment may be formed of a silicone or rubber-like material. The simulated cervical vault 442 of the present embodiment includes: a cylindrical simulated cervix 4422, and an annular simulated fornix 4424 formed by extending one end of the simulated cervix 4422 to the periphery.
Further, the operation detection device is provided in or on the analog dome 4424 of the present embodiment. The operation detection device includes: metal pieces or metal wires disposed in the simulated domes 4424, and an inductive device electrically connected to the metal pieces or metal wires. For convenience of molding and installation, the metal member or the metal wire of the present embodiment is embedded in the simulated fornix 4424, and is integrally molded with the simulated cervical fornix 442. The metal piece or the metal wire can adopt a steel wire or a metal wire or a conductive wire. Further, the mounting plate 4628 of this embodiment is provided with a fixing hole for fixing the simulated cervical fornix 442. The simulated vault 4424 simulates a real human organ for simulation manufacturing, and takes a human body as a reference and an installation direction as a reference, and a part which is relatively installed at the lower part of the simulated vault 4424 is a rear vault part. The cabinet 224 includes: a support frame and a housing 2244 covering the support frame. Further, in order to facilitate transportation or movement, a moving pulley 229 is disposed under the base 222 of the present embodiment, and a wheel locking device is disposed on the moving pulley 229.
Further, the control device of the present embodiment is provided in the cabinet 224. In order to facilitate adjusting the position of the display device 24, the supporting frame 228 of the present embodiment further includes: the support base 2282, a first support arm 2284 rotatably connected with the support base 2282, and a second support arm 2288 rotatably connected with the first support arm 2284. In order to detect whether the operation such as complete disinfection is performed when the vagina is disinfected, a part of the simulated vaginal speculum can be shielded in the simulated vagina, if the simulated vaginal speculum is not rotated to expose the previously shielded place for continuous operation, incomplete operation can be caused, so that the rotation operation of the simulated vaginal speculum in the simulated vagina needs to be detected, whether the simulated vaginal speculum rotates in place or not is detected according to the arrangement of the upper leaf and the lower leaf of the simulated vaginal speculum and the shielding area, the disinfection operation is performed on each position in the simulated vagina, and a plurality of first vaginal speculum position detection pieces are arranged on the inner wall of the mounting sleeve ring 4680 in a surrounding mode. The number of the first peeking position detecting elements of the preferred embodiment is more than 2, such as three, around the inner wall of the mounting collar 4680. According to the first vaginal speculum position detection piece that triggers the difference like this can detect the rotation direction and the approximate angle that the vaginal ware was peeied in emulation, saves the setting of first vaginal speculum position detection piece simultaneously, material saving and manufacturing and processing cost.
A plurality of peeking stations 4685, which are provided corresponding to the first peeking position detector and on which the first peeking position detector is mounted, are provided on an inner wall of the first detecting portion 4684 of this embodiment. The vagina inspection piece of this embodiment includes: the detection plate is arranged on the vagina peeping station 4685, and the flexible conductive piece is covered on the detection plate and is pressed to be in contact with the detection plate for detection. The flexible conductive piece can adopt conductive cotton. In order to enable the conductive cotton to be uniformly deformed when being extruded and deformed so as to be uniformly stressed to contact the detection board, guide and connect the detection board and ensure that the detection board is stably guided and connected or conductive after being extruded by the conductive cotton, inclined planes 4687 are arranged on two sides of the vagina peeping station 4685. The cervical clamp station 6224 of the present embodiment is configured to fit the shape of the simulated cervical clamp. In order to conveniently place the simulation cervical clamps and save space, and simultaneously to indicate to place the simulation cervical clamps, the cervical clamp station 6224 is arranged to match with the simulation cervical clamps according to the appearance of the simulation cervical clamps. In order to place the simulation tweezers conveniently and save space, and meanwhile, in order to indicate to place the simulation tweezers, the tweezers work station 6226 is arranged to match with the simulation tweezers according to the appearance of the simulation tweezers. The artificial forceps of the embodiment can be manufactured by imitating real forceps, and can also be directly manufactured by adopting forceps used in actual operation.
The artificial vaginal speculum 84 of the present embodiment can be manufactured by imitating a real vaginal speculum, and can also be directly manufactured by adopting a vaginal speculum used in an actual operation, or can be modified and designed for puncture according to training requirements so as to meet the use requirements.
