Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a payment method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a terminal device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Wherein the terminal device shown in fig. 4 may be used to perform the payment method shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment, the terminal device may have a payment function through which a user may effect a payment in the form of, for example, a gaming account recharge, a telephone fee recharge, an e-commerce shopping payment, etc. In one embodiment, the user may be the holder or reasonable user of the terminal device, which may be associated with the user, in particular with some e-commerce shopping accounts of the user, for example, and may pay for orders passing through these e-commerce shopping accounts. The terminal device may also be associated with a predetermined payment account of the user, and may utilize the terminal device and the associated payment account to effect payment of the order for the desired payment.
In one embodiment, the terminal device may have voice interaction functionality. In a scenario where the user desires to make a payment through the terminal device, such as an online shopping order payment, a telephone charge recharge payment, etc., the user may issue a first voice to the terminal device indicating the user's willingness to pay and being able to trigger a payment action.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, where the first voice does not express willingness to pay, for example, in a smart home scenario, the first voice is "turn on television and call to XX toilet", and the user does not desire to initiate payment, then neither initiate payment nor enter payment flow. For another example, in a common user account login scenario, the first voice is "login XX account", and the user does not desire to initiate payment, then neither initiate payment nor enter the payment flow. In this scenario, the user may also be authenticated by verifying whether the first voice is issued by the user himself (for example, by voiceprint verification) or whether the first voice meets a preset condition, and the specific authentication process may be the same as or similar to the authentication process described below, which is not described herein.
In the case where the first voice expresses the willingness to pay of the user, the first voice may include a specific order identifier related to the payment that the user desires to initiate, or may include a specific payment amount related to the payment. These such as order identification or payment amount may express the user's willingness to pay. In other embodiments, other content may be involved in the first voice to express the user's willingness to pay, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
For example, in the telephone number charge scenario, the first voice may be "charge XX phone charge to 131 x 2002 x" where "131 x 2002" is an order identifier of an order related to payment and "XX" is a payment amount related to payment. In an online shopping payment scenario, the first voice may be "immediately pay a fee XX primordial of an XX order of an XX shopping platform," wherein the XX order of the XX shopping platform is an order identification of an order involved in payment, and the "XX element" is a payment amount involved in payment.
The terminal device may receive the first voice sent by the user, and may recognize and/or parse the received first voice. The terminal device may then determine, based on the recognition and/or analysis result, whether to proceed with the subsequent payment procedure and the payment response processing involved.
In one embodiment, the identity of the first voice or the user sending the first voice can be identified and authenticated according to the first voice, and if the identity authentication of the user is successful, the corresponding payment response processing is determined and executed. In the case that the authentication of the user fails, the payment request and the subsequent payment process of the user may be rejected, and information corresponding to the rejection meaning may be returned to the user, such as rejection of payment reminder, payment failure detailed information, etc.
Verifying the user identity may include, for example, identifying whether the order identification is included in the first voice or whether the payment amount to be paid is included in the first voice via voice recognition techniques, thereby identifying the user's willingness to pay. Further, verifying the user identity may for example comprise verifying whether the sender of the first voice is a legitimate or reasonable user of the terminal device, i.e. the user himself.
In one embodiment, the voiceprint information may be extracted from the first voice, for example, by a voiceprint recognition technique, and compared to voiceprint information in a voiceprint information account of the user to identify whether the first voice was uttered by the user. Wherein, if the voiceprint information extracted from the first voice is matched with the voiceprint information (which may be one voiceprint information stored or a plurality of voiceprint information stored) stored in the voiceprint information base of the user (if a plurality of voiceprint information is stored in the voiceprint information base of the user, the voiceprint information is matched with at least one of the voiceprint information, namely considered to be matched), the first voice is sent by the user himself, and the user authentication is successful; and under the condition of unsuccessful matching, judging that the first voice is not issued by the user, and failing the user authentication.
Therefore, the user making the first voice is ensured to be a legal holder or a reasonable user of the terminal equipment through identity authentication, whether the user expects to initiate payment or not is judged by identifying the payment willingness of the user, the user is allowed to enter a payment process under the condition that the user expects to initiate payment, and the user is refused to enter the payment process under the condition that the user does not expect to initiate payment or the user is not expected to initiate payment.
In the event that the user himself desires to initiate a payment, the user may be allowed to enter a payment process. In this payment procedure, different payment procedures may be executed for different payment scenarios, respectively. In order to ensure the payment safety, the payment process can further comprise a multiple identity verification process. The following description is made with reference to the drawings and examples.
In one embodiment, the terminal device may output authentication information including dynamically generated authentication content to the user to facilitate authentication of the user initiating the payment by voice interactive authentication.
The terminal device shown in fig. 4 may include an information output device 410 having an output function, and may output authentication information to a user by means of, for example, voice output or the like.
Referring to the flowchart shown in fig. 1, at step S110, first authentication information including dynamically generated first content is output, for example, by the information output apparatus 410 shown in fig. 4, in response to a first voice that the user indicates willingness to pay.
The first verification information may include various forms of content such as characters, letters, numbers, characters, and the like, and the first content may also include various forms of content to be verified such as characters, letters, numbers, characters, and the like. To ensure security and stability of the verification, the first content may be dynamically or randomly generated in response to a first voice of the user. That is, the first content may be dynamically generated for each payment request or each payment.
After receiving the first authentication information output by the terminal device, the user may, for example, vocally send a second voice to the terminal device in response to the first authentication information, in particular, the first content included in the first authentication information.
For example, when the first authentication information is "hello," authentication is now performed, please keep the surrounding quiet, and say me: when the cat eidolon 5924", you are" hello "and authentication is now performed, please keep the surrounding environment quiet, and say me: "may be a preset template for authenticating a user, while" heavenly cat eidolon 5924 "and particularly" 5924 "is the dynamically generated first content required for authenticating a user.
The user may make a second voice including "heaven fairy five, two and four" to the terminal device for authentication. In step S120, a second voice uttered by the user in response to the first authentication information may be received, for example, by the voice receiving apparatus 420 shown in fig. 4.
The terminal device (or a server capable of communicating with the terminal device) can identify and verify the second voice sent by the user so as to further verify the identity of the user, and execute corresponding payment response processing under the condition that the identity verification of the user is successful. And outputting a payment success reminder to the user under the condition of successful payment. And in case that the authentication of the user is unsuccessful, the payment can be refused, and a payment failure prompt and/or payment failure details and the like are output to the user.
Here, verifying the user identity may include verifying whether the second voice matches the first content to be verified, for example, by identifying whether the second voice includes the dynamically generated first content, to determine whether the second voice matches the first content. In this way, by providing the content to be verified which is generated in real time and changes, the second voice can be ensured to be sent out dynamically in real time for a real person to a certain extent, and the situation that other impersonation users attack the voiceprint account of the user through professional recording equipment is avoided, so that the payment safety of the user is ensured to a certain extent.
For another example, verifying the identity of the user may include determining whether the second voice is uttered by the user. Wherein, for example, the voiceprint information can be extracted from the received second voice, and the extracted voiceprint information is compared with the voiceprint information in the voiceprint account of the user one by one, so as to determine whether the extracted voiceprint information can be matched with the voiceprint information of the user. If the matching is not successful, the second voice is judged to be sent by the user, and the voiceprint verification of the user is failed. And under the condition that the second voice can be matched, if the second voice is sent by the user, the voiceprint verification of the user is successful. Thus, the payment safety of the user is ensured to a certain extent.
Thereafter, in step S130, payment may be denied, for example, by the payment sub-device 430 shown in fig. 4, in case the second voice does not match the first content, or the voiceprint verification of the second voice is unsuccessful. The case that the second voice and the first content fail to match may include, for example, that the first content to be verified is not included in the second voice, or that the content to be verified included in the second voice is different from or not identical to the first content to be verified, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In one embodiment, in the case that the second voice is matched with the first content and the voiceprint verification of the second voice is successful, the corresponding payment response processing flow may also be determined according to the actual size of the payment amount related to the willingness to pay, for example. In addition, under different payment scenes, the payment safety of the user can be guaranteed to a certain extent through different multiple identity authentication mechanisms.
The process of determining the payment amount related to the willingness to pay may be performed synchronously when the first voice is recognized and analyzed, or may be performed after the authentication of the user is successful, or may be performed multiple times. Identification of the payment amount may include, but is not limited to, identification and determination of the currency and/or amount size of the actual amount desired to be paid, for example, whether the payment amount is above a first threshold or whether the payment amount is above a second amount, and so on.
The first threshold may be a preset micropayment threshold (e.g., 200 yuan or other value), and the second threshold may be a preset micropayment threshold, and the second threshold may be greater than the first threshold, e.g., 500 yuan or other value. In other embodiments, payment thresholds corresponding to a plurality of payment levels may also be preset, for example, a first threshold of 200 yuan, a second threshold of 500 yuan, a third threshold of 1500 yuan, a fourth threshold of 5000 yuan, and so on, so that by determining the payment level to which the payment amount belongs, a payment response process corresponding to the payment level is performed, for example, a payment level corresponding to a higher payment threshold may correspond to a payment processing policy with more verification processes, thereby guaranteeing payment security of the user. The present disclosure is not limited in this regard.
In one embodiment, in the event that the payment amount involved in the willingness-to-pay is not above a first threshold (e.g., 200 yuan), a payment processing policy corresponding to a pay-as-you-go may be executed, allowing the payment to be made. In other words, when the amount desired to be paid is low, the payment operation of diverting the required payment amount from the user's payment account to the merchant (or payee) account can be performed without the user password, completing the final payment process for the payment action initiated by the user.
In one embodiment, in the case that the payment amount related to the willingness-to-pay is higher than the first threshold and not higher than the second threshold, for example, the first verification information may be output to the user to further verify the identity of the user, so as to avoid the loss of money of a larger amount of the user based on a multiple identity verification mechanism, so as to ensure the payment security of the user to a certain extent.
At this time, referring to the description as described above, the user may be authenticated based on the received second voice uttered by the user in response to the first authentication information. Wherein payment may be allowed if the second voice matches the first content and voiceprint verification of the second voice is successful, and payment may be denied if the second voice does not match the first content or voiceprint verification of the second voice is unsuccessful. Details thereof may be found in the above description and are not repeated here.
In the case that the payment amount related to the willingness to pay is higher than the second threshold value, a payment processing policy corresponding to the second-level payment verification may be executed, for example, on the basis of the first verification information output corresponding to the first-level verification, further verification information, that is, second verification information may be output to the user to further authenticate the identity of the user, so that the payment security of the user is ensured to a certain extent through a multiple identity verification mechanism.
In one embodiment, the further authentication described above may also be aided in connection with other devices associated with the user. For example, authentication may be aided in combination with a user's personal mobile communication device and a short message authentication.
Wherein the SIM number corresponding to the mobile communication equipment of the user is consistent with the SIM number corresponding to the terminal equipment. If it is determined that the payment amount related to the willingness-to-pay is higher than the second threshold, the terminal device (or a server communicating with the terminal device) may send a short message verification request to a server (for example, a related server related to payment, a server corresponding to the terminal device may be a server corresponding to an associated e-commerce shopping platform, or the server corresponding to the associated e-commerce shopping platform), where the short message verification request may include a SIM number associated with the terminal device.
The server may send, for example, in response to the sms authentication request, second authentication information including the dynamically generated second content to the SIM number. After receiving the second authentication information sent to the SIM number, the personal mobile device of the user may send a third voice to the terminal device according to the second authentication information. And, the terminal device may prompt the user to make a third voice corresponding to the second content in the second authentication information received by the mobile communication device of the user.
The second verification information may be similar to the first verification information and may include various forms of content such as text, letters, numbers, characters, and the like, and the second verification information may be similar to the first verification information and may include various forms of verification content such as text, letters, numbers, characters, and the like. For example, the second content may be a dynamic verification code "9527". The third voice uttered by the user to the terminal device in response to the second content may include "nine five two seven".
The terminal device may also recognize and/or verify the third voice after receiving the third voice uttered by the user in response to the second verification information received by the mobile device of the user, in particular the second content, as well as the same or similar to the above-mentioned processing of the second voice, for example, it may determine whether the third voice matches the second content, and then allow payment in case the third voice matches the second content, and reject payment in case the matching fails. The specific verification process may be the same as or similar to the second voice-based verification process described above, and will not be described again here.
In a preferred embodiment, the above-mentioned identifying and/or verifying the third voice may further include identifying whether the third voice is uttered by the user himself, for example, extracting voiceprint information from the third voice to determine by voiceprint identification, and, in the case that the third voice matches the second content and voiceprint verification of the third voice is successful, allowing payment, and in the case that the third voice does not match the second content or voiceprint verification of the third voice is unsuccessful, refusing payment. Specific implementation can be seen from the voiceprint verification process based on the second voice, which is not described herein. Therefore, the account security of the user is further improved through a multiple identity authentication mode.
Fig. 2 shows a flow diagram of a payment method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of a payment device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. The payment device 500 shown in fig. 5 may be used to implement the payment method shown in fig. 2. In other embodiments, the payment method shown in fig. 2 may be implemented by a terminal device or a server, or may be implemented by a terminal device and a server in a split-work manner, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, in step S210, first authentication information including dynamically generated first content is provided, for example, by the information providing apparatus 510 shown in fig. 5, in response to a first voice that the user indicates willingness to pay.
In step S220, it may be determined, for example, by the first determining device 520 shown in fig. 5, whether the second voice uttered by the user in response to the first authentication information matches the first content.
In step S230, the second voice may be voiceprint verified, for example, by the voiceprint verification apparatus 530 shown in fig. 5.
In step S240, payment may be denied, for example, by the payment sub-device 540 shown in fig. 5, in case the second voice does not match the first content, or the voiceprint verification of the second voice is unsuccessful.
In one embodiment, the voiceprint verification device 530 may also perform voiceprint verification on the first voice, and the payment device 500 may further include a second determining device (not shown in the figure).
Wherein the second determining means 530 may determine whether the payment amount related to the willingness-to-pay is higher than a first threshold value in case that the voiceprint verification of the first voice is successful. The payment sub-device may allow payment to be made if the payment amount is not above a first threshold. Alternatively, the information providing means may provide the first authentication information in a case where the payment amount is higher than a first threshold value.
In one embodiment, the second determining means may further determine whether the payment amount related to the willingness to pay is higher than a second threshold value, the second threshold value being larger than the first threshold value.
Wherein the payment sub-device may allow payment in case the payment amount to which the willingness to pay relates is not above a second threshold. At this time, in the case where the payment amount related to the willingness-to-pay is higher than the first threshold value but not higher than the second threshold value, referring to the above-described authentication flow, the authentication may be performed based on the second voice uttered by the user in response to the first authentication information, and in the case where the second voice does not match the first content, or the voiceprint authentication of the second voice is unsuccessful, the payment may be refused. Allowing payment in case the second voice matches the first content and voiceprint verification of the second voice is successful
And if the payment amount is higher than a second threshold value, the first judging device judges whether third voice sent by the user in response to second verification information received by mobile equipment of the user is matched with second content or not, and the second verification information comprises dynamically generated second content. The payment sub-device allows payment if the third voice matches the second content. And the payment sub-device refuses to pay under the condition that the third voice is not matched with the second content.
In one embodiment, the payment device 530 may further include an information prompt device (not shown in the figure).
The information prompting device may prompt the user to issue a third voice corresponding to the second content received by the mobile communication device of the user when the payment amount related to the willingness to pay is higher than a second threshold value.
In one embodiment, the voiceprint verification device may further perform voiceprint verification on the third voice. And, in the event that the third voice matches the second content and voiceprint verification of the third voice is successful, the payment sub-device allows payment.
For better understanding of the technical solution of the present disclosure, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a payment flow of a payment based on a smart speaker device under different situations, with the smart speaker device as an example of a terminal device. Here, only two preset payment thresholds (a first threshold and a second threshold as described below) are described as examples, and not any limitation of the payment verification manner of the present disclosure.
The intelligent sound box can comprise an information output device, a voice receiving device and a communication device. The information output means may output first authentication information including the dynamically generated first content in response to a first voice that the user indicates a willingness to pay. The voice receiving means may receive a second voice uttered by the user in response to the first authentication information, in particular, the first content contained in the first authentication information. The communication means may communicate with a server to receive the first authentication information from the server, to voiceprint authenticate a second voice of the user, and to refuse to pay if the second voice does not match the first content or if voiceprint authentication of the second voice is unsuccessful. In case the second voice matches the first content and voiceprint verification of the second voice is successful, payment is allowed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, in a scenario where the user desires to pay based on the smart speaker, in step S301, the user may send a first voice "charge 131X money" 2002 to the smart speaker, which expresses his willingness to pay and can trigger a payment action.
In step S302, after receiving the first voice, the smart speaker can perform recognition verification based on the received first voice, for example, to recognize whether the first voice expresses a willingness to pay, to recognize whether the first voice is issued by the user himself or to recognize a payment amount related to the willingness to pay, and the like. Or, the intelligent sound box can upload the received first voice to a corresponding server, so as to perform the above identification verification on the first voice by the server, and the specific implementation manner of the intelligent sound box is not limited in the disclosure. If the user desires to initiate payment and authentication is successful for the user himself, the payment process of step S303 is entered and payment is initiated.
In the case that the recognition verification based on the first voice fails, for example, in the case that the first voice does not express the willingness to pay of the user or the identity authentication of the user who sends the first voice fails (for example, the matching of the voiceprint information extracted from the first voice and the voiceprint information in the voiceprint library of the user fails), step S320 is performed at this time, and if payment is refused, other flows are performed, which will not be described herein. And wherein a payment failure reminder, payment failure details, etc. may also be provided to the user.
Then, in step S304, a payment amount related to the willingness to pay is determined according to the first voice, and the payment amount is compared with a preset first threshold or a second threshold.
If the payment amount related to the willingness-to-pay is not higher than the first threshold (for example, 200 yuan), the process proceeds to step S305. Then, in step S306, it is determined whether the user has opened the micropayment function.
In case the user opens a micropayment, then the payment is allowed, i.e. a payment operation is performed. In the case of successful payment, a reminder of the success of the payment may be output to the user (hereinafter).
Under the condition that the user does not open the small-amount secret-free payment, the user is consulted whether to open the small-amount secret-free payment function. Thereafter, in response to the instruction "good" issued by the user to open the micropayment without secret payment at step S307, payment is permitted, i.e., a payment operation is performed.
If the payment amount related to the willingness-to-pay is higher than the first threshold (e.g., 200 yuan) and not higher than the second threshold (e.g., 500 yuan), the process proceeds to step S308. After that, the voice print payment flow of step S309 is entered.
Here, the first authentication information may be output to the user at step S310: you are now doing authentication, please keep the surroundings quiet, and say me "day cat sprite 5924". "Tianmao eidolon 5924" is the first dynamically generated content to be validated.
Thereafter, in step S311, the user utters a second voice "skyveromyces trojanus is nine-four" in response to the first authentication information.
In step S312, the received second voice is identified, verified, e.g., whether the second voice matches the first content, whether voiceprint information extracted from the second voice matches voiceprint information in a voiceprint library of the user, etc.
If the second voice matches the first content and the voiceprint verification of the second voice is successful, the process proceeds to step S313, where payment is permitted, that is, the payment operation is permitted to be performed, and whether payment is successful is determined. In case of successful payment, a payment success reminder, payment success details, etc. may be output to the user. In case of failure of payment, a payment failure reminder, payment failure details, etc. may be output to the user.
If the recognition verification of the second voice fails in step S312, step S321 may be entered to refuse to make the payment. At this time, the first verification information may be further output to the user (at this time, the dynamically generated first content included in the first verification information is updated, that is, different from or not identical to the first content output previously), so as to repeat the broadcasting to perform the identity verification again, which is the same as the implementation procedure and is not repeated herein.
Here, the user can be guided to open the voice print detection service based on the environment, or the voice print detection service based on the environment can be automatically opened for the user under the condition that the recognition and verification of the second voice fails, so as to guide the user to enter the voice print payment flow based on the complex environment, and therefore the security level of payment is improved.
In the voice print payment process based on the complex environment, third verification information may be output to the user, which may be verification information including environmental scene information generated in real time according to the environment in which the user and the device thereof are located, and may include dynamically generated third content. For example, "please turn on the television and adjust the television volume to the daily use volume, and speak me a day cat sprite 5989". The user can adjust to a required environment scene according to the third verification information, and sends out 'Tianmaojiu Jiujiu' through voice to carry out payment verification, and specific implementation is the same as or similar to the verification, and details are not repeated here.
If the payment amount related to the willingness-to-pay is higher than the second threshold (for example, 500 yuan), the process proceeds to step S314. Step S315 may be entered here to assist in authentication by means of a short message authentication function of the user' S mobile communication device.
In step S316, second authentication information may be sent by the server to the user' S mobile communication device, the second authentication information including dynamically generated second content, such as an authentication code "5927". And may prompt the user via the smart speaker to make a third voice corresponding to the second content received by the user's mobile communication device.
In step S317, the user utters a third voice including the dynamically generated second content, for example, "fifty-nine-seven", according to the second authentication information voice.
In step S318, the third voice is checked to determine whether the third voice matches the second content and/or whether the voiceprint verification of the third voice is successful.
In case the third speech matches the second content and the voiceprint verification of the third speech is successful, the operation is performed to pay, i.e. to allow the payment operation to be performed. Here, if the verification fails, the process proceeds to step S319, and the reminding may be repeated, so that the user may broadcast the third voice once again, so as to improve the verification efficiency. If the verification is successful, a payment success prompt and details are output to the user under the condition that the payment is successful, and a payment failure prompt and details are output to the user under the condition that the payment is failed, which are not described herein.
Therefore, through the payment flow disclosed by the disclosure, the safety standard of voiceprint recognition under the intelligent sound box scene is shown, the safe use problem of the voiceprint of the user is greatly protected, the voiceprint use standard of the user is comprehensively ensured, the convenience and safety of the user are improved, and the payment efficiency is improved. The specific implementation of the method is the same as or similar to that of the method in connection with fig. 1 or 2, and the specific description is referred to above in the related description, and is not repeated here.
