Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but it should be understood that these embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and those skilled in the art should understand that functional, methodological, or structural equivalents or substitutions made by these embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As described with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent article management system 100, including: the radio frequency reader-writer 10 is used for receiving target input information and sending a position confirmation instruction to a target passive tag based on the target input information, the radio frequency reader-writer 10 is provided with a memory 101 for storing identity information of a plurality of articles, and the position confirmation instruction has the identity information of the target article; the passive tags 20 are in communication connection with the radio frequency reader-writer 10 and are arranged at the article for determining the position of the article, the passive tags 20 are all configured with identity information of corresponding articles, and a target passive tag in the passive tags 20 displays the position of the target article based on the configured matching relationship between the identity information of the corresponding article and the identity information of the target article in the position confirmation instruction. The articles may be books, food, medicine, jewelry, dangerous articles, etc., and are not specifically described herein. The intelligent article management system 100 further comprises a control terminal 30 for forming target input information in response to the target input. The control end 30 may be a PC, an iPad, a computer, a mobile phone, or the like.
As can be seen, the intelligent article management system 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention sends a position confirmation instruction to a target passive tag in the plurality of passive tags 20 through the radio frequency reader/writer 10 according to the received target input information, and the target passive tag displays the position of the target article to the user according to the matching relationship between the identity information of the corresponding article configured by the target passive tag and the identity information of the target article in the position confirmation instruction. Therefore, the intelligent article management system 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention not only determines the position of the target article quickly and effectively according to the passive tag 20, but also determines the position of the target article with high accuracy, thereby solving the problems of low efficiency and easy error in finding the article due to finding the article by a manual operation in the prior art.
Meanwhile, compared with the existing scheme of realizing the management of the articles by adding the battery to the passive tag, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the service life is long, and the practicability and the reliability are greatly improved. In addition, the intelligent article management system 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention expands the communication distance between the radio frequency reader/writer 10 and the passive tag 20, thereby solving the problem that the distance is too short (generally less than 10cm) in the way of illuminating the passive tag by near field coupling, which results in great limitation on the use.
In the above embodiment, the rf reader/writer 10 is configured with the first control chip 102 and the rf antenna 103 connected to the first control chip 102. The passive tag 20 is provided with a transmitting and receiving antenna 201 communicating with the radio frequency antenna 103, and a second control chip 202 connected to the transmitting and receiving antenna 201. The passive tag 20 is configured with a reminding unit 203 for displaying the location of the target item when the identity information of the target item in the location confirmation instruction matches with the identity information of the corresponding item configured by the target passive tag. The passive tag 20 may further be configured with a power management unit 204 for supplying power to the reminding unit 203, so as to control the reminding unit 203 to operate when the identity information of the target object in the position confirmation instruction matches with the identity information of the corresponding object configured by the target passive tag. The model of the first control chip 102 is IMPINJ R2000, and the model of the second control chip 202 is ROCKY 100.
It should be understood that the control terminal 30 sends target input information to the first control chip 102 in the rf reader/writer 10, and the first control chip 102 sends a position confirmation instruction to the target passive tag through the rf antenna 103 according to the target input information. The target passive tag receives the position confirmation instruction through the transceiving antenna 201, compares the identity information of the target object in the position confirmation instruction with the identity information of the corresponding object configured by the target passive tag through the second control chip 202, and lights the reminding unit 203 when the comparison result is consistent. The process or algorithm for matching the identity information of the corresponding object configured by the target passive tag with the identity information of the target object in the position confirmation instruction by the second control chip 202 is also a well-known technology in the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
Wherein, the reminding unit 203 includes: an indicator lamp 2031 that is controlled to be turned on or off; and/or a buzzer 2032 controlled to produce a chime. The indicator light 2031 and the buzzer 2032 are both connected to the second control chip 202. After the transceiver antenna 201 receives the position confirmation instruction sent by the rf antenna 103, the second control chip 202 controls the indicator light 2031 to be turned on or off, so as to determine the position of the target object corresponding to the indicator light 2031. The position of the corresponding target item may also be determined solely by the sound generated by the buzzer 2032. Alternatively, the position of the corresponding target object is determined by simultaneously combining the light emitted from the indicator light 2031 and the sound generated from the buzzer 2032.
It should be noted that the second control chip 202 can change the operating state of the indicator light 2031, for example, control the indicator light 2031 to be in a flashing or long-time lighting state. Also, the number of the indicator lamps 2031 connected to the second control chip 202 may be one or more. When a plurality of the indicator lamps 2031 are provided, the plurality of the indicator lamps 2031 may emit light of different colors. For example, for three indicator lights, the light emitting colors of the three indicator lights may be red, green, and yellow, respectively. For four indicator lights, the light emitting colors of the four indicator lights can be red, green, yellow and blue, respectively. The second control chip 202 can control one or more indicator lights to emit light at the same time, so as to further prompt the user of the position of the corresponding article. The indicator light 2031 may be an LED light or other light emitting device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the rf reader/writer 10 is an ultra-high frequency read/write head, and after the passive tag 20 receives the position confirmation instruction sent by the rf antenna 103 in the rf reader/writer 10 through the transceiving antenna 201, the second control chip 202 compares the identity information of the corresponding object configured by the passive tag with the identity information of the target object included in the position confirmation instruction. If the comparison result is not consistent, the position confirmation instruction is ignored. If the comparison result is consistent, the indicator light 2031 is controlled to blink or illuminate, or the buzzer 2032 is controlled to sound, so that the user is indicated the position of the corresponding article. Therefore, the accuracy and the effectiveness of confirming the position of the article are improved, and the problems that in the prior art, the article is searched in a manual operation mode, the efficiency of searching the article is low, and errors exist easily are solved. The passive tag 20 turns off the reminding unit 203 based on receiving the shutdown command of the uhf read/write head, or automatically turns off the reminding unit 203 after a preset time (e.g. 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, etc.) is reached.
It is to be understood that the "target input information" referred to in the embodiments of the present invention is information formed in response to a target input of the control terminal 30. For example, in the application scenario of a library or bookstore, the rf reader/writer 10 at the position of the bookshelf is connected to a control terminal 30 (e.g., a control computer) which generates target input information in response to a target input made by a user based on the identity information of an article stored in the memory 101.
In a specific application of the library book management, the radio frequency reader/writer 10 is disposed on each bookshelf, and the passive tag 20 is attached to each book on the corresponding bookshelf. The rf reader/writer 10 is communicatively connected to a control terminal 30 (e.g., a control computer in a library). The user inputs information at the control terminal 30 to form target input information at the control terminal 30 and send the target input information to the rf reader/writer 10. The radio frequency reader-writer 10 sends a position confirmation instruction to the passive tag 20 based on the target input information, and the passive tag 20 compares the identity information of the target book in the position confirmation instruction with the identity information of the corresponding book configured by the passive tag to control the reminding unit 203 to work when the comparison result is consistent, so as to light the indicator light 2031 to blink or illuminate for a long time, or control the buzzer 2032 to sound. In this way, the position of the target book on the bookshelf is determined by the sound emitted by the lighting of the indicator light 2031 and/or the buzzer 2032, which is convenient for the user to quickly find the target book. When the user leaves the working range of the rf reader/writer 10 with the target book, the reminding unit 203 in the passive tag 20 automatically stops working, so that the indicator light 2031 automatically goes off, and the buzzer 2032 stops sounding, which does not affect the searching or management of other books on the bookshelf.
The target input information may also be information formed by starting the operation of the rf reader/writer 10. For example, in a food application scenario, the radio frequency reader 10 is disposed on a refrigerator door, and at this time, when a user opens the refrigerator door, the radio frequency reader 10 generates target input information based on preset information. In a specific embodiment, the "generating target input information based on preset information" may be interpreted as that when food is about to reach an expiration date, the target input information is generated according to the food about to reach the expiration date when a refrigerator door is opened, so as to send a position confirmation instruction to a target passive tag corresponding to the food according to the target input information. Of course, the "generating the target input information based on the preset information" may be set according to practical applications, and is not limited to the scope defined by the embodiment of the present invention.
In the specific application of food management in the intelligent refrigerator, each food is attached with a passive tag 20, and the food information contained in the passive tag 20 comprises a food name, a production place, a manufacturer, a production validity period and the like. The radio frequency reader/writer 10 is disposed on the refrigerator door, and when the refrigerator door is in a closed state, the radio frequency reader/writer 10 is in a closed state. When the refrigerator door is in an open state, the radio frequency reader/writer 10 is in an open state, and at this time, the radio frequency reader/writer 10 records the food information corresponding to all the passive tags 20 in the memory 101 of the radio frequency reader/writer 10 through a communication protocol with the plurality of passive tags 20. When the refrigerator door is closed, the food information stored in the memory 101 of the rf reader/writer 10 is displayed on a display screen provided in the refrigerator door. When the user needs to use the food information stored in the memory 101 can be displayed on the display screen. When the production period of the food is close, a flashing signal appears on the display screen to remind the user to manage the food. At this time, the user opens the refrigerator door according to the blinking signal on the display screen, the radio frequency reader/writer 10 starts, the radio frequency reader/writer 10 sends a position confirmation instruction to the passive tag 20 according to preset information (that is, target input information is generated according to the expiration date of the food when the refrigerator door is opened) to start the operation of the reminding unit 203 in the passive tag 20 corresponding to the food, so that the indicator light 2031 is turned on, and the user can quickly find the corresponding food according to the sound sent by the turned-on indicator light 2031 and/or the buzzer 2032, so as to take out the food which is about to expire in time.
It should be noted that the method involved in the formation of the target input information is well known in the art, and will not be described in detail herein. The process or algorithm for matching the identity information of the corresponding object in the passive tag 20 based on the configuration of the target passive tag with the identity information of the target object in the position confirmation instruction belongs to the technology known in the prior art, and is not described in detail herein.
The power management unit 204 is configured with: the switch unit 2041 is connected with the second control chip 202, and the switch unit 2041 controls the energy storage to supply power to the reminding unit 203 under the action of the second control chip 202; and an energy storage 2042 connected to the switch unit 2041 and connected to the reminding unit 203, for storing the energy of the transceiver antenna 201 to supply power to the reminding unit 203. The energy storage 2042 is formed by a chip capacitor. The power management unit 204 is further configured with a diode 2043 for converting the electromagnetic waves transmitted by the transceiver antenna 201 into direct current to be transmitted to the energy storage 2042 for energy storage, so as to supply power to the reminding unit 203 through the energy storage 2042, so as to light the indicator light 2031 and make the buzzer 2032 sound. It should be noted that the rf antenna 103 transmits electromagnetic waves to the transceiver antenna 201, and the electromagnetic waves are within the range of the 800-960 MHz ultra-high frequency band.
The rf reader/writer 10 may transmit one or a set of uhf rf signals to the passive tag 20, and the passive tag 20 may illuminate the indicator light 2031 in the reminding unit 203 and/or control the buzzer 2032 to sound through the received one or a set of uhf rf signals. The rf reader/writer 10 may transmit two or two sets of uhf rf signals to the passive tag 20, the passive tag 20 may illuminate the indicator light 2031 and/or the control buzzer 2032 in the reminding unit 203 to make a sound by receiving one or one set of the uhf rf signals, the passive tag 20 may receive another or one set of the uhf rf signals to supply power to the second control chip 202, and send the position confirmation instruction to the second control chip 202, so as to compare the identity information of the corresponding article configured by the passive tag with the identity information of the target article contained in the position confirmation instruction by the second control chip 202.
As can be seen from this, the intelligent article management system 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention displays the position of the target article under the control of the second control chip 202 through the reminding unit 203 in the passive tag 20, so as to facilitate the user to quickly and accurately find the target article. In addition, the articles are managed and adjusted by the design of the light emitting function of the indicator light 2031 in the reminding unit 203 (for example, by the indicator light 2031 emitting light with different colors) and/or the buzzer 2032, so that the management effect and the management efficiency of the articles are improved. In addition, the intelligent article management system 100 of the embodiment of the present invention sends an instruction for controlling the reminding unit 203 in the passive tag 20 to the radio frequency reader/writer 10 through the control terminal 30, that is, the reminding unit 203 can be controlled to operate. The automatic closing reminding unit 203 can also be operated by setting the preset time to turn off the indicator light 2031 and turn off the buzzer 2032, so that not only the electric energy can be saved, but also the searching and management of different articles are not affected, and the problem that the searching of other articles is interfered due to the fact that the indicator light for indicating the position of the current article is not turned off in time and is mixed up with the indicator light corresponding to other articles is prevented.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent article management method, including:
step 302, receiving target input information;
step 304, the radio frequency reader-writer sends a position confirmation instruction to a target passive tag in the plurality of passive tags based on target input information, the radio frequency reader-writer is provided with a memory for storing identity information of the plurality of articles, and the position confirmation instruction has the identity information of the target article;
step 306, displaying the position of the target object by the target passive tag in the plurality of passive tags based on the matching relationship between the configured identity information of the corresponding object and the identity information of the target object in the position confirmation instruction; wherein, a plurality of passive tags all dispose the identity information of corresponding article.
According to the intelligent article management method, the radio frequency reader-writer 10 sends the position confirmation instruction to the target passive tags in the passive tags 20 according to the received target input information, and the target passive tags show the positions of the target articles to users according to the matching relationship between the configured identity information of the corresponding articles and the identity information of the target articles in the position confirmation instruction. Therefore, according to the intelligent article management method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the position of the target article is quickly and effectively determined according to the passive tag 20, and the determined position of the target article has high accuracy, so that the problems that in the prior art, the article is searched in a manual operation mode, the efficiency of searching the article is low, and errors easily exist are solved.
