Taking the structure of the first rotating angle range adjusting device responsible for adjusting the unidirectional limit rotating angle range of the rotary table as an example, the implementation process of adjusting the limit rotating angle range of the rotary table is as follows:
the bracket 16 is arranged on the limiting shaft 20, and when the limiting shaft 20 rotates, the bracket 16 is driven to rotate together by the square flat shaft; the first adjusting screw 13 is arranged on the bracket 16 and rotates together with the bracket 16; the first adjusting gear 18 and the first cam 19 are connected into a whole through a fastener and are sleeved on the bracket 16; the first photoelectric switch 9 is fixedly mounted on the base 1.
Limiting corner range adjusting principle:
the forward and reverse rotation of the first adjusting screw 13 can make the first adjusting gear 18 and the first cam 19 rotate forward and reverse to adjust the limit rotation angle range of the rotary table: when the limiting shaft 20 is static, the first adjusting screw 13 is rotated, the first adjusting gear 18 and the first cam 19 rotate together around the bracket 16, the bulge on the first cam 19 is close to the sensing area of the first photoelectric switch 9, and the state that the first photoelectric switch 9 can be triggered to act is reached, so that the limiting rotation angle range of the rotary table is adjusted.
After the limit corner position of the rotary table is determined, the locking nut 15 is locked, so that the relative position between the first cam 19 and the first photoelectric switch 9 can be ensured to be fixed, and the electric limit in the direction can be realized.
The reverse rotation angle limit position adjustment is realized through the second cam 12, the second adjusting gear 14, the second adjusting screw 17 and the second photoelectric switch 10, the adjustment principle is the same, and the description is omitted.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the electrical limit mechanism further includes a fixing base 11 for mounting and positioning the first and second photoelectric switches 9 and 10. Can vertically install first photoelectric switch 9 and second photoelectric switch 10 in fixing base 11, the below of fixing base 11 is provided with the arch to the constant head tank 101 on the cooperation base 1. A countersunk hole is formed in the protrusion of the fixing seat 11 and used for fixing the fixing seat 11.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, an adjustment pad 26 for adjusting the height is provided below the first or second photoelectric switch 9 or 10. As shown in fig. 12, a screw hole 1101 is further provided in the protrusion of the fixing base 11, and the screw hole 1101 is used for adjusting the relative radial distance between the photoelectric switch and the cam, and for adapting the thickness of the adjusting pad 26.

A configurable modular turntable angle measurement and electrical limiting composite mechanism is characterized by comprising an input gear, an input shaft, an angle measurement mechanism and an electrical limiting mechanism, wherein the input gear is meshed with a final output shaft gear of a turntable and transmits the rotation motion of the turntable to the input shaft;
the angle measuring mechanism comprises an angle measuring gear, an angle measuring shaft, an elastic clamp external member and an angle measuring sensor, wherein the angle measuring gear is meshed with a shaft gear on the input shaft and transmits the motion of the final output shaft of the rotary table to the angle measuring shaft, the angle measuring shaft is connected with the shaft of the angle measuring sensor through the elastic clamp external member and transmits the running state of the rotary table to the angle measuring sensor, and the speed and the position of the final output shaft of the rotary table are measured;
the electric limiting mechanism comprises a first rotating angle range adjusting device and a second rotating angle range adjusting device, wherein the first rotating angle range adjusting device and the second rotating angle range adjusting device are axially arranged in a stacked mode, and continuous adjustment of forward limit rotating angle ranges and reverse limit rotating angle ranges of the rotary table is achieved respectively.

The configurable modular turntable angle-measuring and electrical limiting combined mechanism of claim 1, wherein the elastic clamping sleeve component comprises an outer sleeve, a set screw, a cone nut and an elastic clamp, a shaft of the angle-measuring sensor can extend into a central hole of the cone nut, the outer sleeve is axially moved on the angle-measuring sensor through screwing so as to deform the cone nut to clamp the shaft of the angle-measuring sensor, and the shaft of the angle-measuring sensor is fixed through the set screw; one end of the elastic clamp is mounted on the cone nut through a fastener, and the other end of the elastic clamp clamps the angle measuring shaft.
3. The configurable modular turntable angle-measuring and electrical-limiting combined mechanism of claim 2, wherein the shaft head of the angle-measuring shaft clamped by the elastic clamp is a square flat shaft.

The combined angle measuring and electrical limiting mechanism of the configurable modular turntable according to claim 1, wherein the angle measuring mechanism further comprises a spinning fixing structure for fixing the angle measuring sensor; the spinning type fixing structure comprises a base, a clamping ring and a threaded sleeve, the angle measuring sensor is installed in the threaded sleeve, the outer side surface of the threaded sleeve is screwed with the base through threads, and the clamping ring is installed in a shaft shoulder groove of the angle measuring sensor; when the threaded sleeve is screwed, the bottom end of the threaded sleeve compresses the clamping ring, and the angle measurement sensor is compressed on the base through the clamping ring, so that the limit of the angle measurement sensor is realized.

The configurable modular turntable angle-measuring and electrical-limiting combined mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the inner diameter of the clamping ring is smaller than the outer diameter of the shaft shoulder of the angle-measuring sensor, and a notch is formed in the clamping ring; the snap ring is broken off from the notch, the snap ring can be sleeved into the shaft shoulder groove of the angle measuring sensor, and then the snap ring is restored to the original state, so that the snap ring is sleeved in the groove of the shaft shoulder of the angle measuring sensor in an empty mode and cannot fall off.

A configurable modular turntable angle measurement and electrical position limitation combined mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 5, it is characterized in that the first rotating angle range adjusting device and the second rotating angle range adjusting device have the same structure and comprise adjusting screws, adjusting gears, cams, a limiting shaft, a bracket and a photoelectric switch, the adjusting screws are arranged on the limiting shaft through the bracket, and rotates along with the limit shaft, the adjusting screw and the cam are connected into a whole through a fastener and are arranged on the bracket, the rotation of the adjusting screw can make the adjusting gear and the cam rotate together around the bracket to change the relative position between the projection on the cam and the photoelectric switch, when the projection on the cam approaches the photoelectric switch, namely the limit rotation angle position is reached, the photoelectric switch triggers an electric signal to stop the rotation of the rotary table.

The combined angle measuring and electrical limiting mechanism of a configurable modular turntable according to claim 6, wherein when the limit rotation angle position is reached, the photoelectric switch triggers an electrical signal to make a servo control system control the turntable to stop rotating.

The configurable modular turret angle measurement and electrical limiting combined mechanism according to claim 6, wherein the electrical limiting mechanism further comprises a locking nut, and when the forward and reverse limiting rotation angle positions of the turret are determined, the locking nut is locked to ensure that the relative position between the cam and the optoelectronic switch is kept fixed, so that the relative position between two axially overlapped cams in charge of forward and reverse limiting is fixed, and the limiting rotation angle range of the turret is ensured to be fixed.

The combined angle measuring and electrical limiting mechanism for the configurable modular turntable of claim 9, wherein a countersunk hole and a screw hole are formed in the protrusion of the fixing base, the countersunk hole is used for fixing the fixing base, and the screw hole is used for adjusting the relative radial distance between the photoelectric switch and the cam and modifying the thickness of the adjusting pad.
