In one embodiment, the intelligent control device comprises: the signal receiving module is used for receiving a control instruction of external control equipment; and the signal processing module is used for analyzing the control instruction and controlling the oxidative decomposition sterilization device and the air supply unit blower to be turned on or off according to the analysis result. For example, the user may send a control command, such as a control command for turning on the oxidative decomposition sterilization device, through the remote control device, and after the intelligent device receives the command, the blower of the blower unit is turned off, and the oxidative decomposition sterilization device is turned on to perform oxidative decomposition sterilization.
