The lower end of the adaptor 92 is provided with a conical head 921 and extends into a stepped hole of the plugging disc 93, a lock ring 933 of a retainer ring 932 is arranged in the stepped hole of the plugging disc 93 on the upper side of the conical head 921, an extrusion spring 94 sleeved on the adaptor 92 is arranged between the retainer ring 932 and the conical head 921, a second sealing gasket 934 is arranged in the stepped hole of the plugging disc 93 on the lower side of the conical head 921, and the tip of the conical head 921 is pressed in an inner cavity of the second sealing gasket 934. In addition, an assist spring 95 sleeved around the valve rod 91 is arranged between the valve body of the shut-off valve 9 and the adaptor 92, and a spring stabilizing pipe 96 is sleeved between the assist spring 95 and the valve rod 91. When the pressure of the air outlet exceeds the set pressure value of the shut-off valve 9, the shut-off valve 9 is actuated and the upper port of the pressure regulator 4 is sealed by the plugging disc 93, so that the technical purpose of automatic cut-off can be realized, the safety of downstream equipment is effectively protected, and the safety is enhanced. By arranging the structure that the conical head 921, the extrusion spring 94, the retainer ring 932, the lock ring 933 and the second sealing gasket 934 are matched, on the basis of ensuring the connection sealing performance, the adaptability of the sealing disc 93 to the upper port of the pressure regulator 4 is improved, and the sealing reliability during sealing is ensured; the auxiliary force provided by the power spring 95 improves the action sensitivity of the shut-off valve 9 during plugging, and the stability of the power spring 95 is ensured through the spring stabilizing pipe 96.
It should be noted that, in practical application, the invention usually further arranges a pressure gauge and a differential pressure transmitter on the blind plate 5 so as to monitor the pressure regulating device; and set up the bleeding valve on the upper closing plate 13, and make the bleeding valve connect with the air outlet pipe joint 12 through the bleeding pipe, let out through the bleeding pipe and can effectively guarantee the security when the gas outlet pressure is too high. In order to protect these components, the present invention also sealingly secures a protective enclosure to the upper closure plate 13. In addition, for convenience of management and maintenance of the pressure regulating device, the invention generally connects the gas inlet pipe joint 11 and the gas outlet pipe joint 12 with buried gas pipelines on two sides through the gas inlet ball valve 111 and the gas outlet ball valve 121 correspondingly, so as to cut off gas paths on two sides through the gas inlet ball valve 111 and the gas outlet ball valve 121 when needed.

A buried pressure regulating device comprises a cylinder body (1) and a pressure regulating assembly arranged in the cylinder body (1), and is characterized in that the left side and the right side of the cylinder body (1) are correspondingly provided with an air inlet pipe joint (11) and an air outlet pipe joint (12), the upper end and the lower end of the cylinder body (1) are correspondingly provided with an upper sealing plate (13) and a lower sealing plate (14), the upper sealing plate (13) is provided with a mounting hole, and an annular upper bracket (2) is fixed at the position, corresponding to the mounting hole, of the upper side of the upper sealing plate (13); the inner cavity of the barrel body (1) is divided into an air inlet cavity and an air outlet cavity through a baffle plate assembly, the baffle plate assembly comprises a lower baffle plate (15), an upper baffle plate (16) and a vertical baffle plate (17), the lower baffle plate (15) is horizontally arranged and is positioned at the lower side of an air inlet pipe joint (11), the lower baffle plate (15) is provided with vent holes communicated with the air inlet cavity and the air outlet cavity, an annular lower bracket (3) is fixed at the position, corresponding to the vent holes, of the upper side of the lower baffle plate (15), the upper baffle plate (16) is horizontally arranged and is positioned at the upper side of an air outlet pipe joint (12), and the upper end and the lower end of the vertical baffle plate (17) are correspondingly connected with the upper baffle plate (; the pressure regulating assembly comprises a vertical pressure regulator (4) and a blind plate (5) arranged on the upper side of the pressure regulator (4) at intervals, the pressure regulator (4) is connected with the blind plate (5) through a plurality of pull rod devices (6) distributed along the circumferential direction, the lower end of the pressure regulator (4) is clamped in the lower bracket (3) and a lower sealing structure is arranged between the lower bracket and the blind plate, and the blind plate (5) is clamped in the upper bracket (2) and an upper sealing structure is arranged between the upper bracket and the blind plate; the blind plate (5) is provided with a stop valve (9), the lower end of a valve rod (91) of the stop valve (9) is fixedly provided with an adapter (92) with a T-shaped section, the lower end of the adapter (92) is provided with a plugging disc (93), the lower side surface of the plugging disc (93) is embedded with a first sealing pad (931) corresponding to the periphery of an upper port of the pressure regulator (4), and the plugging disc (93) is provided with a stepped hole along the axis; the lower end of the adaptor (92) is provided with a conical head (921) and extends into a stepped hole of the plugging disc (93), a lock ring (933) of a check ring (932) is installed in the stepped hole of the plugging disc (93) on the upper side of the conical head (921), an extrusion spring (94) sleeved on the adaptor (92) is arranged between the check ring (932) and the conical head (921), and a second sealing gasket (934) is installed in the stepped hole of the plugging disc (93) on the lower side of the conical head (921); an assisting spring (95) sleeved around the valve rod (91) is further arranged between the valve body of the cut-off valve (9) and the adaptor (92), and a spring stabilizing pipe (96) is sleeved between the assisting spring (95) and the valve rod (91).

The buried pressure regulating device according to claim 1, wherein the inner hole of the lower bracket (3) comprises a first large hole (31) and a first small hole (32) which are distributed up and down, a first annular table (33) is formed at the joint of the first large hole (31) and the first small hole (32), a first annular groove (34) is formed in the first annular table (33) along the circumferential direction, and a first sealing ring (35) with a rectangular single-side cross section is installed in the first annular groove (34); the lower end of the pressure regulator (4) is positioned in a first large hole (31) of the lower bracket (3), a first sealing groove is arranged on the peripheral wall of the lower end of the pressure regulator (4), and a first sealing ring (41) with a circular unilateral section is arranged in the first sealing groove; the lower sealing structure is a first ring groove (34), a first sealing ring (35), a first sealing groove and a first sealing ring (41).

The buried voltage regulating device according to claim 2, wherein the peripheral wall of the first large hole (31) is in transitional connection with the first annular table (33) through a first conical surface (36), the lower end of the voltage regulator (4) is provided with a first conical part (42) attached to the first conical surface (36), and a gap is reserved between the bottom of the voltage regulator (4) and the first annular table (33); the opening of the first ring groove (34) is trumpet-shaped.

The buried voltage regulating device according to claim 4, wherein the peripheral wall of the second large hole (21) is in transitional connection with the second annular table (23) through a second taper surface (26), the blind plate (5) is provided with a second taper part (52) attached to the second taper surface (26), and a gap is reserved between the bottom of the blind plate (5) and the second annular table (23); the opening of the second ring groove (24) is trumpet-shaped.
